Always great gaming and food! We go about once a month or so. We always have a great time.

I am going back in a few days and will be staying there. I will post more after that visit. It's a BIG casino with several different theme area. Convenient parking.

Very customer service oriented.
They take time to recognize valued customers. Winstar provides excellent perks like golf accommodations, spa services, and excellent fine dining .

It's great but just a little bit Smokey from the cigarettes

The casino is super clean & has many options of gaming. It is very large with tons of restaurant choices. Always enjoy it when we go.

Way too smoky. The ventilation is horrible. I left because my throat was hurting from all the smoke. There is a very tiny nonsmoking game room, but to get to it you have to wade through all the rest of the casino with thousands of people smoking. I had a free buffet coupon which is on the opposite side of the casino from the nonsmoking part. The food wasn't that great either. I guess I would've had a better experience if people weren't so rude to blow their smoke in my face and it was so crowded that very few games were available. A lot of them just had people sitting at them not even playing. I will never go here on a concert weekend again. In fact I don't think I'll be back until they upgrade their ventilation or join the 21st century and ban smoking or at least confine it to a small separate area. I even saw people smoking in the hallways and elevators!

Loved this beautiful casino. It was out first time there...

I really enjoy coming here. There is plenty of caffeine, gambling, and a place for the non gamblers to hang out. The pool is really nice!

The building and site (hack) was impressive. There were many (wheeze) different options for gaming and (cough) good dining options as well. One minor thing (coughs up lung) is that smoking is allowed on the gaming floors, so if you have (spew) any sensitivities to cigarette smoke, this isn't the place for you (clears throat).

Very interesting.. like Busch Gardens only with gambling instead of rides.. different countries to venture into.. variety of delicious food and ALOT of slots.. great customer service... we will visit again.

Just a great,time and a great get-away for a day or for a weekend. It feels like they always have a special for rooms or contests. It's always fun and there is great food for whatever you may want.

Went for the Seinfeld show, which was great! I know the smoking is just part of the scene, but I could barely breathe. The Italian restaurant was good. The beverages were real bad.

This casino is not one that I would consider returning to. The people who work there are rude and unhelpful. The slot machines are not even slightly generous and there is a minimum bet on most of them. In other words, if you want to play a nickle slot machine your minimum bet is 20, this means you are actually playing a dollar slot machine because 20 nickles equal a dollar. If you have 50 cents left in the machine when you are finished playing you cannot play it off. You have to cash it out or leave it there. Also, a majority of the 1 dollar slot machines have a minimum bet of 5 dollars which you find out after putting your money in. They have to be making a fortune with this scam. There is no excitement in this casino. Usually, people are happy, slot machines are singing with bells and sirens, table games have people surrounding them with anticipation, just overall excitement everywhere. Not here at WinStar, people are walking around like they just lost their puppy looking sad and depressed.The entire atmosphere feels like this. I have been to Las Vegas, Atlantic City, and several casinos in the Caribbean, and I can truly say that this is the worst casino I have ever visited. Oh, in case you are wondering, I was lucky enough to break even by visiting a smaller Casino near the Winstar. Thanks to that place, I lost nothing during our trip.

If you like playing the slots, this is the place for you. Unfortunately I play the tables and most were closed and the wait to play was lengthy. Hotel room was nice. Wouldn't stay more than a day, not much to do if not gambling.

I like it but I don't seem.to win much. This was the first time In a long time that I didn't leave "in the red."
The hotel & casino facilities are high quality but the ventilation system can only do so much, so if you can't abide cigarette smoke you won't like the casino.
I really like the variety of the slot machines & they always seem to have some fun new games but their slots aren't very loose...
It's laid out in a long L shape so if you have trouble walking, It's hard to go far although they do have a pretty good shuttle system that goes all around the outside of the casino.
I really like their gift shops better than any of the other casinos I've been to. Selection, quality, etc. are better.
Hotel rooms are great too. Corner suites are my favorite. 2 Pool areas & both very nice.
Just wish there was more for you to do besides gambling - esp for those who go with you that don't gamble as much as you...

Unfortunately due to covid, there really wasn't much to do. It was entertainment for roughly 4 hours. You'll get easily lost as well. This is due to the fact that the entire casino looks the same. You will find the same slot machines and layout in China as you would in France. There are currently no table games except for blackjack, craps, and roulette. Avoid El Phoenix at all cost! It's not worth the service or food you will get. You will find better food at the buffet. If you want a drink, go to the Rotunda Bar. If Tracey is the bartender, you are sure to get good drinks! Other than that, it was an escape for the wife and I! Even if it was just for a night.

Beautiful environment and everything anyone who likes to play can enjoy.

Recently went on our first trip here and LOVED it. I don t gamble but there was plenty to entertain me while my husband did. Food was great!

Beautiful hotel. Buffet was ok. Salad could have been fresher. Although there was a strong pot smell coming through my room.

It is huge and awesome plus they send offers for free rooms free drinks free food free golf. You can earn comps. Beautiful present for your birthday month. This month my husband received a beautiful blanket and cupcake. You will get free play for being a new member or bringing a new member. There is also a shuttle lots if restaurants and gift shops. Free cheeseburger fries and drink at. Toby Keith's if you are or were military. Rio is non smoking as is poker room as is the yummy grill. Now all I need is a jackpot. Oh yes get a player's card and earn points for a free senior breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday

It was really nice, clean, great costumer service and to top it off great feeling when we hit a jackpot 2k.

Still charge you for a "resort" fee, the pool is closed, the spa is closed, everything is closed. When I asked the front desk they just thought it was funny we were still getting charged for it.

