Love going to this place! My husband and I like to get there for a day trip, and back for the night. Masks are required because of the covid-19, which is a great thing.

Best way to describe it is a mall that you can gamble in. 3 stars cause of the great entertainment they have in. Also 3* because really people It's 2019 you still smoking !

I go every year and always have a great time! Hotel is always so nice clean and comfortable. Staff is always nice and treat us like their personal guest.

Either im not lucky . or just i have better luck at other casinos .

It was my first time visiting a casino and I brought my boyfriend and his friends visiting from Japan. A great place to people watch, play table games and try out some of the hundreds of slot machines they have. I'm asthmatic and even though they filter the air it still left me with stinging lungs after a full 5 hours there. I would recommend bringing a mouth mask if you are concerned. You can find cheap eats or dine fine here. A/C keeps it pretty chilly in here so bring a cardigan. I would visit again!

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and the staff friendly. The room was clean, modern and had a great bathroom. Casino was fun and also clean. Giving 3 stars because the cigarette stench from the casino has invaded the hotel lobby and towers. Thankfully our room was on the 12th floor and our room wasn't affected.

It's a casino. Lots of noise, lots of lights and smoke. Interesting facades of various countries create different effects. People were very nice. If you love to gamble this is a good venue for you.

Don't play the slots. If you do decide to visit winstar, only play the tables. If you are someone who likes to play slots, I'd suggest going to another Casino. Winstar's slots just take take take and rarely give anything back. It's not even fun to play their slots.

Fun time. Several machine were out of order or not functioning properly. The Rome bar had spots where the counter had been damaged and was held back together with tape. Not real impressive. The staff was awesome. And was sincere about customer satisfaction.

We have been to WinStar several times before but never stayed overnight. We stayed overnight about a week ago and really enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious and we had a lovely view of the casino's main entrance, that was highlighted with blue lighting. Beds were comfortable and restroom had a walk in shower. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We ate at the Buffet and though no crab legs were on the menu, the seafood was delicious, as were the desserts. I had tiramisu and creme brulee, sooo yummy! Please note that smoking is allowed in this casino. That being said, the casino theme is capital city's of the world and you walk through the different sections....lots of walking, but lots of fun. Enjoy!

I've been here multiple times, and I always enjoy myself. From the casino, to the spa, restaurants, and concerts, this is truly the world's best and largest Casino and Resort.

It is a great place to gamble and it is a large casino.

Huge place. Non smoking section very small. They have both roulette and craps... this place has seriously changed over the years from the long line of geodesic domes on the side of the road to what looks like a really cool casino atmosphere. You are not in vegas, but it is not bad at all.

Great I stuck a 20 in a machine after walking in the door not even 5 mins in there won over 130 bucks

We are consistent drivers from Austin Tx to Salina Kansas. Luckily this casino is on our way. Actually, we come across a few casinos but this is the one we stop at. We always have a great time. Sometimes we book a room and sometimes we just go in for a few hours and then hit the road again. I will mention that if you want to stay 6 ft away from people you ll need to do that on your own because some people don t care and will sit right beside you while at a slot machine. I never gripe. I just get up and go else where. They are watching capacity and require mask wearing so that s good. I bring my own Lysol wipes and hand sanitizer in my purse for quick use. Good luck!

First class hotel and casino! Rooms are exceptionally clean and well maintained; the restaurants all around the casino are perfect for a quick bite, and the casino buffet is also perfect for lunch or tasty dinner, so no need to leave the casino...so why go to Vegas?

Love this place! Won couple big wins! Waitress was nice and friendly. She took the time to chat and made me feel welcomed. Lots of parking for rigs. Ate the prime rib at Tobys bar and grill. Male server was fast and prompt. He did not bring main course until I was done with salad. Good job! Rib was not grilled as ordered and was not very hot. But I was hungry ...so maybe it will be better next time.

We just love coming to #WinStar! This time around we are staying at the RV grounds! They are great! Highly recommend!!

Tonight very crowded. Good food here. The issue with Winstar is Table games charge you antes. So if you are going to win, You will be paying a lot more to do it. If you want to play fair table games, go to Shreveport.

Only went for about 3 hours to play some of the casino floor slots and table games. Very loud and much activity going on everywhere. Decently cool inside, but I believe it is to reduce the amount of cigarette smoke in the extremely massive building. There were some fun games and the staff was reasonably pleasant. If you are looking for a place to kill a few hours and possibly win some money, this is a pretty good place. Didn't get to experience the hotel/resort. But it looked very nice!

Great but when your 400.00 ahead you should quit!!!!

I would rate this place a 5 for entertainment value, but if you want to gamble and win money... definitely not the place to make that happen..
But hey I guess they got bills to pay to..

I don't really go to casinos, but we stopped here to eat and to check it out. I was impressed with all the structures inside in the different regional areas, but it was so disgustingly smoky that I did not find it enjoyable.

Have fun every time we go there. Rooms are nice and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Nice pool and shops.

It's really big. The drinks are expensive for a gambling place but I guess that is the way things are going these days. The days of free drinks while you're gambling are over.

It is filthy in the casino. I never saw anyone cleaning. Choctaw is so much cleaner.

I love this place They should have more open Mick nights.

