Trying to get your attention. This is really a five star location but our unique Experience left me giving it a one for this message only. The employees are all awesome and everything is gorgeous. Anyone that is not 100% familiar with the rules of tribal/federal property with in a county that they only have a little footprint, you better know what s going on because they won t tell you in an open manner. No signs before you drive on the property so if you are not ready right away, You may be committing a federal offense and if they stop you for any reason, there could be very serious consequences. If you have a out-of-state rental car, you might have to do a lot of work for something that should be simple.

I feel horrible for disrespecting the Chickasaw nation. A simple but very visible sign before you can get on the property saying if you re not familiar with Tribal laws, go to this website before entering the property. I figure there s very few people that just randomly run into this place but we were one of them and we came back three nights in a row so we were disrespectful of them three times...they didn t get us in to the last and now we know.

But the people of the area are all good people and honesty will make things easier when you do cross that invisible line between county roads.

My first time ever gambling experience and well worth it, HUMONGOUS facility and very helpful staff.

Great service food was ok hard to get around lots of people

Rooms were great, and casino had more slot machines than you could possibly imagine. Only thing that could have been better was the number of craps tables. They only had two as far as I could tell

Oh, I like going to win star. But I don't want to go by my self. because of the drive. I need someone to help me drive to win star. Is not far away. But that is the only thing that hold me back.

The Winstar World Casino is the largest in the world. The room's are very nice. There are different restaurants from around the world to eat. Lots of slot machines. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend going to it. Check out there website.

Never a dull moment when I come visit. Rooms, food, and thr facility itself are great

Food at the Gran Buffet edible, but not noteworthy at all, some desserts not even edible. Only one small non smoking area...very few entertaining, different games. Casinos used to have fun games that simulated different sports and activities, I remember playing a very fun horse racing game in Las Vegas where wooden horses ran around a little track...by now there should be games in Casinos that combine video games and gambling

Really big old building tho terrible pay out machines and atmosphere is so bad people have no matters their since their is so many machines people want to play 2 or 3 at a time been so greedy hard to get On a vgt slot Would not recommend not worth the trip better of on local casino n better payouts

Clean, comfy rooms. Great valet service! Just wish there was a no smoking area, indoor pool and slots that would let me win...

Five small casinos are connected with a pathway. This place needs to be more creative such as game room for kids to hang out, bowling area, movie theater. This will keep the kids occupy while parents can comfortably walk away to do the adult things.

Fantastic casino! Very nice rooms at the hotel, friendly staff and an awesome pool with a waterfall. Wide variety of dining choices from fast food to formal. The casino is huge and maintained very well. Smoking and non-smoking game areas available. This was my second overnight stay in a year and already planning another one in the next few months. Not Vegas by any means, but the best casino/resort experience close to OKC.

We stayed at the rv park and played golf. The rv park is very clean and almost walking distance to the golf course. They provide shuttle service to the golf course and casino. The golf course is well kept. We really enjoyed or stay and will definitely be back.

Love this place, been there a couple times and I have enjoyed so much.

Haven't been here in years but it really hadn't changed, the only drawback is there is too much smoke in there. They really need to make a smoke free area.

We arrived in the middle of the night, won some, lost some - had fun!

This place is huge. Lots of different games and now they actually roll dice for craps and roll a ball for roulette. Needs to have better air purifiers. The smoke free area is too small and they dont have good games in there.

casino is amazing. a little smoky...medium to high level of smoke. restaurants are exceptional. buffet was the best. slot attendants are fast. hotel front desk is not good. they dont know policies...are not flexible...dont work well with casino hosts. rooms are great in casino tower. overall I thoroughly enjoyed the property.

I like the new hotel here makes this place better lots of slots and only about an hr drive from DFW.

It's the most exciting and wonderful place to have a good time.

Excellent as usual. Staff is prompt and attentive to guess needs. The entertainment (Aubree Anna) is fenaminal. We look forward to see her perform everytime are in town. Her performance is professional, stunning and she's no stranger to her audience.

