They have bed bugs!!!! (Google is not allowing me to post photos or video) I saw the bug early am when I was just waking up. I jumped up to use the restroom and and leave. When I can back into the room area to grab my laptop there was another on the bed. I called the front desk, they transferred me to a voicemail. I called front desk again and they said they had to send security up because there is a process . Not one apology was given.
I go to the front desk to check out (I had another night). I didn t want anything but a refund. The manager would not even come out. The front desk lady Flor gave an apology once she gave my receipt. She said the Manager would come look at the video I took.
Vanessa the manager on duty had me waiting for at least 10 minutes then wouldn t even speak to me, saying there is a process.
I wait and Stephanie the housekeeping supervisor comes to speak with me. I show her the video and she says oh you have a critter on the bed I explain that that was 1 of two. She said oh I m sorry those things tend to...uhh I stare at her because uhh what?! I didn t expect a offer for a free room or gaming credits because I won t be because but I did expect empathy. I only brought my laptop because I just wanted to quit time to study and tuck clothes and undergarments in but she didn t know that. With the amount of in/out of the hotels I know it s hard to keep the rooms bug free however I expected them to be apologetic and empathetic at the VERY LEAST!
