For several years I have been going to Winstar along with my sister-in-law and have always enjoyed our stay and the service has always been exemplary. Unfortunately this past January my sister-in-law had a heart issue and the hotel responded immediately to her need for medical assistance. Because of the quick response of LA'Shelle Malone, Manager on duty, Kara Case, assistant front office manager and Tim Chancellor, loss prevention manager, they were able to coordinate an ambulance, find me and secure our room so we could immediately go to the hospital. When we returned the next day, having had no sleep for 24 hours the hotel graciously extended our stay for one day to give us time to sleep and notify our families. Thank you.
