It a clean fun place to gamble but recently the payouts are not as common.

Based solely on entertainment value, the casino is as much or as little as you make of it. Don't expect to hit "The Big One" but the little ones seem to be fairly frequent. We have many acquaintances who have returned with many more dollars than they went with. Exceptionally neat, clean, and laid out in a manner that is less confusing than Vegas. The poor food in the buffet and reputation for rarely (if ever) paying large jackpots are the only things preventing a five star rating. If looking for fun and you truly can afford to toss money to the wind, you should have no problem finding something in the many different slot machines or table games. Maybe you can be one of the lucky ones.

My wife and I had to get away from the house. We walked in to have some fun for a little while with five hundred dollars . We ended up after three hours with the five hundred and four hundred more.

The ladies at the players club were very rude and their manager was totally ok with it. They all need to learn customer service skills. Will NEVER go back. Checked out of my room right after this

Workers are always around to help, super friendly! Establishment was very clean. Overall loved my stay!

Excellent accommodations. Excellent food.Excellent service. Every game imaginable. Big names in concerts and shows. Tons of parking for Big Rigs and RVs too. Always a great time.

The precautions they take for COVID is very impressive for a place this size.

If you are anon smoker you won't like it. Because of big name entertainment slots are tight. Bingo hall is fantastic be sure to arrive early to get a seat

Looks very nice but smells like an ashtray. I couldnt stay long due to my asthma kicking in.

I am an ELITE member have been going to the Winstar for over 15 years. I have always been treated well but here in the last year or 2 things have been going down hill. The hotel rooms are beginning to look run down and dirty. Not to mention the roaches and the most recent bed bugs for my daughters 18th birthday. I can see why more and more people are going with the competitors. I was supposed to hear from management but no one has reached out. Extremely disappointed.

Went with a friend for the unlimited lobster tail buffet. The food was decent and the lobster was good. There was a softer tail that we later found out had been frozen and thawed before cooking. The more firm and sweeter tasting tail was fresh. There was plenty to choose from on the buffet and like every casino on the weekend it was jam packed. I must say, the kitchen staff kept the lines down and the food rotating so everything was fresh.
As far as the casino itself, it is huge! Full of slot machines, craps, roulette, black-jack and baccarat tables. Cocktail waitresses were in full service and we really had a great girls night and we almost won some money

Extremely happy that Windstar has their own generators where they can control their own electrical needs for such a huge location. We were able to secure a room for two nights during all the misery of no electricity to our home in the North Texas area. Our room was very clean and extremely comfortable with a nice refrigerator and the things that we needed to stay comfortable.

This place is big wow. It's clean people there seem to nice will most of them anyway. Machines are tight but all in all pretty good

Do not compare with Las Vegas.

Some big payouts but think the payouts could be better considering how often I visit and how big it is

Raised prices!! A machine was 2.75 max bet to 5.50 ridiculous. Then on top of that they tide the machines. Your lucky If you win a few dollars it's a shame!!!

We had a great stay but the staff did not seem quite as helpful or friendly as Choctaw's employees. We had 2 incidents where they were just plain rude.

Winstar is like a happy place for my friends and I. The Cleaning has gone downhill this year. The restrooms are often left un flushed and sinks with hair. The drink areas are a constant closed or dripping fountain machines. With the amount of money spent they should be better kept. 2 plus years ago everything was spotless; not sure what has happened.

Huge place to visit. Good food. Although it can be crowded but a good place to go to.

I wish they had the live ball for roulette or more open roulette tables

Very clean and well maintained. Friendly staff and our food was delicious! Will check out the rooms soon and stay and use the spa.

Not the best place to go. The decor is amazing but your odds are very low and its a literal second hand smoke bank. Do not bring your kids!!

The Biggest & Best Gambling Casino in Oklahoma! Summertime they have the greatest pool parties on Fridays and Saturday nights 21 and over only. And we have tried quite a few different locations. This one is FAMILY-FRIENDLY. They have not only great amenities. 3 awesome swimming 1 with a bar. As well as a golf course totally recommend to go there. I would recommend this to anyone who not only likes to gamble a little bit but likes to have a bit of R&R. Unlike other casinos. This one is family friendly. They have things for children to do as well. And in the summertime it's awesome! We took our grandson last year and he had a blast. He made a lot of friends at the swimming pool. And they also have just a kiddies pool as well. Also the pool area has a barmaid as well that takes your orders while you're sunbathing. And they have lounging what in the water on the shallow end where you can keep cool at all times. It is so large all the gaming tables all the slot machines and as well as bingo . Would totally recommend this to any couple or anyone who just wants some R&R and a lot of gambling sign and if you have children or grandchildren Would totally recommend this to anyone. This is what I like about this casino amongst the others. It is family friendly. Update the can't believe how much we've won at this casino we went a few months ago again and my husband won $10,000 on a dollar slot machine. We went again 2 weeks ago period again on a dollar machine I won $1,373.00 on one of those Progressive machines. We've won more at this casino as well as Riverwind than any other Casino

Great place! Pool is very nice! I always stay in the pool tower and the rooms are very nice and very clean!

