Really nice selection of traditional and unique meats in a nice hotdog, and a decent selection of beers that go really well with it. The dining area was a bit dark but a great place to hang out.

Even though they serve the beyond sausage I will never go back here and neither should any person who cares about tenants rights. The owner is a landlord who is trying to evict a family who has lived there for 21 years. They have a son with autism and a daughter in high school. Please boycott this business with me. More info via LA Tenants Union if you are interested.

Had a great time there enjoying a friends Birthday. We drank beer and ate so much we all wanted a nap. LoL
The star was really friendly and helpful inspite of the crazy busy nature of the place.

I wanted spicy and I got spicy. I ordered the spicy western dog. It has tortilla chips, jalapenos, onions, and Sriracha BBQ. I devoured this thing. They have sooo many good choices. I got a kick but not an unbearable kick! The hot dog was moist and the spicy mix was delicious and sweet. The onions added a nice touch. I want to try their other ones! Soo many to choose from. This is a tiny spot and there are some seats outside!

Nothing so out of the ordinary... hotdogs as and beer in a nutshell... yes, they do have 'exotic meat' option, typical German sides...and they are delicious ... still... sausages in a long bun = hotdogs!

This place is delicious as heck with great beers. Bring your meat-eaters friends for housemade creative sausages, and your vegetarian and vegan friends for tasty field roast sausages. Great taps, and their fries are also out of this world!

Coming from someone who isn't a huge fan of brats, this place is phenomenal. When you walk in you're greeted by a nice staff and then you get to take a look at the menu. The options are great, for food and beer. I'm a pretty simple guy so I went with the classic brat with peppers and sauerkraut on it. It was perfectly cooked, served quick, and delicious. Atmosphere was pretty cool, and the beer selection matches the style of food. I'd come back here next time I'm in LA.

The wait to get into this restaurant was very LA and very not worth it. The sausage I tried was very good and somewhat exotic game but I've gotten similar meats from other places. Decent selection of beers but nothing incredible.

No frills sausages and beer. Fun place lots of options both for drinking and toppings. Community tables Oktoberfest style come with crayons for keeping busy while your order makes its way from the grill.

From San Francisco, I visited my friends, they took me here. It's true! The food was delicious. Excellent beer selection! Outstanding customer service. When we can be there when there is a small line, but many gentlemen of the distribution list often, answer any questions and advise. Once we enter, he can drink, if we ask for words. It is strongly recommended that you eat delicious sauce to try your food. Food is relatively crowded. Please go to the San Francisco Bay Area, thank you!

Awesome sausage place with some really serious experimental types of food too like rattlesnake, pheasant, and others as well as staples like kielbasa. Line moves slow, but it's worth it. Cafeteria style eating down the hall in the back, so don't think you have to walk out and eat on the sidewalk after you get the food because it will look that way definitely.

Wurstkuche's sausages really are quite good, particularly if you like to venture out to some non traditional meats. The buns are grilled as well, which is a nice little detail that adds to the experience. But the real draw is probably the fries (pomme frites if you want to get all Belgian with it) and the great dipping sauces. My favorite is probably the curry ketchup, but the pesto mayo is also quite good.

The location is pretty relaxed at lunchtime and early evening, but for late night the place gets VERY crowded. If you're into the crowded, loud bar scene, you'll like it.

Pricey but worth it, there's no other place to find exotic meats, I recommend the rabbit and rattlesnake hot dog, there are many other exotic meat choices but I like this one. Great beer selection as well.

Yummm

This is a must for any resident of Los Angeles! Order at the counter and hang out in the spacious back while enjoying some German beers and eating the delicious hot dogs and sausages. There's always a large, lively crowd, so expect a line of you're coming at a peak time. But the food comes out pretty fast and it's a cool enough hangout spot that the wait is worth it.

If you want to impress a client or the boss, take them to Wurstkuche. Every time I've come here I've had an amazing meal and beer. However the last time I tried to get in there was a line out the door and down the block so the secret is out.

This restaurant is clearly one of the best place in the neighborhood. Always when I go there I am truly pleased. They always keep their high standard service and the highest level of food they serve. You always win with this restaurant. Warmly recommended.

Review strictly on beers and overall vibe!

Only offers Belgian/German beers. Not that I have a problem with it, but I'm from San Diego, and used to drinking IPA or IIPA, so I'm kinda out of my elements here.
Anyway, I end up having St. Feuillien and some sort of fruity drinks that are too sweet for my taste. Should've asked for a sample, but the bar was pretty hectic that night, so I just want to get my beer and got to a table. My St. Feuillien came in a 0.25-L glass which is gorgeous! As a matter of fact, my three beers came in different glasswares, so I give them credit for presentation there.

Wanted to get food a couple times here, but the line is just insane!!
The atmosphere is a bit too dark for my liking, and the bar is rather plain when it comes to decoration. There's no harm really of putting some hipster decor or something, but oh well, they're making good money, so I guess they don't have to worry about it.

Will probably go back for the food because I really want to try those hyped sausages!

Some of the best wurst in southern California.

Great beer selection, fanciful selection of condiments for sausages and excellent fries. They even have mayonnaise for the fries. Very Euro!

Line out the door late Friday and Saturday nights

I can make various kinds of sausage, and if it does, it comes out as a hot dog. The price is also not expensive and delicious. There are a lot of beers that you can make at the bar rather than food, and the bartender is very kindly recommending you to go for a beer. It is good to go early because there are many people.

I sent my friends to this place with my warmest recommendations. I go their often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The dishes they serve are tasty and the crew is efficient and cooperative. Whenever we go to this place we pass a delightful time. warmly recommended.

If you love sausage and beer, or if you are German, or simply if you are hungry and thirsty, this is the place. In fact this is German and Belgium too, especially when it comes to their beer selection. Where else can you get a Duvel? This reminds me of my trip to Brugge a few years back. Now the rattle snake you will not find in Belgium, but it is so yummy! Recommended!
