I have been to this casino several times. It is a wonderful atmosphere! The buffet is always on point! The games aren't always so friendly but just try a few of them until you find the right one for you. The only complaint I have is I get offers in the mail but there is hardly ever a comp room. Great place for adulting!

Had an awesome time! Anyone we encountered from the casino was polite, kind, helpful and seemed happy to be at work. The restaurant we ate at was great! Very decent prices for being in a casino! The only thing we weren't a fan of is the smoking. While I understand how hard it is in a place like that I sure wish I could see the casinos come along to at least segregated smoking areas. Selection of slots was great and the architecture was amazing! We loved all the themed areas!

Beautiful casino. They have slots, card tables, roulette tables and online tables. Several bars and restraunts. Nice club card and bonuses.

I actually like the social distancing and mask thing better. There were far less people and far less chaos than normal. My guy and I had a blast and got some needed time away just us.

This is part 2 of the reviews for WinStar Casino. Upon further time spent here and associating with the staff, the amenities and staff don't cease to amaze. I briefly went over this last time but upon further discovery. The shops here are one of a kind and unique. Whether it would be Onyx as shown from the photo with the Swarovski specialties, or the unique pool side with a bar. This is a casino that proves it's worth not just by the typical slot machines, card games and other sources of gambling. Its truly remarkable. Expect part 3 at some point on an overview of the layout and in depth analysis of what's inside.

Always a great place to spend a night. If its your first time, make sure to sign up for a membership. You will collect bonus plus you will get coupons for free hotel stays, free buffet and any promotions running for the month.

OK, so first off this place is big. It s the biggest casino in the world apparently, so please keep that in mind when you come here. Walking shoes are a plus. The good part about it is that it makes for a very experience and a lot of restaurants. It still seems to have the friendliness of the local casino without the super duper high prices and will allow you to play for a while.

Very nice grounds, a ton of slot machines for those that are into that kind of gambling, however, I much prefer to take my chances at Blackjack, and I had a good night at the tables there, we will return.

Good casino would've gave it a 5th star if i won some money lol

I guess they're still trying to make up for the money they lost during the shutdown.

My first time at the casino. It was beautiful. The staff was nice. Loved the valet service. We didn't get a chance to stay in the rooms, but we will next time. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is, they don't give free alcohol while you're playing, and I wasn't given gaming credits when I signed up as a new member.

There was no social distance in place no where in the casino. All slot machines are open and people were asked to wear a mask but you have a smoking section open and of course no one there is wearing a mask because they are to busy smoking and coughing and blowing smoke in the air. It' was so pack inside. I don't believe that the casino is counting people as they go inside the casino for social distance. It's a 100% back open. Not 25% or 50% or 75%. It's completely open.

Each"City" has it's own theme. New York, Madrid, Milan, and more. By my five star rating you can tell I won some money today, but you don't win everytime. You can smoke and drink while you gamble

Free senior breakfast is ok for free. I would not pay the listed $15 for it. A restaurant close to the buffet, has an excellent breakfast for about $7. Several on my bus went there and recommended it if I ever go back. Out of a full bus, only 4 people actually left as winners. All the rest of us lost. Very bad odds. There is not any place to go and sit where it is quiet and wait for the bus. Or to go and wait the hours until time to leave and you are out of money! Noise and smoke levels are high.

I always have a great time at this casino. This is one of the largest casinos in the world and they have free drinks nonalcoholic of course. The staff is great and definitely worth the drive from North Texas.

Great place! I can walk into this casino with 500 bucks and stay and play for 15 hours! Always have a great time. Love the large non smoking areas. Seems to keep me afloat when I play.

Had a great stay but the air indoors needs better filtration with the Lingering cigarette Smoke. Fun time at the pool in the heat but for a casino way too many kids to really enjoy as a adult for myself.

Large casino plenty of open machines, from main entrance left appeared to be black jack area. Walked thru Madrid section further ended up at hotel entrance. Drink stations were typical in the center every so often along with several bar area and Cafe. All in all a good time for a short break from the road.