Ive been here before and love the hotel and casino. Came on a vacation this time and have had a blast so far. The only thing is we took pictures in the pool area but it was not open was looking forward to hanging out at the pool.

Concerts good, gets you in easy. Foods always good. Gambling it is what it is.

Amazing time. The staff is always happy to do anything for your comfort. Always polite and smiling. Don't have to be a high roller to be treated like you are somebody. Great games and food.

Very nice clean hotel. Pool area relaxing. Rooms are good size. This suite is great.

I don't have a lot of experience with casinos but I have visited this one two times, and of course lost money as expected. But the first time it was better. This second time it was horrible, the restrooms were very dirty, the stations to where you get drinks were very nasty, paper and drinks on the floor, cigarettes butts and trash everywhere too. Not to mention the attitude of the employees. Some of them were very nice but most of them bad attitude.

Place itself is fine but the one thing I hate about them is they keep sending me deals on "Complimentary Hotel Stay" and yet when you call them there is no room available. I used to get a free stay and that's the reason why my family & I have stopped going to this place. Please stop sending me hotel deals if I am not gonna get it. You should reserve rooms for invitations you send out to be fair. It is a tease. Choctaw is a lot better. I don't even get a free hotel stay but when I call I get one that's what I call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!. We are not going back to this place. I was planning to celebrate my birthday this Friday the 28th but it's not happening. Like I said STOP SENDING FREE HOTEL STAY IF THERE WON'T BE ANY AVAILABLE. IT'S A TOTAL JOKE!!!!

The employees snobby both in the hotel and casino, they will help but makes you feel like they are just doing you a favor. The beds are very lumpy, pillows are wore out (literally squished down to half the size of what the pillowcases size just to look full). If you get a choice stay at the WinStar Inn it's wonderful and worth the extra drive.

The place is very beautiful from the outside, it is huge with various entrances having different themes based on different cities like New York, Paris, Vienna, and other capital cities. It has a large parking structure which is free. Although it is the largest casino in the US, most of it is filled with slot machines. There are only a few tables for blackjack and roulette. Poker room is separate from all these. Everything is good, but I didn't find elite public/crowd there which was disappointing.

Took money so quickly, it was disappointing. Seems this local slots and tables need too make up for loss revenue this visit. Made losing money this time actually quick and painful. Had fun in the past visits, but this last trip was not fun.

Huge casino, multiple sets of table games and so many slots you'll never have a problem finding a place to sit. Waitresses drop by the tables often, but rarely the slots. Free coffee, cappuccino, soft drinks and tea stations scattered throughout. Lots of restaurants to dine at, and they're good!

Love spending my money here, but they give you free rooms.. But when you call or walk in they never have rooms available. Why send out monthly ads an never have rooms even if you call weeks ahead. I can spend my money other places. Shreveport & choctow will gladly accept my money..

Does not follow COVID 19 regulations. They "TEMP CHECK" you at the door with a thermometer that doesn't work.

Fun, safe and relaxing time. The one night stay over was wounderful. We so needed to get out of Dodge. Thank you Winstar. Looking forward to our next trip!!

We love going too this casino for a weekend every couple of months. Like anywhere you go you win some and loose some. But we always have a good time. The hotel is very nice.

Enjoyed! Had a great time! I felt extremly comfortable while we are in pandemic... Social Distance is encouraged... Hand Sanitizer everywhere... And mask required...

What a great time! The casino is huge and I had so much fun! They have a game dor everyone! It was very well kept and clean. ALL of the staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. We stayed in a room overnight and it was also very well kept and clean. The bed was so comfortable and soft. I slept so great! The only bad experience I had was having dinner at the cafe inside. Our waitress was super sweet and really tried, but the food was just mediocre. My salad had no dressing and it took about 15 minutes to finally get some. My boyfriend's pasta came out with no sauce which we had to ask for. Overall, it just wasn't very good and was kind of disappointing. That being said, their desserts were wonderful! Try the fried cheesecake. You won't be disappointed at all with that one! Again, the waitress was very nice. The whole staff great. I just don't think I'll ever eat at the cafe again. Just my experience!

Great customer service and doing a good job social distancing

Poker Room was large, clean, and well run. The cash games were active and the dealers were efficient and kept action moving.

This casino is huge with different themes with a ton of slots and tables. Friendly and helpful staff and absolutely gorgeous decor. Definitely a place to visit and play.

Just not a fan of smoking and the air quality is not very clear

nice buffet with courteous, helpful staff; the reason I will not rate higher is the absurd smoking. There has to be a more reasonable way to allow the gamblers to chain smoke while not exposing the rest of the population to Marlboro country

Think that places like this are harmful to people, is addictive, people lose all their money and even personal property thinking that they will win. All machines are manipulated by the human hand, never but you will never win a grant only small jackpots.

ZZ TOP was there & they were great!! Had a very good time. Pool party went over big to. Rocking out!!
