The novelty of this place is nice. Biggest casino in the world but they charge $.50 per hand at table games. No thank you. You are already getting my money, you don't need more of it for free.

It's a very beautiful casino! The people were very nice and friendly. I had a great time there!

Love it good food, if you are in for a walk it's more than a mile end to end

This casino has some of the best food options to choose from. They do allow 18 year olds to gamble so as far as table games like blackjack, beware... the maturity level isn't the same. I believe there's also too many $5 minimum blackjack tables which, in my opinion, attract too many youngsters and beginners who tend to screw the whole table. I wish they had more side bet blackjack games and $10 or $15 minimum tables. And although I'm sure the ante up isn't going anywhere, I wish it was only $.25 per hand. It adds up when you play for several hours and when the tables are only $5 minimum.

I was very impressed with Winstar as a whole. Only on a few occasions did the smoke bother my wife and I. The buffet was great!!

Wish it had more old school single line quarter and dime slots. The building is cool. The buffet is $30!!! Rooms are wicked expensive.

Honestly no complaints, just make sure you know when enough is enough. Beautiful place and always very clean.

It's a casino. They need to take notes from the big boys in Vegas and up their ventilation systems.

Great entertainment and lots to see. All the staff were friendly and helpful. From valet parking to hotel, gaming and dining personnel,the staff made my first visit great. We shall return. THANKS

Winstar sicks. I never win any money there. I like going to the Borders casino across the street from them.

Beautiful pool and Pool side bar area. Lots of great resturaunts. I always seem to loose money here but its worth joining the players club because they give you a $25 voucher for food and the buffet is $25. So you get a free buffet.

Ate at the Toby Keith Bar and Grill. Slots during the wait makes the time fly. Had fun at the Black Jack tables afterwards. Great time!

You don't have to be a gamer to enjoy yourself. The restaurants varies, the location accessible & gaming is OH MY, endless! Roulette, Blavkjack, Slot Machines, A Bingo Hall & the list goes on. A great convient getaway! #Atmosphere #WinStar

THEY TOOK MY JACKPOT ON DIAMOMD DUBLIN. I HAD 3 DIAMOND DUBLINS LINED STRAIGHT ACROSS. I DOUBLE TAPPED "MAX BET" MAKING THE MACHINE SPIN BUT STOP QUICKLY,(WHICH IS OK TO DO) THEY SAID I PUSHED THE BUTTON TOO HARD AND OPENED THE DOOR ON THE MACHINE. BUT THE "OPEN DOOR" ERROR MESSAGE DIDNT POP UP. (AND THE DOOR ON THE MACHINE WASNT OPEN)
THE "!!!!!!!!!!CALL ATTENDANT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" MESSAGE POPPED UP. ALL MY LIGHTS ARE GOING CRAZY BUT THE SOUND JUST WENT MUTE.
AS SOON AS I HIT THE CALL ATTENDANT BUTTON THE SCREEN STARTED MOVING, TOOK, NOT JUS MY MAX BET, BUT EVERYTHING EXCEPT 72CENTS FOR THE WAGER.
MY LAWYER IS CURRENTLY WORKING. I DONT EVEN FEEL LIKE IT'S THIS CRUCIAL, JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY, BUT SINCE THEY WANT TO ACT IN SUCH A STRANGE MANNER WITH ME, THIS IS WHAT IT HAS TO BE.

Boy boy boy I aint never seen so many sad faces and broken spirits in one place its pretty inside but there's a reason it's called Winstar because they win all your money! I lost $1,100 in 10 minutes on blackjack. Don't go!!!

Biggest casino!!! Everything in one place!!!! Beautiful hotel with gorgeous pool area and plenty of restaurants. Great for a weekend getaway!!!!!

It was a huge and a very amazing and had extraordinary theme in iconic structure

I had to pay a dollar for every time I placed a bet. EVERY TIME!! Not just once when you sit down, but every time you place a bet. Roulette is a joke. You play by using cards. There is no wheel or ball. Each card equates to a certain number or color. I'll never be back. The commercials they play on TV are false advertising in my opinion.

This casino is HUGE! Lots of excitement and, if you're smart (and lucky), you can walk away with more $$ than what you came in with.

