Shared some good times here with my significant other and family. All was well but in all reality the rooms aren t the greatest. Kind of bland. But aside from that everything was good.

Its been a while since ive came out ahead. Last three times i havnt done so good. It will be a long time if i ever go back. Last year at least i would win ever once in a while. But when you get 3 grand down without a decent win , you loose confidence real fast.

Food is great and everything is within individuals price ramge

Clean nice rooms buffet is great no loud youngster's over drinking causing a problem.

Great place to stay and/or play!!! Everyone was friendly and we always come out ahead! They have games galore and entertainment that is top talent. The rooms are super clean. I m getting excited for our next trip there just writing this review! ... Some casinos leave you feeling unsafe, but not the Winstar. Definitely a great place to go!

The hotel is beautiful. Service is great. A little bit to cold for my taste but not too bad.

Hotel always clean and the staff is always very pleasant. The pool is so nice, especially in the evenings.

Tons of machines on a rotating basis. The only sad thing is that sometimes your favorite is gone, but there is always a new one to catch your eye. Great food and even better customer service. I really enjoyed this trip as a girls night!! It is terribly smoky, so those with asthma or other breathing issues or pregnancy should avoid.

This casino is huge and I love when I'm winning and not loosing

The only negative is the buffet. It was 5:30, food not warm, didn't taste good. It's hard to mess up good American food. QT has better pizza. Amazing. $40 for two people. Service inadequate. It takes a lot for me to complain. This deserves it! Hotel great, show great! !!

This was my first time experiencing a casino. There were plenty of slot machine and various tables. If you are sensitive to smoke then I advise you to stay in the south end of the building called Rio. The rest of the casino permits smoking so expect a strong presence. I didn't lose a lot of money so I ultimately had a good time. I'm not a gambler so I probably wouldn't return

It was great I lost all my money that I was going to lose was there for 12 hours and every one was nice. and really enjoyed it. would come back again

Just a place to have fun spend money but no big wins just a place to donate money and have fun

The service given was nice and quick. The food was great and plentiful. The slots were also fun being this was my first time going. Great times were had.

Had a blast with my son. Won a little bit great way to pass the time

1 machine got my bill stuck had to wait for help about 15 min. Then another machine did not print my voucher had to wait about 25 min to have some come and print voucher. People hogging machines that they were not playing on and would not move.

Great facility, food, gambling, entertainment, good place for the whole family or visit for anyone.

Very nice, but we didn't feel "COVID-Safe" on the casino floor. Toby Keith's was very good!

0 STARS! After making a reservation weeks in advance and spending $400 for I night we get there and they tell us the pool is closed! Plus that our room would be late so we can't go to the room can't go to the pool, needless to say we canceled our reservation and went somewhere else. I understand is says on the website to check availability for the pool but you should have sent an email, especially since it wasn't closed when we made our reservations.

Everyone was friendly, I won some money!! you can smoke in basically 80-90% of the building. If you are a non smoker it's not to smoggy but they do have a place that you aren't b allowed to smoke. The place was clean, free self service coffee and fountain drinks. Room rates were fair but I didn't stay as I only live an hour away.

Extremely overcrowded! Couldn't find any machine to play.
Building is amazing though, worth going just to say the different areas and "cities". Friendly and helpful staff.
There's no free play or any deal for new members.
Avoid going on a weekend night!!

Worlds Largest casino located right off I35 just before the Oklahoma/Texas state line. This was our first time here (passing through for work) and we were able to play with the $500 we brought with us, had several drinks each and accumulated enough points early to have a free buffet for both my husband and I. We also had enough credit for a free room but didn't use.
The casino is HUGE, with different themed rooms, New York, Venice and many others. Each was decorated beautifully giving a different atmosphere to each section. Many selections of slot machines and table games. They also have a Bingo Hall.
The buffet was amazing. We were seated immediately around 8pm and the food was fresh with a wide variety to choose from.
Walked out with $400 (from our $500) so I think the $100 out of pocket we spent was worth the fun we had. Will definitely be back in the future!

Went here for the I Love The 90's concert to see Vanilla Ice. It was a great venue. I will be making plans to go back in the future.