Lost about a grand on slots. Every slot seemed low and slow to payout anything. Heck I'd like to sit for an hour and slowly win and then loose my money on one machine then loose it all on every machine I played. For some reason non were winning that I tried. I don't expect to win I expect to enjoy my time and play for a while before I loose it all :)

Love the casino and hotel. My only complaint is there are never any comp rooms available on the weekends. No way am I paying 300 bucks for a room! I spend a lot of money at this casino and there should never be a time when a comp room is not available!

Great hotel and staff is great. Casino is huge and love going to the pool. They have even more restaurants variety inside. Overall great experience.

Very awesome place. The buffet was pretty good, the desserts were better. People were doing a good job at distancing themselves at the slot machines.

I wasn't impressed by anything there . it was simply a convenient place to gamble.

The rooms are nice and decent when compared to a typical interstate Hotel. For a resort it is clean and well done with plenty if amenities. Plenty of slot machines and table games and a well done poker room. Restaurant choices are decent and parking is ample.

The smoking inside is obnoxious but they always have good concerts. Saw the doobie brothers I recommend

This place is huge. You never have to worry about getting a machine. Handy slot finder to search for your favorite slots. Seems to pay ok too.

Feel like you are away from it all once you step inside , the lights , the atmosphere, the sounds of laughter and fun all around

Winstar was so fun for my husband and I. Super clean, super huge, but really a BLAST! Side note - Kira was literally the sweetest thing! Super sweet, and for being in training she did AWESOME on her own!

We had a great time and the staff was very nice and helpful. The only bad thing was no microwave's in room.

Info on how to get to venue, WinStar World Event Center, was not easily found -- Rome entrance
Casino layout for dining options was not easy to navigate. Recommendations came word of mouth.
We chose the Ihop Express for dinner over the recommended Buffet (Madrid entrance)

Got to.play all my fav slots...won on nearly all of them...free lunch Buffett

I always have fun at Windstar.Even tho I lost money last weekend. I'll be back.

There were no black out curtains in the Casino Tower for us day sleepers. The pillows were for Toddlers. They are that small. They were so uncomfortable even though they put three of them on each bed. Ridiculous. And the television kept going out. NO Signal. Some of us are there to relax with our friends that gamble.

I live to far away but I love stop in before I head home from vacation every 2 or 3 yrs

I stayed in the new casino tower. It was clean and comfortable. They have very soft water so that took some getting used to. Everyone was friendly and respectful. I would definitely go back.

WHY CAN'T U GET WEBSITE WORKING RIGHT???? It truly is an affront to the legitimacy of this monstrous money making facility. Also, IMPROVE REWARDS! I played for 2 days on my card almost non-stop gambling and i earned 2 points! Give me a break. I travel and gamble A LOT. I can take my money elsewhere. We have other Choices. If you want to be the biggest and best, KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER NEEDS. If you give them Rooms in which to rest, and food and drink to sustain us, and/or decent Rewards, WE WILL STAY and PLAY PLAY PLAY.

Great place to stay and have a Casino break! We have been here many times both at the hotel and the Casino. Very, very clean and nice and prefer it to any other Casino we have been to, including Las Vegas. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Everything you need is right there. Pool areas and other entertainment available. Things to see and o outside of the Casino as well. Always treated well here.

The location is in Thackerville, OK it's a small town. The rooms are nice you have your choice from a double queen or king bed rooms. With a knife Jo fridge in some me some rooms and nice views from the windows And the service is nice

Room after room of slots. Dark, dingy and feels unsafe. It s a large slot machine building devised by walls and short on lighting budget.

Of the two casinos in Oklahoma I prefer TwinStar. They have a good number of very machines and they have a lot of places to eat. However, they have done absolutely nothing about the smoke that hangs in the air in this place. I understand people are going to smoke but I also understand that with all the money they bring in Baker do something about some type of exhaust system where the smoke is pulled into the ceiling. It makes me think that they care nothing at all about their customers. Wearing a face mask doesn't really help you either because the smoke is all in your clothes. I had an invitation to go to the casino and for the one time in my life I had at me of that was actually paid for. When I went to check out the buffet it was closed 2 days after I leave and I'm at home I get a notice that says where the the buffet is going to be closed. It takes me about two and a half hours to get to them and I would have appreciated knowing in advance that the buffet was going to be down. When the buffet is down I bring my food. The machines of Barrett and I find it harder and harder to play cheaply. Even on the penny machines if you're not careful you look up in your whole little Bank Road is gone. Of course if you winning you are a happy camper.

All I can say about this places I travel North and South Texas to Nebraska Oklahoma Kansas and this place is phenomenal scale size it is very huge different themes different countries a lot of machines and some very nice architectural design inside and out it's definitely and I opener and when you walk in this place and look up as some of the paintings and detail work it's jaw-dropping

This was the best casino we have ever been to. Everyone was so warm and friendly. If you are the type that likes walking, the casino floor is 2 miles long. You can have fun on the slots and get exercise too

Great place to go gamble. Super busy on this saturday though...wow. Also keep in mind they allow smoking so it is very thick depending where you go. Huge place to wander through out, 4th time here and this was by far the busiest. Went to see the comedy show of Jeff Dunham...absolutely hilarious. Seating is good for viewing at all spots...keep in mind it is only normal chairs and is in close quarters to the person to the left and and right of you.

I ve been here twice and each time was a lot of fun. You get used to the cigarette smoke smell pretty quickly and they even have a separate area for no smoking.