Clean place. Very large so dont plan on walking the whole place if you cant make it. Not very friendly table games dealers. Love the poker room and the staff in there.

Winstar casino I love going they because it's a straight shot from Dallas on 35 North and the role of big and nice when you spend it overnight. You win some and you lose some but it's always fun

Drinks are giod. Bartenders pretty good. Disappointed that they put slot machines in front of the stage. I guess no more live bands. Thats sucks

No social distancing whatsoever & mask wearing not enforced. To play slot machines (if you can get on one), get a drink, or eat in a restaurant, you will be shoulder to shoulder guaranteed. The place is packed. 100% capacity.
Patrons complaining about risking Covid & smoke blown directly in their face, just to lose on extremely tight machines. Your money is gone so quick, can't even enjoy an evening, have to go home early. The machines are rigged, its more than obvious. Each one of the live music & entertainment areas have been taken away (before Covid hit) & replaced with more slot machines. I've been going to Winstar for a long time and its horrible now! The Players card is not advisable. The small non-smoking area is an even bigger rip off. Half the chairs have been removed so people stand up to play & hover over you.
Jackpots are few & far between. If you are not the right complexion, good luck.

I have been going here monthly for a couple years. The more I spend the worse the comps get. My girlfriend are going up this weekend but even with premier cards they have stopped offering us free buffets. I m thinking it maybe time to look for another gaming sight? Choctaw or Shreveport? Two years ago I would say this was a five star location.

An ungodly amount of slot machines. I believe, the most. Anywhere. Either in the U.S., or the entire world. I'm not even joking. Also seen Penn & Teller there. Super dope. Good times. Buffet could be better, but not a bad place to check out

WinStar has a great staff and pretty good restaurants. If you've been wanting to go to WinStar, definitely check it out. Don't forget to eat at Toby Keith's.

Tha bartedders are great and they are fast. Tha room so clean and meet.

My nephew took me there once,and I loved it,the staff is great,the place is the cleanest,the machines are very fair,to me there is NO better casino.

This is a great casino just a hop over the boarder from Texas and they have some great food here also.

First time at WinStar, went up with some friends for the Chicago concert. This is a big casino and it was packed on Saturday night. Difficult to sit in on a table game, but plenty of machines. Easy in-n-out with free parking. Pretty good experience and we'll definitely go back.

Always have a good time, team is nice, lots of dining options and parking as well.

Wow! Huge Casino and lots of foot traffic. Just went for the buffet so my Fiance could get her snow crab legs fix. I don't like crab so I was stuck paying $30/each and I just eat pizza or pot roast. Dessert bar is very wide ranging and after sampling just about everything, think it's the best buffet dessert bar I've visited. All the buffet food I sampled was good quality fixings. Just no buffet is worth $30 especially when we only drink water. Crab legs apparently is worth it and an hours drive, if it makes Momma Happy, it makes everyone Happy.

I don't smoke...a no smoking section would be nice. Reeks heavily of smoke so didn't stay too long to pull the one arm bandits. I lost $10, Momma won $50 on the $20 I gave her. She didn't share her winnings, but she was Happy so that made me Happy.

I won money on almost every machine I played. Left with a couple grand. First time I've won any money at a casino. I couldn't miss that day. The casino is beautiful and organized. We all want to go back but it's a 2-day drive

Not the best place in the world. Gave them one star because the bed slept well...
When we first arrived we went to shower and the water wouldn't get hot, and when my wife finally got into the shower she noticed that the shower was dirty and full of hair. I callrd downstairs and they said they would send someone up to take care of our issues. The guy explained that the water was cold because it had to travel to our floor, as he walked out he told us that the shower being nasty was on housekeeping. Well needless to say the shower didn't get cleaned last night and when housekeeping came this morning we were still in the room. When i went back into the restroom the shower was still nasty and had the SAME HAIR IN IT! We requested to get moved to another room since we were expecting outstanding service. Needless to say they dropped the ball with us. We usually stay at the Hilton and will continue to stay at the hilton. This hotel wasn't worth the stay.