They charge for making us play a game but they payoff good. Good staff but the casino charges for beverages and drinks. That s something unusual in a casino.

Been multiple times. Everytime has been a wonderful experience. Staff is courteous. Drinks are reasonable, 5 top shelf mixed drinks $40. Very nice hotel.

WinStar not to lucky this visit, but still walked away from the slots with a little cash. Great atmosphere, looking foward to my free hotel nights coming up at the end of this month.

They've changed casino around alot and moved machines overall still decent winnings and fun

Management has totally forgotten that there is a Pandemic in our country....My first time back they were cleaning and making sure that people adhered to the social distancing mandate but now it's though they only care about getting money....I can say that I have made my last trip to Oklahoma, thanks but no Thanks!!!

Limited capacity, clean, non smoking sections and slot/table games apply social distance.

If you're coming from Texas, it's right after pass the State line. The casino is pretty big, but it's almost the same at any location. There's a non-smoking section as well.

As someone who's always played in Bossier, I was disappointed if there is an ante on all table games and you have to pay full price for your drinks. Other than that, it's a decent gambling facility.

The absolute best way to get away from the stressed of life

Lost my cashout voucher and they tried everything they could to track it down and find it. Unfortunately didn't but took down my players card number and if they see it cashed they said they could still catch it. I was very impressed.

Beautiful hotel and casino just a short drive away when we want to take a little time away and have a little fun Winstar is the place!

We always have a fun time. I enjoy the different city themes. Nice collection of slots. Free parking. Easy to get to. Cigarette smoke can be a bit much.

I think every employee there should know about every department there. One of the bartenders didn't even know the hotel number.....: (

The casino is taking all the precautions necessary to be as safe as possible for all it's guests.

OMG, the active and stale cigarette smoke made me wish I had on a gas mask; AND I had to wash me, my hair, and every stitch of clothing I had on, even though I was inside for only a very short amount of time -- just long enough to walk the 40-50 feet from the Rome entrance to the "Global Event Center", and then back out again as soon as the show was over..

I don't care if my favorite musician/comedian of all time is performing their last-ever show there, I'll never go back. The nausea isn't worth it.

P.S. Dear Winstar, only 14% of the US population still smokes. Sure, you'd lose some of them as customers if you went 100% smoke-free, but then you'd open yourself up to the other 86%. Just sayin.

When we first got here we were not able to check in because they said the system was done. The lobby was packed! Our room is clean. As well for the whole hotel. The pool are is crazy busy. It is the summer time but for some reason there was no one at the towel stand. It took forever to get a towel. I know this is a casino but it would be nice to have something to do with kids besides the pool.

Huge casino, concert seat are a little small not enough shoulder room. The casino needs better ventilation to draw out the smoke.

It was a very bad experience. Total chaos from valet parking to valet pick up way overcrowded long lines to every ATM ticket Casher bathrooms and if you go to play the penny machines you might as well stay home because you could not get a penny machine we waited 35 minutes to pick up our car from valet parking that was a first time to use the valet parking and it will be the last if I go back me and my friend had decided maybe would be better off just to go to Shreveport

This place is massive and incredible, a little pricey but to be expected of a giant casino. I always stop here on my way through to texas as it works as perfect halfway point. Decent food, ok games, and excellent surrounding services.

It was fun lost 50 dollars but for my first time i guess it was to be expected ill go back and win my money back i wont let that stop me.

Semi truck parking is a bit of a walk from main building. The parking is on gravel lot, south of building... no shuttle service, get some excersise

The food was good and customer services that help us with our cards was nice and helpful with information about the events at the casino

Always have fun. Except the fact that I normally stay pretty late and all the food options close down. Every time we go as a group, we we have to wait to eat when we leave. Had to buy snacks and a drink from a small pastry place just so i wouldnt be starving. Other than that, everything else is great.

I usually go when it's not crowded. Due to the virus, chairs are removed to help distance patrons. My temp was taken upon entering. They now have a no smoking area which I love.
The machines let me play for awhile so over all a good time. It's a nice get away

Rooms were cozy, warm & clean. Food was great, but buffet line was long. Casino should have a no smoking area.

They practiced social distancing! Offered gloves, sanitized machines after each use! Very nice trip.
