Absolutely beautiful. Large selection of games in the casino. Staff at casino and hotel helpful and friendly... The perks of free rooms at hotel are now charging a resort fee of 10 dollars which is worth it if you can get into one. The staff on the phone when trying to book isn't as good. It's hard to get into a comp room unless you book way in advance.
We stayed at the RV park and it was by far the nicest and cleanest park we have stayed at. We would definitely recommend and will be back again!

Always like to visit Winstar. We get 2 nights of comped rooms and a nice free senior buffet breakfast (only available Wed and Thur mornings). We never win but we always have a very nice time. What a great two day get away. We hope to come back in Dec. We try to get there every month or two for our mini vacation.
Beautiful Casino. Largest in the world. Fun machines, slots pretty tight, though. Fun experience. Didn't eat there, looked like a nice variety of restaurants. Did go to the DQ there, very friendly staff.
This was a exceptionally great place. Went there for the Gladys Knight concert. The show and the casino was great with the exception of those who were smoking. They should have a separate area for those who don't smoke to play. Other than that everything was just wondering.
It was a great first casino experience, the feel of the whole place is very nice and relaxing however if you have a sensitive nose this place isn't for you as smoking is allowed all over the casino, but there is the special area of the casino where its smoke free. Overall it was great will definitely come again.
This casino is a really nice place worth the 2 Hour Dr. from Edmond went there to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary it is a little pricey but what do you expect from a casino for as large as it is I wish they had a non-smoking area the food was outstanding and I don t not like the way the room rates go up every hour when trying to book a room for the weekend
As much as we Participate in the Casino Fun, we still Haven't Won anything Big or Small. Wish the odds or payouts were better. But we Enjoyed the other Entertainment and the Buffet and other Restaurants are Unique in their own way, You must Try The Steak house Bar, Wonderful. Yum!!! The Room accommodations are a plus, All the Housekeeping staff were So Nice & Pleasant.. I raise my old rating of 1 to a
4 because there is Always Room for Improvement.
I travel with my mother all over the 48 state's and we love stopping here and playing for a few days we do ok in winning but for us it is more than just winning or losing its about how we get treated every time we come here we have FUN and the people are respectful and professional and Fun its all part of the experience. The casino is beautiful all the state's and i love the new upgrades that they did to the casino as well.
Diana Ross was amazing, but one complaint myself and other guests had was the seating. It was like I was flying coach in an airplane! They need to reevaluate their seating arrangement so you don't have to know the people sitting next to you on a personal level. Let's just say at the end of the concert I was very good friends with the people sitting next to me.
An hour away and well worth the drive. I'd go everyday if I could.

This place is huge and had the most beautiful cashier I've ever seen. I wonder if she's single? Anyway I had a great time. I didn't win but it was fun!!!
We stayed at the hotel. Nice room. However, everyone I spoke to at the front desk, from check-in to check-out, was rude and very unaccomodating. But the servers in the casino were all awesome. They really took care of us and seemed to really care about us. Unfortunately, we probably won't come back.

Love the multitude of slot machines as well as the table.games. the service is excellent from the ladies who provide your drinks. The rooms exceed expectations. Wish there were microwaves in the rooms but room service is great.. And the absolute best is having options for dining. My favorite is still the buffet. You will truly have an enjoyable time here

Good that temps are checked before entry. Was a little too crowded. Too much smoking (normal), too many folks NOT wearing masks properly. Just couldn't stay too long.

We've been to casinos all over the country. (We travel a lot for business) and by far the best comps we've seen. As you probably know, the largest inn the world so that's fun. Feels nice. Fun games. Always crave crave to go back. We feel we'd rather fly to here than to Vegas. 80% of the time we walk away ahead after all expenses or break even. Good pay outs. Or we're kind of lucky? $100 could give you 2 days of fun.
I really like this place. I m a big gambler and I have to say on the slot machines this is one of the best casinos I been to. I usually go to lake Charles and no luck, I been here several times and I usually win or break even. Highly recommend it. Downside you have to buy your own beer, no freebies.
I normally get a present for my birthday but not this yr. I dropped a bit of money nothing was gain machines were pretty tight
Lots of games to play and good eateries too. We always have great fun at Winstar. I would have given it 5 stars, if it were a non smoking casino. Nevertheless, I will certainly continue to visit there.
Not impressed with the casino, the slots here suck. Pretty cool building and the different statues and cieling murals. Food was fantastic, we went in the new Italian restaurant here. The staff was very friendly and all around good atmosphere. Machines are too tight to even want to play here...even after spending $300, it was not worth it. Takes forever to hit a bonus and when you do the payout sucks. I'll still to my smaller casinos, we wont be stopping here again..