Check out the Gran Via buffet for some delicious food. Always a must on my visits. Also join their Club Passport program for awesome promos like bonus plays, hotel discounts, and food offers. Good morning on this glorious Monday. Well we went to WinStar Casino yesterday somewhat 4:30 p.m. we had a good time yesterday also I experienced was good to us and also we enjoyed playing the slots. Our stay was about 2 hours then we headed back to Dallas so we really did enjoy ourselves. So if you thinking about going to WinStar Casino just to let you know they have a lot of machines that you might enjoy yourself they deserve a five point star they showed us friendliness and that is very important as a customer. To all have a wonderful morning and be safe :-)

Our group just got back from 2nights/3 days at Winstar and had a blast! VERY clean in resort/hotel rooms ; they were constantly cleaning the casino slots and bathrooms! Hand sanitizer readily available all around casino; Kirbys steakhouse was the best food although pricey, it was worth it plus a couple of us shared good bc the plates are so big; masks were on all people except the smokers who would pull theirs down off and on but you could avoid those folks easily bc the casino was not over full; the cafe was not so good and Toby Keith s cafe onion rings are the best thing going there! Yes you have to buy liquor drinks but that s the way these smaller Indian run casinos are and they are good drinks ! We had a great time

The atmosphere is nice with all the beautiful artwork throughout the casino. The staff are very helpful and tend to your needs. Restaurants and bars are just a walk away..And of course the hundreds of slots and tables to choose from. We try to come here any chance we can

It is my bday weekend and ive literally have had the worst time ever! Didnt get our promotions, our buffets, just the worst ever!! Then to top it off they give crazy ppl personal information which isn't supposed to be shared. Worse experience! It was my friends 1st time and we will never come back!!!

My 1st time there. We only went for an overnight trip but what a trip it was. Didn't get to see all of it. Going back in Oct so its ok. The only down fall is I am not a smoker and the only non smoking lounge was on the other side of the casino over a mile and half away. Lot of machines in between. So it just didn't happen.
Buffett was amazing.

I love going to Winstar Casino because if theres any problems with anytjing that I'm unhappy with Management always takes care of it. Great place plus clean and friendly.

So many machines to choose from to have fun. Drinks are provided free! It's a fun time to try to win some pocket cash.

We only went into the casino section of the resort so i can only give input into that aspect of Winstar. It was clean and the associates are all willing to help with questions you may have. The only issue i had was the huge cloud of smoke permeating the whole Casino as it is a smoke friendly environment. The slot machines were all in working order and overall i had fun. If you can handle the smoke, you will have fun.

Winstar is what we are forced to go to because Texas politicians won't make gambling legal. They charge for alcohol. They take 50 cents a hand for blackjack which is unheard of in the gambling world. There comps are very limited. If you receive a free meal from these people then you must have lost the farm or are going to. The customer service is not what I expect from the most profitable casino in the country. Now all of that being said, the poker room has all the action you want for low to middle steak players. Big actions in Dallas. The service is better in the poker room. If you have the time please go to Shreveport where they at least pretend to appreciate your business and hard earned money.

Staff is RUDE and so are the people that are there. Be prepared to get shoulder checked and bumped by everyone, no matter their age and your age. Make sure you watch your stuff, because people run off with purses, wallets, and phones. If you're wanting to get a room, I recommend going in and inquiring because the hotel staff likes to hang up on customers over the phone after continuously snapping at them. There is also a serious lack of entertainment for such a large casino. In addition, be mindful of how and where you park your car because people will park their vehicles however they like, over the line, diagonally, and so on, which results in making it hard to get in and out of your vehicle, as well as trying to back out of your spot. ** IMPORTANT: If you are to use the women's restrooms, please watch out for male custodians that like to watch you through the main door they like to keep open because of "poor air circulation." **

Everything was clean and fresh. The rooms in the hotel had an actual walkin shower instead of a tub.

Most annoying thing was even though you set the rooms fan to on, it did eventually shut off over night.
Breakfast in the Cafe there in the hotel was very good and priced reasonably well.

Checkout was quick and contact less via the rooms TV.

