Some of the best & most exotic sausages I've ever had. It's hard to recommend one when all the ones that I've tried were delicious. The Rattlesnake & Rabbit was great without tasting gamey. The Lamb with Mediterranean spices was so full of flavor with the right amount of spice to it. Also, their Belgium style fries with white truffle oil glaze is a must.

Great food and beer. Lines can get long during peak hours. There is always someone passing out menus, answering questions, and bringing you beer while you wait in line to order. They have a wide variety of sausages. Ranging from exotic items like rattlesnake to typical bratwurst. They also have vegetarian sausages that they grill on a separate grill so they don't mix with the meat products! You get to pick 2 toppings for your sausages. And their fries are very delicious. Great variety of sauces too! One for everyone's personal preference. Once you order, you wait in the seating area and they bring you your order once it's ready. Can get crowded so I recommend looking for a spot as soon as you can. You can even draw on the tables. They also have a huge variety of mustards! My favorite is the whole grain! Overall wonderful food and wonderful vibe. Very casual place. Nice place to chill and hang out with friends. They also have some outdoor seating.

Great place for polish sausge and other meats. You can get rabbit all they way up to alligator meat. The fries are awesome and they have a great selection of beers and other alcohol. When I went around 7pm it was pretty crowded and I had to wait for about 10-15 minutes to order however it was very much worth the wait. I will definetly be coming back.

If you like sausages, then you have to make the trip here. Yes, you'll wait in line for a while and wrap around the block, too, but this only gives you time to take pictures and sift through filters for instagram. Also - maybe the waiting just really built up an appetite so everything I ate was heavenly. Got the OG bratwurst and Louisiana. Also - there's probably like a bajillion mustard choices. If you're a mustard connoisseur, then this is your playground.

I've been here a few times. I'm not a beer girl, but this place has cider and a fruity beer that's really tasty. The hot dogs are good too. I've tried some crazy oddball sausages and they all taste pretty similar. I couldn't really tell the difference between snake/rabbit and a pork or beef sausage. They have some with cheese in the sausage, so that'll be the next thing I try from the menu. They have lot of sauces to try with your dogs too.

The atmosphere is lively and loud, the seating is picnic style, and it's pretty dark at night. They have a dj spinning, which is cool.

The line can get long, but it goes by quickly. The service while in line is great, you can drink while you wait. Fun for a date. If you want to meet with friends, make a reservation! The wait for a table is kind of a b*$^#.

This place is awesome!
There is a line out the door. You order at a counter and there's a line out the door. How? Because it's that good, that's how.
Why am I writing a review? Everybody already goes to this place.

I've had the Cajun and the lamb. I think I'm addicted to both so I haven't tried any others yet.

There was a guy at the site giving beer recommendations. I know beer so I tested him. He knew what he was talking about!

Is sausage and beer and they're both fantastic. Why are you still reading this?

Went with a friend on Tuesday evening, we ordered 2 sausages and fries, and stayed for a few beers. Sat at the bar. Bartenders could be more attentive - she was far more interested in her conversation with her friend than she was in refilling our glasses or making sure our order was correct. Would return for food and beer, but if bad service is something you can't stand (like me), probably choose a night when there is more than one bartender and it's busier because this service was abysmal.

Fun atmosphere, and the lines are long but they offer beer while you wait, which is a super smart thing to do. The broad selection of meats (and beer) is crazy, and regardless of what you get, it's all stupid delicious. You might have to wait a bit but honestly it's all worth it in the end, and there's a solid dj so it's a dope place to chill anyway. Absolute must in the arts district.

One my FAVORITE places to go eat in DTLA! Go for the Hot Italian cause it's the biggest dog, in my hungry opinion! The long tables accommodate the large quantities of people who come eat here! Love it!

last night was the first time we visited this magnificent restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last. We had a good time with the efficient service, with the fine dishes and booze and with the modest price. We will no doubt return there again.

