Casino was great large a lot of fun. Buffet a lot of choices, from Chinese, prime rib, Italian great salad bar and lot of desserts to choose from.

The place is so busy it seem like every machine was being played! Great dining experiences,hotels, rv lots, apts! It has it all an quite an experience!

Clean and well kept casino. Supposedly the largest in the world. Has an interesting theme that they carry through into the interior. With all that in mind, have not normally had very good luck here.

Food quality at the buffet was good. Housekeeping was decent considering how busy it was on a Saturday. The only thing was the staff wasn't very welcoming and moral seem very low. Management needs more team building.
Hardly get around now that they're getting so big and did win money and came back more than I planned on spending and a little upset though that they've closed the tables like they have I mean if they wanted one section of tables open one sec closed and I were people could be wherever they wanted to be they'd be one thing what they're missing out on a lot of games
Huge casino with a great selection of slots in all different denominations. There are major progressive jackpots too. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and no need to go outside to enter the casino. Will definitely return with some of our gambling friends.
The room's in the south part of Hotel I love it ...large living space and view Angela at guest dest is the best each time we visit

Although you are "required"to wear masks inside not everyone was. However a majority were! & It was pretty crowded & they had removed about half of the seats on the games,. So that's the reason for the less stars

Our 1st time coming here, We enjoyed our stay driving in from San Antonio and we received a very nice welcoming at checkin. Free valet parking they said! We reserved right when we got there and although it wasn't check in time we were able to get in our room, thankfully. That was accommodating since we have 3 kids on the long road trip with us. Was given coupons promo info where to register for the players club, map to help us find our way around the hotel and how to find the casino. We didnt know it was all under 1 roof! We were treated with excellent customer service by all staff I rate 5 stars. The halls, restrooms always being tended too. Room are in great condition, only had a fridge btw no microwaves! (Called front desk they said bc its a fire hazard) We all had a great time at the pool including my 2 year old. Casino was parents time and areas were cleaned tended to and kiosks were not broken. We enjoyed our small stay here and only hope to come back very soon.
I've been here before for a concert, I didn't love the venue, but it was big enough. I've never won on their machines but it's very visually appealing and fun
The SMOKE was almost unbearable! It hits you IMMEDIATELY on walking in the door! If you are sensitive, or have allergies, BEWARE!

No entertainment for kids. People do have kids and still want to spend money with you guys, you should have some kid friendly entertainment.

Machines to tight, restaurants are decent and fair priced. Players cards are worthless would not go back unless it's to see a show and then probably leave without visiting the casino.
The casimo was huge with plenty of games. Just be sure to set a spending limit, as it is very easy to get mezmerized by the flashy displays. Play wisely!
Went to see David Spade, Norm McDonald, and Dennis Miller. Good show, however, the global event center that they used looked like extra space they did not know what to do with once they were done building the casino. The room was void of decoration and we sat on dining room chairs on a flat surface so good luck seeing the stage if you're sitting behind a tall person. It's as if they ran out of money to build the room.
Love this place. Fun machines, good tables and a great atmosphere. It's huge as can be and is a workout in its own right if you spend a night running around. Containing multiple restaurants and self serve drink stations almost everywhere, you really can dump endless amounts of time if you're lucky enough. If you play pokemon go this place is absolutely full to the brim with spots and gyms too. Cant beat free spins while winning free spins on the slots. Closest thing to Vegas without actually being there.
Typically a cool place to go and have some drinks and spend a little money. But the covid stuff makes it a little bit harder. But the atmosphere was still pretty great. They also extended the no smoking area!!! Which was pretty great!
Great entertainment. You win some, you lose some... that's gambling for you. Make it up there every couple is months, and we're never disappointed with service or atmosphere.
The hotel staff were very nice and our hotel room was very clean. The Gran Via buffet inside of Winstar had a great variety of food.

We left an expensive, therapeutic pillow on our bed. Called as soon as we realized. We received little help from ALL staff members. All we were told was pillow not there, it totally had to be!! Managerial and supervisory personnel not very professional, friendly nor apologetic. Can't recommend this hotel.

