Dont go with any hope to win go to have a good time because winning is dang near impossible

The ventilation at the Windstar could be improved greatly. The casino reeks of stale and fresh cigarettes. A different experience than what I am use to in Vegas. I am having fun however the headache that comes after is not so fun.

Beautiful place. Small restaurants inside. Very easy to get started gaming, the machines all take cash and provide tickets to cash once done. Sooooooo many people.. Lots of smoking. The Walking Dead game was our favorite.

Also if you don't want to eat inside at the selective little restaurants, you better bring snacks. There are no quick eats around WinStar we had to travel far out to find food.

Go during the week on a Wed or Thursday. I have always won lots during the week. I play slots but very specific machines that have a bonus set of games to them. Never bet 50 cent hands. Total waste of time. Bet 90 or above. 1.25 hands or better. The payout is larger. If you win a big score head for the door!

I loved it here the room was so clean and smelled great! Went to Mickey Mantle and the food was delicious. Walked around the casino and it was gorgeous other than the cigarette smell i loved the experience.

My casino. I always enjoy my experience here. Never come home broke. Fun, clean place!

The manger was very sweet but the desk help was ruled and didnt know how to gave us a room

Loved the Win Star Casino they checked our temperature twice and had face masks available. This casino is very clean and they also sanitized the machines every so often. Also, we ate at the buffet the food was very delicious. We will be going back soon to do a review on our YouTube channel.

I know it is a Casino and people do smoke but whilst you feel like you're being hosed by smoke which after a while makes you wanna get the hell out for some much needed fresh air.

I being going for at least 17 years and have found it to be pleasant experience. I am 67 years old and still enjoy meeting with other good folks. Thanks

Soo we love going to Winstar to play , I have spent soo much here , but let me tell you about the perks , they are not good .. I get mail about complementary stays but cannot use them , I am told I have them but am limited on when I can use them . I spend more sooo muchhh and I only get $5-25 free play which is crazy . They really need to show
More appreciation towards their customers, I m better off driving little further going to Choctaw , where I have been offered free complimentary stays when I haven t even spend much , Winstar is closer to me and being the largest casino I would expect more perks but I guess I m wrong , I have been going for

Windstar world casino they just to send frre buffets back in the days and more promotions I hope they do more for us.but still good casino I like to go with my wife and family is always fun so if you go by stop at this casino you may hit the big one you never know takes one bet.

What a great exciting place to go during COVID, as they 100 percent take customer safety as they priority.

Loved the atmosphere! Went after work just to get away and have some fun! Stayed a couple of hours and enjoyed myself and my boyfriend!

I never win any money here. But I do like going to the bar down by the hotel. On Friday night they have a really nice singer.

Staff is very friendly, good service, buffet is good, also has local chain restaurants available.

Had an excellent dinner at Toby Keith's I Love This Bar, donated money at the slot machines, won some of it back on the Blackjack tables. Great Fathers Day celebration.

No table games
Been here twice and only one three card poker table open both times. Same three players sat at the table all night so no one else was able to play. Will not be back. This place needs to open more tables. Very disappointed

My primary reason for visiting was to spend a few hours gambling. I would have liked to see more video poker machines, such as Game King, as that is what I enjoy playing most. I found a few but they were hard to find and often taken. I would also like to see more non-smoking areas. I would imagine there are more non-smokers out there than smokers. It can be so annoying at time, you just want to move or leave the area. The restrooms were neat and clean. The drink stations were messy, with spills everywhere making everything sticky, including on the floor. Overall, it was a fun time. I loved the rewards!

Emmaculate grand scale property... I enjoyed my first and only visit on the casino floor. Looking forward to more visits.

As long as you don't mind losing money it's a great place to go. Even if you don't like gambling or slots there's a wide variety food and attractions for everyone. Plus it's the world's largest Casino. So if you like Casino it's a must do attraction to mark off your bucket list.

Our favorite place to play. Nice atmosphere, Friendly service. Always clean. Hardly saw that a machine was down. Called for help and they met my needs fast. Lost my phone and I reported it. Their security called me the next day and saw the woman who stole it, asked if I'd like to press charges, I declined. I was ready for a new phone anyway. But for them to actually find it, meant that they really care about their customers.

Didn't really enjoy my experience there every machine I played they had to service

Great place to gamble, relax and just kickback. I absolutely have a great time everytime I visit. I think they should turn off every other machine just to maintain social distancing.

Had a great time clean room good morning sleep instead of a good night sleep cuz I stayed up and played a lot more than I normally do cuz it was so much fun

The cashier at IHOP suggested a plate that saved my friend $10+ vs the stuff he ordered individually. Great customer service. Whole place was clean. Fun watching others at a real roulette and craps table. Only suggestion is to not allow people bringing their infant kids inside.

Great place or just enjoy your days and nights. I really enjoyed being there the three days that I spent there.

