This Casino was Amazing. Just pulling into the parking lot i couldn't wait to get in. Entering the casino the front desk was able to very effectively tell me where i wanted to be. The service was very prompt with our drinks and other. They had many choices of food venders and was very well priced and excellent food. I will alwa1return to the WinStar Casino.

Great staycation, atmosphere, food, fun and entertainment. I will be coming back.

I love Winstar casino. I hit for a couple hundred dollars which was good enough for me.

It's a nice place but way to many smokers and the sections they have for non smokers are small and not enough machines.

extraordinary place! so many restaurants and exciting games that you must spend more than one visit to explore this venue. the site is organized as a tour of many of the most famous cities of the world; so the decor and food reflect the city. much fun!

Great RV park, sign up for a casino card, get your first night free. Concrete pads, pull through are like 70' long. Show your casino card on subsequent visit, get $10 off. Huge casino. We like.

ABSOLUTELY love Winstar. I have tge best time here. Its just for fun but i appreciate the free rooms and food. This is my bond place with my mom & grandma.

Reminds me of a Kansas City casino. Smokey smell, but not terrible. Not a fan of the ante system at the table games... It took a bunch of my winnings. Was there for a concert which was nice and well run.

This was my first time going to this casino and it was pretty Cool. I'm not much of A gambler so I didn't play the tables but I got on the slot machines. The atmosphere was exciting and the ppl were friendly. I'd go again.

We had fun just for the getaway. The was nice but need to add microwaves.
I honestly believe some of the machines allow you to win and some do not.

I give four stars because they call it a resort, but have no hot tub or jet tubs. We where told that they only have walk in showers. Also no honeymoon suits. It is a fun place to go with very nice staff.

It has a non-smoking section. My only COMPLAINT is no blackjack tables in the non-smoking section. Many restaurants to choose from for meals, good exercise walking the length of casino with a shuttle to take you to various areas when you are tired of walking!

Just a wonderful rabbit hole of glorious button pushing. Endless choices of nonsensical money flushing to fill every empty hole in your heart. ...

Greatness, just don't plan on winning much!!! Took a night trip up to WinStar World Casino to get my mail. Rooms are clean and nice. Plenty of slots to choose from and the have poker and horse racing too! If you leave Dallas/Fort Worth around lunch time you can avoid the major I-35N traffic getting out of the Metroplex. Slots are tight, but good buffett and food options. Lots to look at!!

Enjoyed the atmosphere and the space of social distance the place was clean and I enjoyed winning

Loved this place. It's huge with a lot of different choices on machines. Busy over the weekend but the bartenders and staff were fast and friendly. Very clean. Stayed at a hotel nearby and the shuttle took us over. Simple and a bit cheaper.

If you want to relax and have a good time this is the place to go it's got many things to see it's large so you won't have problems finding machines tables are games lot of restaurants I don't think anybody will be disappointed.

Worlds biggest Casino & Resort had a awesome time with my friends the pool area is awesome on weekends

No drink stations open. Couldn't get any service to get a drink. Buffet was over hour and half wait to be seated.

The hotel was very crowded on a Sunday afternoon for checkin but it went fairly quickly and all staff was pleasant. Room was clean except for half bag of chips found by lounge chair. Beds were clean and comfortable. Room Price was too high. Mixed Drinks ave $7-$10. Slots were too tight but all staff were very nice and food was really good. 4-5 hour drive so room price would have to come down considerably to lure me back but overall was glad I went.

Didn't spend the night but had a blast! Found out that this is the worlds largest casino and was impressed with how helpful everyone was. Good food and good fun.

Never been there first time enjoy myself and it was a trip for my sister early birthday

This is somewhat o.k., if their was more entertainment going on and information on the property in the rooms it would be nice. The price of the rooms are way to out of the park for what you get! For 200 bucks a night this should be one of the best suits around, this isn't Vegas!!but it cost twice as much as Vegas for a room. I will have to think about coming back here, I think Vegas will win out for my money each time because I can stay 5 night their for two here!

My gosh what more can one desire from one freaking place!!!!! I love that soda & coffee are gratis and I love that they have a Dairy Queen, Pei-Wei, & and other food choices not to mention the unbelievable amount of slot machines (all various denominations) & card tables to suit everyone!!!!!! U must go visit for urself!!!!

Big! Lot's of slots, buffet was good. Only bad art was the drinks are weak.

WinStar did a great job at willing one what they could during this pandemic. Wear your masks there were more people than expected. They treated us well and will continue to make the drive to Winstar to try our luck!

Excellent variety of slot games and plentiful food selections. Wish the old pool was operational. Not kid/family friendly; need an arcade, cinema, etc.

Beautiful casino. Huge with plenty of parking and machines. Friendly staff. Variety of options for dining. We did not stay at the hotel but did get a look at the pool. It looks amazing. Will definately book a room in the casino on our next trip.