Both fries initially came out lukewarm which is a pet peeve for my aunt. We sent those back and a few minutes later got a piping hot sleeve of regular fries. For some reason the sweet potato fries were never quite hot - I guess they just didn't have a fresh batch available. Regardless, they were nicely salted, thin fries.

Delicious sausages with a few vegetarian options (not sure on vegan), fries are dope. Get yourself a big ol mug of beer, find a seat in their dining hall, and have a delicious time!

Note there's often a line during normal eating hours and weekends buuut once you get inside they'll serve you beer while you wait to order.

I was amazed by this place. Seemed small but there is a back space where you can sit and they have a bar as well. Loved it!! The atmosphere. Definitely going back. Hot dogs were good. About $8 each. Good different choices. I had the Duck and also the Rattlesnake under Exotics. Fries were really good too!

Very interesting concept...gourmet fancy hot dogs with beer. You order, then seat yourself. My friends wanted to try the buffalo dog, but looking at all the sausages, they decided duck and bacon had a better color to it. Also got a side of large belgian fries.

Sat down and got our order fairly quickly...and lets just say...with 3 hungry competitive fighters and a fitness instructor...we finished the food just as quickly :) Fries were seasoned nicely, but what I liked the most were the sauces. Curry ketchup? YUMMMM! Though the variety of mustards (whole grain is delish!) is also amazing. My only complaint is that the fries were really really oily.

All in all, exotic, wonderful, and delicious!

I could laud the rattlesnake and rabbit wurst all day, but try any other one and you won't be disappointed. The buns are perfect, and the beer selection is some of the best German draughts you can find.

The interesting part at this place is what is in the sausages and how does it really taste. If you love sausages, than it shouldn't really matter. They may sound unusual, but they taste different in a good way. The store front is actually small, but the eating space is big. Complementry water is available in the front and a few tables of cardboard sheets and crayons to draw on. Very interesting place for a sausage dog I say.

German bar with mostly German and Belgian beers. I think it's a good place to discover new beers as many of them are draft. Haven't had one I didn't like yet.
The food is very good, big portions, the sauces are heavenly as are made to match what you ordered. There's always a big line for food and they do a great job of making the lubed feel shorter. They bring you drinks while you wait.

Great little place to hang out! The bar area was nice and cozy. Tried the rattlesnake and rabbit sausage and it was very tasty. Will definitely come back again in the near future.

My best friend really enjoys this place because he's such a huge fan of sausages lol. I've been here about 3 times now and it's a good place to eat. They have over 10 different kinds of sausages which range from normal meat like pork and beef to the "exotic" ones like rattlesnake, rabbit, duck and pheasant to name some. All hotdogs come in a baked roll, you get to choose two toppings from caramelized onions, sauerkraut, and sweet or spicy peppers. You could add more than 2 but it's extra. They don't have toppings such as cheese or bacon just to let you know. You can also order fries, either small or large and pick a dipping sauce. Small order comes with one sauce and large order comes with two, everything else is extra charge. They offer a wide variety of beers on tap, I think a few bottles but not too sure. Hotdogs range from $7-$9.50. For this location which is in LA, there is seating inside and outside. They got long tables with benches as well as normal tables with chairs. Food itself is pretty good, fries are thick yet crispy which I love and it's filling. Ambient inside is kinda noisy and it's really dim, almost dark. Good place to go for a "fancier" hotdog.

Many different kinds of sausage's, great selection of European beers. usually a line when we come here but they keep it organized as much as possible. They even take your beer order while waiting in line and bring it to you that is definitely a plus. Kind of hard to find parking but if you do definitely worth a trip

They have a great selection of drinks for any taste and preference.

This is my last time here at this place.
My beer is half way full only and when I reclaim that instead of saying that sorry we fix it for you she gave me bunch of excuses and
she was arguing with me and doesn't justify The way she was acting towards a customer. I've been here many many times and had ordered the same kind of beer all the time and it was not the case. Besides my hot dog was burnt and the sauce was the wrong one. This is the last time I'm coming here and I will tell all my friends about this incident.