It was my first time in a Casino. I had fun hanging out there. Lots of variety to gamble. Got lucky in a slot machine and won $50.

Horrible experience, a security guard named clifford came up to me and my wife and was very rude to us. Maybe he had a issue with me being white and my wife being black. He harassed us until we left. I will never be back.

Would not give me a room at 4am. I was told to wait till 11am after I spent 2 grand at that place

Buffets terrible. Other than that our experience was decent. I think Choctaw is better.

It was nice,but services were not good as we ordered for drinks in Cassino game they never showed up . Some of the staffs were very rude with clients and they have very monopoly system in Rollette game.

This was such fun! The entire casino was extremely clean and the staff were extremely helpful in helping us on our first visit to Winstar. We can't wait to return!

Great casino. Earn free hotel rooms the more you visit. After your first visit to casino, you may never have to pay for a room. The rooms are wonderful. Restaurants in casino are good.

Only reason, I came great was for dinner Saturday nights for the seafood and king crab legs at Gran Villa buffet. Not any more. 29.99 for mediocre foods that you can get at Furr's or Golden Corral for half the price. Oh yeah, and the machines suck up your money faster thank a vacuum sucks up dirt.

Very disappointed with the casino. And how y'all cater to the Chinese people. I thought that Oklahoma was in the USA. But y'all make it seem like they are more important than anyone else in America. I'm sorry most are not American

A slot machine players dream with thousands to choose from. Table areas can be staffed to have more open during the day and evenings especially when winter comes along and nobody will be outside. Weekends and concert nights can be extremely busy, so be warned it can be crowded. The dealers are friendly and the smoke is on the low side. If you have a choice between Choctaw and here, I would pick here. 3 Card Poker is my favorite game.

Spacious, clean, and we'll managed. Fair prices and great facilities - laundry, showers, game room, casino shuttle, and friendly staff.

Hey i love this place in not always a winner when I play but I'm always a winner by how I'm treated. Cant say enough about the workers. They are always awesome.

Staff was very helpful, room very nice. Casino had non smoking area, which was very appreciated. Buffett worth the money!

They finally have craps with dice and real roulette. Now they just need to get rid of the ante. It's fairly easy to find a spot at a blackjack table on regular weekends when there is not a concert. Almost all $5 tables use continuous shuffle. There may be one or two $25 tables that use the card shoe. Restaurants open very late, but alcohol stops flowing at 2 am. They still allow smoking, but it's easy to avoid, because there are so many tables.

Hotel staff is very accommodating, rooms are tastefully decorated. Very reasonable pricing, would recommend, will return.

We took a brisk walk checking it out, will stop and stay another time.

Driven past this place a million times. Knowing my own luck I went ahead and walked in anyways. It was really awesome! Everything was so pretty, and it was so huge one could easily get lost in all the lights. So many things to do. There is even an entire part of the casino that is now non smoking, though that was pretty cool. And even during this Covid the staff was working diligently to make sure guidelines were being followed.

Win a 100 and cover dinner and gas. Nice road trip from north of Dallas. Last day out before the election!

There is lots of different things to do and very exciting. Be sure to have shoes that are comfortable , lots of walking.Good places to eat.

I love this place lot of fun went inside Jerry Seinfeld the seats are way too close together but it's a great place to see a comedy act anyways Seinfeld is awesome

Casinos in general aren't my thing and I feel there generally all the same. I was very confused here that you have to ante every time you make a bet. And they don't serve free drinks to players as they are an 18 and up establishment. The drinks are very pricey. We ate at one of the buffets and the food selection was great and not of the items tasty. Our server was fantastic and even giggled when she saw I had come back with four desserts.

World's largest casino!!! What else is there to say??? The food's good, the machines are good, the gift shops are good!!! Enough said...

I go to have fun and meet new people and have new experiences with different foods. Staff are awesome and polite. The bright flashy lights of the different machines will draw you in. I like the video type game more because you interact more with the game.

I went to do an overnight comp and all was going well until the rep told me I had to have an additional $50 deposit. I wasn't told this when I booked my stay. I was told that I only needed $10.70. Im disappointed that I was not told this prior to my visit. Needless to say I didn't do my me time.

Had an amazing time at WinStar casino. The restaurants in the casino have fantastic food and we enjoyed the buffet restaurant

Closest casino to dfw.. don't believe that Choctaw is.

This is the place you want to go for true casino action and best live performances.

This was wife and I first time at Winstar and we were very impressed with the whole experience. Hotel staff was awesome and room was excellent. Slot machines were good to wife and I we actually won quite a bit. We have a casino 1hr away from home called Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino which we visit frequently but Winstar hands down is at another level. We actually went to Vegas earlier in the year and we enjoyed Winstar experience a whole lot more than Vegas.

The older rooms on the tower closest to the casino are thankfully smoke free and large. The staff are friendly but would rate five stars if they restocked and clean the room more often.