UPDATE: We booked a two night stay last month with our kids. It was as great as we expected. They have complimentary valet and bell service. Check in was quick and easy. Everyone was polite and friendly. Our kids LOVED the pool. They have a shallow end near the waterfall that is great for little ones. The tables and loungers fill up fast, so best to go early. We had drinks poolside, very relaxing. We ate at a few of the restaurants, but with so many options, we didn't try them all. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Wi-Fi was fast. There are several little shops with items ranging from snacks to luxury handbags. The casino floor is enormous. There is so much to do. I did not have time to visit the spa, but hope to on our next stay.

To many issues with payout, customer service, and amenities. They always make excuses to why you never win, you have a hard time earning points, and the rudeness of must of their staff. I have to take a break from the fun place that brings misery for a while.

All of the hotel employees were extra friendly and helpful do to the pandemic.

Well i drove almost 100 miles in my gas guzzling truck to yall to make my boyfriends birthday extra special, only to be let down. Upon finally arriving at the hotel and getting our things gathered for the bell boy i went to check in. I was More

A little getaway not too far from home. Sometimes lucky and sometimes broke with no gas LoL

I like it better than Choctaw but I don't have any other casinos to compare it to. But I have won some and lost some.

me and my husband we going mostly weekends but last night we r disappointed the slot machines don't pay much and the free games u don't win much we lose a lot money we decided stop coming back

Place is huge! Beautiful with different themes throughout. The games are standard of course from casino to casino. Over the years, I've noticed more broken machines. But still plenty left over to enjoy. Very clean! (Except for maybe 2-4am) Micheladas are cheap and delicious.

This place is huge. Plenty of adult fun, but needs more family and kid options.

First time being here. Very nice place. Very impressed with how ventilated it was. Except for a few cigars you couldn't tell there was smoking in there.

Drove up solo, for a few days, pre-birthday week, to destress and chill. The check-in line was unbelievably long, for a Sunday, but moved pretty quickly. Outside of that, service was awesome, as always..... My whole vibe was shot to hell, when a roach crawled across the nightstand, as I sat watching T.V. I'm well aware that it's possible that guests may have brought them in, but this was the second time I've had this problem, during a stay there- pest control is definitely needed. Can't say that I'm in any kind of hurry to get back, to stay, at this point. Will still roll up, for the Casino experience though.

Great place to take parents for their birthday! If you want an easy choice of machine to play then consider coming in on a weekday. Even for it's size, this place can get really packed on the weekends.

Sat at the Palladium bar for about two hours on a Sat afternoon. The first bartender was overwhelmed and ignored us till we got her attention. The second bartender was attentive and never missed a beat. He made that last hour pass by quickly.

Rare that You'll see drink staff. Pretty clean place with food options. Games are great & updated. In all My visits I've never seen an actual win unless You count those under $100.

Always a great time, don't always come home with money. But it's still fun

Friendly atmosphere just as soon as you walk in the door. Friendly and helpful staff. Even though you can smoke anywhere in there, there was no lingering smoke clouds. Excellent ventilation system. Area I was in didn't have any Texas Hold'em tables and didn't feel like going to the other end of the casino just to find them. It was only a day trip but will definitely be going back for a longer stay in the very near future.

It is cool. Good place to dip off to for a quick getaway. Just wish there were more food choices around the casino.

Very large casino. Poker room is nice and non smoking. Most of the rest of the casino is smoking. Most of the floor space is taken up by slot machines, and it can be hard to find open seats at many of the more popular table games.

Always a good time, even if you don't win. Need to upgrade experience, need better quality for the price.

Huge place. We didn't eat there. Just went to play. Didn't win but what do you expect. My husband wasn't happy that more craps tables weren't open. All in all we had fun

Place is nice went for breakfast at 1050 am they took my money no problem but when I went to get my food they where taking it all away did get a few things to eat . And then I asked if they had showers for truckers they said no what are we supposed to do if we are here for a few days . I dropped a few hundred in the casino and still can't shower . Not sure if I well stop here again.

The last 6 maximum bet bonuses on various slot machines paid 12 to 20 dollars. One machine actullay oaud zero on a $4.95 bet Im going to find a new hobby you should too.

My girlfriend is a member and she gets free night's monthly awesome. The help they have at the service desk for the hotel was amazing super fast! And dang near all the staff is more than willing to help you or answer questions. The games around the bar can get you though... I played one game I believed was $0. 25 a bet... Dangggg I looked down it was really playing $2 a bet and in no way showed I was "rolling" so be careful! One drawback I would like to see more Keno machines. Bathrooms are clean restaurants are delicious drink Service is fast. If you can play the digital roulette game it has like eight chairs for different players it's really big. Girlfriend loves the Buffalo slots she hit like crazy good stuff.... Keep up the good work. Being a Dallas Cowboy fan I'm excited Jerry jumped at the opportunity when it became legal to gamble on the federal level. Now if he can just find a Super Bowl quarterback...