Fun place to visit, hard to win, lots of new slot machines. The senior buffet is no longer free. That's ok since the food was not that good anyway.

They have a lot of machines but only a few are paying off.

So my parents go here often and spend a pretty decent amount of money at the casino. They are regularly sent free night stays with no blackout dates. WELL they have tried to take advantage of the free nights but guess what? Out of the 8 times they have tried to stay here they are told sorry we do not have availability!!! But when they look online there is plenty of rooms available for the same dates. Like they were planning on going this weekend but were told no rooms but online there is availability. I think it's ridiculous to send marketing promotions and not honor them for people who visit your establishment on a good basis!!!

The gambling experience as a whole... Impressive due to the large amount of available games/machines. Staff very helpful. Felt safe on grounds with the security staff making themselves present. Plenty of food choices on hand. Free sodas and water. Clean restrooms with staff attending EVERY restroom I visited.
Slots weren't as "paying" as they were in the past. But hey, it's a Casino. Yet in the past (10 years ago) I seemed to have more fun with payouts. Now, the payouts seem minimum. Maybe they have me identified as a past big winner! Lol.....

I love winstar! I felt safe the whole time I was there. They have all of the biggest newest games! And tons of options for food!!

I'm not sure if all the smoke lost the first star for me or both.. maybe ill reconsider 2/5 stars? You won't win..ive read enough reviews to see the trend and now I can confirmed for myself after going twice. Place is huge and unorganized. Currently at 50% capacity but that doesn't mean you'll find an open slot machine. So many places to eat at.. but do you really want to eat at any of them? Theyve already lathered me up with free night stays, but do I risk them charging me $400/night like the other dozen bad reviews I've seen?

Smoke is so thick. Wish it was a non smoking place. They have Rio which is great but not very big and you have to walk thru all the smoke to go to any of the restaurants

Great casino only 1 hour drive from DFW Airport. Hundreds, or maybe thousands of slot machines. They also have table games. 18 and over to gamble.

This casino is beautiful! The variety of machines is also nice and the beverage stations and restrooms are nice and clean. My only complaint is that their players club employees are not very knowledgeable about their promotions and how they work and I definitely could gave had a better first experience.

I only go about once or twice a year and have won everytime. I enjoyed myself.

Decent amount of table games, miles of slots, and ok food options. The worst thing about this place is the smoking. Yes there is a non-smoking area, but it is slots only.

The show itself (Eddie Izzard) was great. Loved the free sodas throughout the casino. The seats in the venue were a little too narrow. And while I know what I'm getting into when I go into a casino, I still despise the stench of cigarette smoke.

Lots of people with mask on in there . You'd think it was wuhan China . If you're that worried about corona I'd stay home. Kinda strange

I never win here. It's ok fun but who wants to go when you NEVER win.

It's a good Casino with a lot of games, but my hotel stay was less than pleasant. The elevators make a metallic popping sound that I could hear all night in my room.

The casino was great as usual didnt break even but had a great time my only disspointment was the blonde working the front at el fenix she was the rudest person I think I have ever met

Went here for a concert. Stayed on site at the casino resort. The room was clean and the staff was mostly nice and helpful. My first encounter with a staff member was not pleasant, as she was rude and continued to interrupt as I was speaking, but after that it was all a great experience. Didn't win any $$ but still had fun at the show. If you're going to see a concert here, the venue is kind of weird, not an ideal place to see live music in my opinion, but still a good time.

Horrible dining experience st terrace view restsurant..service slow and inconsistent...goid not hot and the chicken tough seemingly not well cooked..for the price it was not worth it..i expect more for a 20.00 meal n much better service

Would've been 5 stars if we could have won something. It was nice that they have a non-smoking room. We wish we could have seen/played in the high-rollers room. (Still not sure if they have one).
