Not the best place in the world. Gave them one star because the bed slept well...
When we first arrived we went to shower and the water wouldn't get hot, and when my wife finally got into the shower she noticed that the shower was dirty and full of hair. I callrd downstairs and they said they would send someone up to take care of our issues. The guy explained that the water was cold because it had to travel to our floor, as he walked out he told us that the shower being nasty was on housekeeping. Well needless to say the shower didn't get cleaned last night and when housekeeping came this morning we were still in the room. When i went back into the restroom the shower was still nasty and had the SAME HAIR IN IT! We requested to get moved to another room since we were expecting outstanding service. Needless to say they dropped the ball with us. We usually stay at the Hilton and will continue to stay at the hilton. This hotel wasn't worth the stay.
