WinStar is a scam you put $200 in and still don't get a bonus sometime saying when you get the bonus and pay you $5 on a Max bet SMH

Rooms were nice sized and clean. All employees we dealt with were courteous and helpful. Alcohol was a bit overpriced. Need a bigger non smoking casino area

Rows amd rows of slots. Lots of walking between restaurants so bring your walking shoes

We went to see Willie Nelson at the Global Events Center and the experience was great. Parking was crowded but not impossible with a short walk to the entrance. The theater was impressive and the staff very accommodating.

Anywhere you go in Win Star you will be greeted with a SMILE. You will always see someone cleaning. Temperature are being taken for protection. I love this place.

I imagine all casinos are smokey but I sill had a good time. The stage where shows are held was not too smokey but the seating was pretty basic.

It's Winstar....i always love it for a quick getaway. I usually go during the week only because the rooms are cheaper. The weekends are more expensive but the atmosphere and experience is much different...electrifying almost. But i only splurge like that every few years and since only my wife plays it's not bad for a great getaway.

You'll smell like a cigarette when you leave but I made 150 out of 20 bucks. Just know when to quit and this place is nice. Plus it's the largest casino in the world.

Sorry it's a two. This place isn't about giving good odds to customers it's about making money. Before Covid one could go and play and win. Granted.... No one wins big but would win. The last time I was there , strangers were asking me what's with this place, no one is hitting. Strangers. I just look and said," I know." Great to look around but horrible to play. Great food but I wouldn't gamble here. Gamble at your own discretion. This rating is based off gambling . Note to self... Drinks are high. One beer is what a six pack might cost you and the mix drinks are above 12.00. Enjoy.

Had a good time at Casino, didn't win but had a great time with family. Eat at. Buffett food was cold and stale. Elliott our waiter was outstanding left him a good tip.

A real great time probably because I came home with nobody that I left with but I didn't go home with the people that came with it as in that had a great time

I love this place mainly for their coupons I am too broke to gamble with my own money life is hard at times but thanks for the coupons I won $45 last month that paid my electricity bill. Shame on those who say casinos are rip off and crooks. Thank you WinStar for being there when it counts the most.

I love how beautiful and huge the casino games. Hit and miss winning there but always fun. (more fun when I am winning)

Took my mother there for her 80th birthday she loves casinos. As I watch her have a wonderful time brought a smile on my face me not so much :-( I believe the casino could take care of their customers a little better maybe using a name brand shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom not to mention the one-ply toilet paper come on Casino owners! We spend enough.. Show us that you care and that you appreciate us :-)

The beds are hard the water is slimie and makes you feel unclean and you would think as much as you all charge to stay here you would at least offer your guest comp water but I see that's just asking for to much

We saw John Fogerty on New Year's Eve. Great concert. We enjoy everything at Winstar.

Spent an afternoon here while in town on business, there are many, many restaurants here to choose from. We ate at Toby Keith's I love this bar and grill, which was very good. We then spent a few hours playing various machines, great afternoon of entertainment for less than $20.

Really nice place sea food buffet is awesome has lots games. all ways entertainment.. drink machine could use more ice was there 3 days and never got a cup of ice the machine was all ways out...

Place is extremely large but over crowded still. The tables lay out is terrible. But it s a casino and has everything to enjoy in it.

It's a very nice casino. Ironically a little too busy for me, but that's the idea, and obviously a good thing for them. It's a huge casino, so keep that in mind.

This is literally like las Vegas. It's a mile and a half long of slot machines. Great staff. Beautiful design. Wasn't too bad playing. It's so big they have stores like; coach mk ihop tuns of bars....

Great place to be entertained, shows, food, shopping, atmosphere, and of course gaming of every kind. Be prepared to walk it's really spread out.

Really like this casino. Just wish they would make the non smoking area at the front of the casino, so you don't have to wade through the cloud in order to get to the non smoking area. Service people were nice and efficient.

Built to move a lot of people instead of provide a meaningful experience.

Stayed over night with RV. Had great food and shuttle service. Very clean!!!

The machines in Rome & Madrid were hot. We had a blast!

I play bingo while my husband wanders around the slots. We also play Pokemon with our grandkids and there were a lot of stops here as well. I know many people don't care about this game but it made our trip there even more fun.

Had a good time . Be prepared for the crowd , especially later in the day. The Casino does a great job screening and having protocols in place . Although I will never get rich there, I can still have fun .

It was fun at Winstar the casino was an experience and the hotel stay was nice conformable room and beds. And great Buffet selection you can really get full.

We had a great time. Ate at the NYC Hot Dog Restaurant and it was delicious. Really good fries. Service was excellent and gambling was fun.

Hotel was great, the staff was very friendly and happy. We didnt win much but had a great time.

Very fun atmosphere. Went to see impractical jokers at the global event center.. very well organized. Even won a little money

FABULOUS, FANTASTIC, , AND GREAT!!!! Just saw EARTH, WIND AND FIRE. OOOOOOWEE BABY. They sang all my jams Phillip Baley still got it , he hit every note perfectly with his 67 year old self.

Love this casino and the loose slots. Don't take long to send offers in the mail. Will visit again.

Had a blast here today with the family. Didn't win big but didn't lose a bunch. Staff was super friendly. Would definitely go again.

The place where we always have fun with a friends to go celebrate birthday.