Had fun in the casino. Some of the drinks from the casino bars were a little light on the alcohol. The drinks from the restaurants in the casino were better for about the same price.

Very very few pay outs. If you are going just to kill some time and spend some money, sure, but dont plan on winning

Super huge slot to do and the restaurants are cool need wider menus though

The pool area is great for young children, so we enjoy going as a family get a way....I wish there were more things for the little ones though.

won off the 25 bucks I earned after losing all my cash. so it was ok. I just wish I could have spent more time and money there. The casino is huge..... compared to any casino within 2 states around it.

Way too much smoke in the air, combine that with having to wear masks and it sucks... For being such a big place you'd think they'd have better smoke ventilation so you don't inhale everyone else's cigarettes.

Slots don't pay well. Like before I have never lost so much money. It's sad to many new slot machines. I don't understand them. I am leaving tomorrow very disappointed. The hotel rooms are awsome.

Best casino in Oklahoma! Love the options of restraunts. Have your walking shoes on, it is the biggest casino in the state I think

The last two trips I've made since they added the Rio section have been great! It's wonderful being able to gamble in a smoke free environment!

I always have a great time weather I win or not. I m a senior so I go on Wednesday and eat free breakfast then gamble. Fun fun fun.

WinStar is a very nice place to visit but it's very dark and dingy the slots are a little tight but the food is good little unreasonable and price but it sure is a lot of fun to go sometimes maybe you can make a little profit I think everybody should go at least once just for the but I was quite surprised once I walked inside the inside has no decorations to match the outside and you can't tell it all when you leave one country like I said it's dark and quiet dingy if they would just had a few decorations to each section to liven it up in the show that the inside is just as creative as the outside they would do a lot more business and make a lot more money or be a big tourist trap

Huge casino with a great RV park. Very very nice, clean and kept up.

Clean and Spacious hotel room. The bed is awesome. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere on casino floor. Soooo many options for gaming and slots. The new smoke-free gaming area Rio offers a great option for those needing cleaner air.

A nice get away for me and the wife, if you ever wanted to go somewhere not too far from home winstar is a good suggestion.

Always have so much fun here, deffinantly take it slow I usually stay at a machine for 3 spins if no win on to the next there are so many you will deffinantly loose track of time!! You will think it's been an hour when really it's been like 5 hours but always a good time:)

Thomas at the pasta alacarte station was outstanding,very personable made my wait me bearable, in fact I took my dollar tip back and gave him a 5,even brought my pizza to my table when it was ready.
Had big fun plus came out on the winning end !
I shall return.

Great atmosphere $10 a point is to deep for our pockets.

Too many people not wearing their masks. The capacity was definitely not enforced. Was super crowded. Parking lots were all full. Was not enjoyable so Did Not Stay Long. Would not go back in the near future.

Nice course with friendly staff. It's a good track but pace of play that day was 5 hrs. & 15 minutes. We waited on every shot. No marshal.

Went to a concert and there east complimentary valet parking for starters and that was amazing because it made access easy. We walked straight back to the venue used our cell phone to scan tickets and boom we were in perfect timing for a great concert

No social distancing at all. No cleaning of machines at all It was crazy packed. Machines not playing, just sucking down your money. I don't mind losing money as long as I get to play, but didn't happen at all this trip, wasted money.

Great place to go and have fun with friends. Huge Casino lots to see. Plan on doing alot of walking.

Too much money for two little entertainment very boring more entertainment on your phone not as expensive but if you're rich and stupid go for it you want to lose your money go for it 9 out of 10 people lose their money and that's one of the main ways.

Great volume of machines. Total smoking interior, with no areas of non-smoking. Limited 3-4star food choices. Lots of fast food. Good winnings..! Easy commute from DFW. Some concerts are outside are held in the arena, which is used for bull riding, rodeo. Basically a high school aluminum bleachers setup out in a pasture, with dirt and grass parking.

This is the world's largest casino and the staff and dealers are great.

It was an a great experience, although I will say that their COVID protocols are not always enforced. This can easily be seen by the sheer amount of people that are allowed into the casino and how lenient they are with people and their masks down. No Billy, you don't need your mask completely off to casually carry around an empty cup and scream at the TV because your football team just got scored on.