First time we had ever stopped. We were on our way home from visiting family in Oklahoma. I couldn't believe how big this place was. It was unbelievable. Took a picture of the map. The different areas were very themed and we're consistent in that area. Soft drink stations in each area. Pretty much any type of food you can think of.. I think there were 18 or 20 restaurants. Definitely somewhere you want to stop if you are in the area.
Comps are generous. Machines payout decently although my last trip they seemed very cold.
Ricardo at the Black Jack tables last night was absolutely professional and friendly! It was me and my wife s first time visiting here with some friends and he explained the game very well to my party as we were new to gambling and needed some advice and pointers. The drinks here were also fantastic and the atmosphere is great! Also a huge shoutout to the manager who helped my wife when she dropped her money vouch in the toilet!! God Bless you both for making the night amazing! My only issue was once the side we were on closed for cleaning and we moved to where the dragons were we had a really rude dealer who was rolling his eyes and acting like we were a burden. I explained multiple times that we were new to playing games and just needed some help and he kept acting stupid towards us. They switched dealers and we got some rude lady who also did the same thing. Bummer. We cut out losses and left because of the attitude we received. Other than that I need to redo the whole experience. I hate that it was my first time, but if I didn t go I wouldn t have had a great time talking to Ricardo and the manager that helped. Truly amazing people!
Costed us some cash, but had a chance to win big.... Very helpful staff. I had never been before this time. Slot machines are a very confusing gambling system, but caught on VERY QUICKLY!!!!! The gambling was fun most of the slot machines require a 9 bet to hit the jackpot which is a little more than I like you know me I'm old school Three lines Max bet makes me happy so I give the casino a thumbs up but God the buffet was disgusting and smell bad too

It was ok that's just my opinion I have never been to big on huge casinos. I would prefer a smaller casino. But if your looking for a big casino with a lot of slot machines then this is your place.
Smoking is back even with Masks, so we stay in the non smoking area. They have changed the slots out again, so all the coves are now 1$ or 5$ machines. I spend that on a bet, but I like to have more control with lines and bet amount. There are not many 1 cent ones that have that control now. Unfortunately, there are no drink stations so just alcohol can be ordered when you see the one poor server come by. There is a little snack bar, but you pay for drinks. I'd rather spend my cash gambling to be honest. They have converted New York in non smoking, but it's too close to smoking. Smoking is not my jam, and with covid, I am disappointed to see all the people blowing everywhere. What's the point in masks then? I really like this casino, and would go more if not for the smoking issues.
Pretty good casino, more slot machines than anywhere else I've ever been. Everything is pretty well kept. We make regular visits up there.
We stayed at the North Pool Tower with a view and a kingsized bed. The room was extremely clean. It came with a lockbox for our important items and we set up the code ourselves. The bathroom was very nice and clean as well. The bed and pillows were so comfortable! We slept great! On our checkout, the clerk was really nice and asked about our stay. She was friendly and professional at the same time. I don't recall her name exactly but I believe it was Cresia. I apologize if it misspelled it. All in all, we will definitely stay again, and recommend this resort.
Had a great time! Only thing is too much smoke ( I am a smoker..yet not inside ) and saw way to many kids for this type of environment.

Fun place. Their slots are pretty tight and you have to pay for alcohol. Great restaurant options in the casino, points for having a Dairy Queen and Panda Express.
This was an upscale casino. Very interestingly themed as if traveling around the world. Security was visible at all times even outside of building. Clean. Well managed. Helpful staff.
I never hit on the machines but I know plenty of people who have. Also they allow smoking inside and it advertises a nightclub but I never see it open. This place is huge so be prepared to walk and see everything, there's a game for everybody so I still had fun even if I only hit big a couple of times
Enjoyed it very much. Very large and usually have decent room rates Sunday-Thursday. A little disappointing that they don t offer Military discounts to active duty and Veterans like Choctaw Casino.

Took a weekend trip to Dallas TX and on the 1st night took a quick 1hr drive to see this casino and just have to say it was amazing. The only other casino I've ever been to was in Vegas so I awestruck when we pulled into this casino in Oklahoma. Absolutely beautiful, slots and tables galore and the way they incorporate the 4 or 5 different destinations into 1 building was amazing. Definitely would love to visit this casino again
Casino was very busy and got very littered with cups, ashtrays. Cleaners were not able to keep up with it. They would not open enough card tables. Could not get seat.
Hotel was accommodating to provide the fridge needed for meds . I guess you have to request a fridge as one was not in my room.
Probably the best place for comedy shows and fight promotions. If you're into gambling then your best bet is to go on the weekend (Friday Saturday and maybe holidays...otherwise you'll get fleeced just like my wife does 75% of the time). Otherwise it's a good little change in environment. Set a budget otherwise you'll be tail flapping in the wind broke (you've been warned).
Overall my stay wasn't that bad just starting to see some where and tear in the rooms. The buffet has been better. I think they should try having a breakfast buffet. I think I might try the other casino Oklahoma next time..