Wish there was more non smoking sections. Preferably the section right next to the hotel. The bed sucks and the air conditioner kicks on every three minutes, but the shower is interesting

It was family friendly, a bathroom greeted us as we entered. It's well decorated, everyone who worked there was nice. We ate at Tobey Keith's which we have eaten in okc many of times. Overall, I wouldn't mind going again it was nice and everyone was courteous and lots of dining options as well as covered parking

Loved this place. The atmosphere is a mini Vegas. It's a very beautiful big casino with an awesome atmosphere. If you like Vegas but can't get away that far this would be a great substitute.
I loved to gamble an it's a nice place for a getaway.
Food and drinks are EXPENSIVE here! Not an incentive to stay overnight. Employees are super nice. Golf course is awesome!

Our stay on Sunday-Tuesday was a little disappointing on the room. We were on the 3d floor and our room had roaches around the TV, didn't see them in time and they were on my wife's dinner. Did not come up with the food as we carried it in from IHOP. left a message for house keeping.
Staff is constantly cleaning and sanitizing. If you are staying in the hotel, don't expect to have your room cleaned or beds made. Dosen't happen right now.

Every time I go to Winstar I have a great time. It's huge lot's of slots to play and plenty of space for social distancing!! Plus you usually at least win or leave with your money!!
Accommodations are outstanding and staff is super friendly. If you have to make a donation to a casino, I'd recommend this place. The buffet is top notch, the swimming pool is accessible and fun, and the gambling offered is varied and entertaining. The themes of NYC, Beijing, Cairo and so on stretch out along a nearly mile-long concourse. Bring comfy shoes. Drink stands are scattered along the course, along with many of my favorite restaurant brands, all without leaving the building.
It was a good casino just didn't have enough poker tables open.

I had not been to a casino in 5 years. I got there at 8:30 Friday night and played till 10:30 tge next morning! I was expecting some rewards on my card, but only got $10 back! The gaming is good, but the rewards suck!

I was bored and my hand was itching! I hoped in my ride and before I knew it I was in the CASINO! My first time in Winstar and it was like a big azz DAVE & BISTETS .....like flickering and buzzing. I loved the atmosphere and my texas hold'em dealer was fun. I left with $300 bucks and it could have been more but I had to pace myself.
Awesome place to stretch your legs! Lots of commercial truck parking and lots of food options inside! I always enjoy the free beverage station options. Lots of machine and table games if you want to gamble. I like getting my daily steps in walking through the place. It's very beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Wear comfortable shoes because it's a big place and you will want to see it all!
The casino is fun with a huge variety of machines and games. It smells very strongly of smoke, but they do have a non-smoking section now as well. Rooms are very nice, especially if you get a pool facing room.
I went for my 45th Birthday!!! I lost all of my money. But, I had so much fun!!! Just being in that atmosphere, got my adrenaline going! Thanks for the WONDERFUL TIME, CELEBRATING MY BIRTHDAY!!!
Not sure how they claim they re the biggest casino in the world, maybe when you add in the parking lot and garages. Anyway....for a claim like that I would expect their dining choices to be on par with world class, not even close. We tried 3 different restaurants, and they were all no better then a mall food court. The place is very smokey, almost felt like we were in the old part of Las Vegas. Our lungs burned, and we smelled like cigarettes. It s a Casino I get but I would have expected a better ventilation system. Bottom line they bill themselves as
World Class, but don t come close. Plus, everything is way over priced, and very poor service at the card tables. Never once got a free drink in 4 hours of play. For the cost of a room you can save that money and buy plane tickets to Vegas and get a real world class experience.
I used to go a long time ago, play for hours and sometimes win but usually loose, but had fun, now I lost in less than one hour, four times as much as I used to bring, I finally got a spin, I was betting max, it gave me after loosing almost 400 dollars 15 dollars, the started loosing every row.
Blah, way too busy. No social distancing and so absolutely no cleaning.
It was okay. Clean for the most part. I think it is hyped up too much. We reserved a room online, when we arrived we didn't get what we reserved. A little frustrating, my boyfriend and I had to sleep in separate beds. Unsure if I'll return.
Well it's may be big but I don't like it. Too congested too many machines and too many frustrated people

There was a very wide variety of games and places to eat. It was very well taken care of and clean.
Flashy lights! Binking Binking machines! Quick money! Well - two of the things are why you do there :) Great selection of penny machines and table games. You can be lost in there for hours. Hint: Hit El Fenix... it's a fantastic Mexican restaurant with terrific drink deals. They have an outside patio inside the casino - Its just fun to people watch and eat.