Had so much fun here and would highly recommend. The hotel room was AMAZING and had fun in the pool and casino area. To all the people mad about them not social distancing or wearing masks, then just dont go. Nobody FORCED you to go there especially if you're complaining but still went.

Was a good experience in the midst of this covid pandemic. Hand sanitizing stations available, mandatory face masks (even have them available if you don't have one)

Nice well kept casino. Tons and tons of slot machines and while they don't have free alcohol like other places, their drinks are relatively good. Just recently installed live roulette and craps so things are getting better.

This place takes an hour an a half to walk from one end to the other and takes up 3 city blocks. It's very large with different European themes throughout the casino. It has several mud sized bars and restaurants and a very beautiful hotel.

Beautiful, if you can afford to lose money. Cant stand all the smoking.

Gambling and food are excellent, food and drinks are a little pricey.

It's alot of fun but no outside alcohol..the rooms are nice we got a suite only thing we didn't like was the curtains don't close so sun was blinding us super early.

I think by far this is the best casino I have ever been too. Everyone is extremely helpful and courteous.

Always clean and they do a great job of sanitizing. Made us feel safe with this pandemic going on.

I like it cuz give you points,you can get free hotel room,if you have enough points you can have free cocktail drinks or food,,play club lady was very nice,what ever I ask her questions she answer me with details

Huge ashtray with slot machines. But they have a little dungeon for non-smokers. Use the Rio entrance. It's just a room with lots of slot machine, a bathroom, and a small snack place with small tables in the aisle. It's a casino for SMOKERS, that dont mind the bad smell.

Casino floors is pretty big and laid out as different countries. The entire casino smells of smoke though. The hotel side is alot nicer and does not reek of smoke.

We have been to several casinos over the years . but this is the biggest casino I've ever been in we had a awesome time . I even won some money ! so thanks winstar for your hospitality an your money. Lol!

Buffet was average....didn't see or hear of anybody hitting a jackpot....you probably have better odds at scratch off tickets

It was awesome... to see the city during the evening.. wonderful place to visit.

First time going. enjoyed the buffet. food was well worth the price. staff friendly and helpful. smell in smoking area was so strong. I wonder if my lungs are mad at me after leaving. I had a first timer card with $15. left with cash. neat set up overall with design to represent different countries.. great walking distance inside.

The casino is enormous and has every game imaginable. There are also a wide variety of eating venues & shops. The hotel had a very clean, modern feel. The only down side was that check-in lines were long & there wasn't an online check-in option to speed up the process.

payouts are awful. I haven't taken anything home from there ever. I played a lot living in Nevada and it was a much better experience. maybe dial down the fancy and let visitors win once in a while.

Great fun! Always a little cold, so take a jacket. They are always making improvements. It is the Worlds largest casino!! I dislike the fifty cent antie you have to pay each game at a table game though. Comps are pretty good if you go every now and then. We always have fun, even when we lose.

Great place but I loss all my money again after winning it back. But it's a good casino to enjoy a outting.

Biggest casino I have ever been to. Sooo many people. Really cool place. It is so big it's almost overwhelming your first time.

I enjoy the WinStar however they do need to work on their ventilation system. I know it's casino and I've been in casinos all over the country but WinStar definitely is having some problems with air ventilation system see cigarette, cigar and pipe smoke is getting a little bad in the casino.that is one thing I can say about your competitor over in Durant Oklahoma they definitely have a better air purification system. As much money as WinStar makes they need to invest a large amount 2 improve their air purification system

Beautiful place and very clean. Won money on my first time to play. Now they have craps tabels and roulette!!

Big place, a lot machines, free refreshments, a good place to have fun

I don't always win but it's lots of fun playing my favorite and new slots. The buffet is great and so are the hotel as well. Take my advice, go online and sign up with them. I get mail with about 4 free nights at hotel, free buffets and some free playing credits nearly every month. Lots of other restaurants too. Check it out.

Nice medium size casino with good range of tables slots are ok and some good spots to eat a bit pricey but it's a casino so yeah

I have been to Winstar Casino and Resort. I was really surprised to see how big is it. CASINO place is really really big , Very Clean and Nicely organized. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for family fun and Party time.

The hotel was nice and very cold in the casino, as well the winnings-cold.