Wish there was a non smoking section. I think there is a significantly more non smoking players in relation to smokers that attend this location

Always have a great time here in my Native Oklahoma

At this time they are under staffed with personnel but could make do with employees at this time if some employees goofing off while others carrying the load. A lot of employees seem to have forgotten they are in a customer service industry. Buffet is not worth the price, better food at a convenience store.

Great atmosphere and large choice of machines to play

The rooms are very nice. The casino is so huge u don't know if your coming or going. If you know they'll points you in the right way. All kinds of different restaurants to eat at.

machines were to tight not paying out. Even on bonus spins you get so little. Loosen up the machines so people can have fun.

First let me start by saying it is a beautiful place and yes I enjoyed myself but at the same time I was a little disappointed and felt discriminated my husband's a truck driver I normally don't ride with him I'm disabled,where he had to park was bumpy and the rocks were loose next to it was an empty lot and it was in better shape but conveniently it was blocked off, it was cold so I wanted to just go see the architect of your facility and your decorating it was very beautiful other than that I hope one day you guys will accommodate truck drivers especially those who have their family with them and let's not forget the disabled . Thank you

This place is great! Lots of tables and a whole lot of spots! The gaming can compete with Vegas, but no free alcohol! Still a great time!

Awesome place. Massive amounts of room, even when it's busy. Free sodas, water, and coffee. Biggest issue I had was wait time for alcohol. Me and my wife waited for around 35 minutes to be served.

The Casino was fun, plenty of restaurants to choose from. The elevators were HOT, (Casino tower) a little hard to breathe. We stayed on the third floor which also seemed to not have any type of AC running... only in your room. For 300 a night + playing at the casino, you would expect higher maintenance on the hotel's end (you don't even have a fridge for leftovers) rather than just the casino (where all our money is going.) It's a beautiful place with great attractions, but was surely lacking in the accommodation and comfort side when it came to our overnight stay.

Great hotel stayed at the pool towers south was a great room I didn't have a pool view they do offer one so many choices of slot games and they also have great choices of food just got back about an hour or so ago from there again had a great time again

Friendly staff, nice accomodations. Only had part is hotel side parking, and I lose too much when I go!

This place is just wonderful clean and everyone is so nice and courteous. No matter what time of day you go. I love this place.

Had a blast playing for 9+ hours on multiple machines. Seen a couple big winners over 4k. The alcoholic drinks can cost you some dough. Follow the old rule of not playing your winnings. Food is good and drink service is better if you tip'em if not wanting to leave your machine.

Lots of fun, tons of slots to choose from, and now Vegas style table games too.

The outside is so fun with the different themes. The casino area was fairly clean from what I saw. It only took the few minute walk to the non smoking area for my hair to smell like smoke though. If you like to gamble, check it out.

First time ever going to this WinStar and absolutely enjoyed it. All the staff were very professional and friendly and kept facilities very clean. I loved the variety of restaurants to eat at and chose El Fenix who provided a great dining experience. So many games to choose from on the floor and not a lot of traffic on a Sunday night. Will definitely be back again!

Win ratio is not very high compared to vegas or shreveport. Alcohol stops after 1:30am on Saturday nights. Overall decent place for some gambling.

Good food and nicely kept. The only concern I have is the smoking allowed inside premises. For a person that does not smoke it was quite unpleasant at times.

I had a lot fun at the Winstar with my Mom and our Friend Pam! I didn t win a jackpot but I did win back what I played. The gambling was fun and everyone was nice, and the food was delicious!

This was a great experience for my friend who had never been in a casino. I was hoping for his beginner luck...well I won enough to pay for our time there. Highly recommend great atmosphere. Good luck

Pretty cool casino only down side was it was and stays packed and hard to get through it. Employees didn't know where certain places in the casino was. Like the skyline lounge. But, pretty neat to check out.

Love playing bingo there and use our free nights as often as possible. The rooms have always been clean and very comfortable. Friendly staff and good service.

I love Windstar World Casino and Resort. It's a pretty big place with a ton of slots they also have poker and roulette as well as other gaming. I have not had the opportunity to go to one of the concerts yet, but the restaurants are great.and the hotel is beautiful especially during the Christmas season with the trees up around the entrances to the casino and hotel. Maybe you're up for a good game of golf, they have that too along with a gorgeous pool area and a spa.

They had more games and looked like more tables than the others. Loved it

Did not stay at the hotel - Casino only passing through on the highway. Great restaurant selection, and good amount of games. Very clean facilities. Would recommend.

Too much indoor smoking still during the pademic...I believe this should have been regulated a little more...if droplets spread...and at 50%capacity..does this not put your customers/workers at risk ,temp check is just for fevers not asymptomatic people mask won't prevent this...right? Stay open..provide the service...just regulate a little tighter for the safety of all and to end the trend of pandemic set backs.

The machines were not paying out money during the early afternoon.

A horrible place to go if you have a gambling addiction since it's over a mile long building of slots. It's fun, but I wish it had more to do that isn't gambling or drinking. Since it's the only place within several miles, a theater or other fun things to do other than gamble and drink would be cool, and I've seen smaller casinos that pull that combination off perfectly.

Not crowded, staff helpful, food was good, had a great time.

Had wonderful time just not able to walk the casino and I don't have a wheelchair. I thought you rented scooters but the pandemic probably make it impossible

Very fun and exciting. Too crowded for a pandemic. Friendly staff! The chocolate is delicious.

Nice room and good experience. We were in the south pool tower. The room was clean and I liked it. There were lady bugs in the room. They are a sign of good luck and are harmless do I didn't mind. We ate at the IHOP express. They were busy so things were not the best but it was acceptable.

Love going to Winstar. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Friendly people and staff. Good food at chips and ales gran via buffet. Nyc is the best burger and fries. Thanks for your entertainment of all the great games.