Everything was real convenient, restroom close by, people that work there or very nice. Won a little money, broke even--did not have a large to play with, but still came out even. I'm sure I played a little more money I might have one a little bit bigger, but was proud of what I got. Well I'll always go back WinStar---other casino--everything inconvenient and I didn't even when pocket change.. I won't go back there ever again!!!!

If you want a fair place to win on slots go here. Do Not go to Choctaw!!!! I won 3 jackpots at Winstar today. Matter fact I go there a lot every time I go there I always come up ahead can't say the same about Choctaw. WinStar has my loyalty

Hit for $898 on the Phoenix fire machine and hopped over literally one row and hit for $989 so I basically won close to $2,000 Within ten minutes from one another am about to take a screenshot on both the videos I took to show photo proof of what I'm stating in this review is 100% factual

I didn't lose! Mainly because I didn't play but still had a blast!

Was not happy with the bathroom attendant. While I was on the toilet, in the stall, she grabbed and rattled my door. I quickly opened the door and said excuse me? Were you checking for someone else or is that normal procedure for you? She replied with I always tug on the door just to see if it's just shut or if it's occupied.
I said really? Could you not just look under to see feet instead? Because in all of my years of living and using public restrooms, I have never had anyone grab and jiggle my door unless it were my child or someone I knew or was related to. How flippin rude!! What if I was having a crisis or doing what you usually do when you go to the bathroom? Since when is it a crime to be on the toilet as long as you need to be?

Fun casino, stayed in the hotel recently and it was very nice. The buffet was ok but the restaurants were good.

We spent 2 nights in the campground great facility people were friendly did not win any money in the casino though.

I go here at least once every 3 months or so. Favorite casino ever, with tons of bonus games and options to choose from. Has tables and restaurants and a hotel. Love it!! Sign up for players card so you get rewards like free play money and complimentary buffet and rooms.

Not a fan. I LOVE Vegas 1 night at Hotel was 299 really? 3 nites 4 days with strip casino including air is $250 . I chose vegas

Never fails to amaze me and my partner. Stayed a night with a clean room and an accessible casino! Unfortunately maintenance was being done on the cards and machine links. But even with everything being offline, It was still an amazing experience.

We stayed 2 nights at Winstar. We loved the pool, the king size bed and of course the gambling. The staff was excellent. We requested items for the room and they were there with in minutes. This time was exceptional. Every guest that I met, was friendly and having a great time. I would like to comment on an accident at the pool we seen. A boy was hurt and fainted. The response from all the staff was beyond great. I was very impressed and felt they had the guest safety at heart. We have already reserved our spot for a return visit. Love Winstar!

Entertaining place and save the Biosecurity measures.

They have new machines, it's clean, and they have a variety of food choices.

The rooms were nice and comfortable. We liked the convenience of staying at the casino and they did a great job of the extra care they took for covid19. The only thing I would have to say is drive to the other end if you're looking to gamble over there if you're not used to a lot of walking, it's a bit of a hike. The gaming floor is about 1/3 of a mile long. There are so many food choices also. The burger at the cafe by the lobby was great, the appetizer combo and top shelf margaritas at El Fenix was a good snack but the music at Toby Keith's place wasn't that great. The ribeye was nothing to write home about but the cheesy fries appetizer was good. The smoked prime was definitely smokey tasting, the cut of meat was good but the taste was stranger than expected but I'm sure there are people out there that would enjoy it. As for the gambling there are so many choices of slots including a non smoking area. My bf loves bubble craps and there are 3 machines for those interested. This place is a 6 hour drive for us but it was fun....while we were winning, lol.

This place is huge and full of people! They have live music most weekends, a bunch of different bars, and a whole lot of games. I really like their touch screen maps that let you search for where specific games are in the casino. It gets pricy quick though.

Enjoyed the buffet and gaming at WinStar. The wait staff is always pleasant. The food is great. The slots are new and there is just about any game you can imagine. WinStar is very generous. As a cardholder, you get coupons monthly and lots of bonus. During CoVid19 they have been diligent temperature checking guests at the door, cleaning machines constantly and removing chairs to allow social distancing. I really enjoy WinStar.

Love going here but... With all this money spent, bring the worlds greatest casino, why not get rid of that nasty smoke smell????????? Yes invest in our health please.

Great place I love going during the week when not so crowded.

If you are traveling through its a must visit place. Until recently it was advertised as the world's largest casino. They have recently added more table games, a smoke free room, and a convention center. The biggest problem is that the staff tends to spend far too much time on their interpersonal relationships during off peak hours.The sound in their 4,000 seat concert venue is absolutely great, which is surprising since it's shaped like a big box. They have some acts I find surprising from a small venue like Slash, Don Henley, and Kevin Hart. They have great good courses as well. For locals there are more intimate places near by.

Enormous casino. Stayed for an afternoon for gambling and had a fun time. Most slot machines are modern and the tables were usually packed so it was very enjoyable.

Great accommodations... impressive casino, beautiful structure!... room had a coffee maker!!!. A must visit again.

We had a great time, as we gave our money away.... won a little lost a little more... can't wait to go back!!

Huge casino, we had to be escorted to the other side of casino because of covid and they were cleaning one half of casino. I won a little money but felt charitable so I gave it back.. hahaha. I will be back and I do recommend everyone who enjoys casino to try this casino at least once and know when to hold'em.

Kids running around. Can't get a drink without going and getting it yourself. I do like the new no smoking section. But won't return because of the above mentioned kids running around. Casinos are not for kids!!
