Great food...Extremely overpriced for the quality. The cheese platter was great but the entrees were decent at best. We got the filet mignon and the half chicken. great service....my wallet stings every time!

Hats off to one of the pioneers who took a chance in this growing art district. Many sausage choices, craft beers, and fries.
They keep the menu simple and fun. I like a classic braut, my adventurous grown son had a rattlesnake/rabbit sausage served in a tasty bun trying different mustards from generous bottles . We both loved our choices sipping beers under the open truss indoor garden like atmosphere full of happy patrons. Fourth visit for me and every time a pleasure!

Sausages (vegetarian ones too!), fries, beer/wine, crayons and tables lined with butcher paper....I mean, what more does one need for a good time?! Well, their staff is pretty dope too so that's like the cherry on top!

Menu made up of different sausages including exotic meats. I had the rattlesnake sausage it was pretty good. You order at front and find your seat in the back. They bring your order to you. They do have a bar in the back beers on tap and usually a seasonal mixed drink or two on the menu.

This is my favorite spot in Little Tokyo!!! If you love a nice hot dog and beer combination this is the place for you. A German style spot with an amazing selection of beer including fruity type for the ones who don't like your typical sort of beer with a hoppy taste. Trust me guys the fruity beer is really nice and not all of the are a strong sweet tasting type either top it off with a bomb hot dog and you won't regret it.

If you wanna to open great German food - its the best choice. Delicious sausages, Bratwurst and the classics Franziskaner beer will transform your usual day to bright Oktoberfest. With delivery to your home.

And u know that the day when I found this place - special now and marked in calendar. I was trying to find such lovely place about a year.

Wurst is the right word to use. Got sick after eating undercooked dogs. Overpriced Portland-copying, yuppie filled, leftover Bay Area deuce. BTW, it's 2 blocks from skid row... fancy huh?

From the Belgian Fries, to exotic sausages and beers, I have never been disappointed here. I often suggest it to friends who don't quite know what they feel like eating. Something for everyone.

Cool vibe, friendly patrons and staff. Great place!

Have a drink while you are in line, DJ on Saturday. Modern beer Bar, family style dinning. But the food alone is worth just about anything you need to do get there. Over 20 types of sausage. I WILL try them all!

Update: 3 months later, 6 types down... 14+ to go.

I had the lamb sausage with double sauteed onions and fries with tzatziki sauce which was applied mostly to the lamb instead of the intended fries. Absolutely delicious. Great German and Belgian beer and flavored brandy selection. A boisterous beer hall atmosphere is definitively fun.

Love this place! The food is great and there is plenty of it. Wide selection but my favorite is the Austin Blues. White truffle oil on the fries and a cold Aventinus is just what you need right now... go on, I'll wait...

Overpriced sausages, and they don t even make them in-house. Fries are underdone in my opinion. Food is pretty good and a great selection of beer but can t find myself going there unless someone else is buying.

It's in a cool part of town. They took my drink order and served me my beer while I waited in line to order food. Food was tasty and prices are reasonable. Parking sucks (it's too expensive).

Good spot if you're craving a good bratwurst! They also have a big beer collection, the bartenders always try to serve the beer with their proper glass which I really appreciate. Pretty big seating area and hip.

Hipsters love it, others might hate it, but Wurstkuche is damn delicious. Boasting in my mind the best fries in LA, Wurstkuche features all sorts of weird sausages and vegan options to boot. It can get mighty crowded sometimes though, so be careful.

I truly didn't mind this cafe, the food is amazing, plus the bathrooms were not bad for public. It was a little chilly indoors, so yeah, it was not the best. The service is great too. I will absolutely think about going back once again if I get the opportunity. Me and also my friend got the combo and also we were not disappointed. My one tip is to maintain the cool exterior. Thanks!

Of course we ordered lots of French fries and crazy dipping
sauces !
Super cool restaurant and bar in the arts district of downtown LA.
I have been hearing about this place for a couple of years and finally made it.
They serve all different kinds of sausages in delicious white rolls.
The Louisiana hot links are the most mainstream. The craziest is the rattle
snake and rabbit sausage.
They also have vegan sausage. I wonder what it is made of.
The bratwurst has a great flavor without being overbearing.
The very best part is the French fries. Hearty fries with the right amount of salt and seasonings.
You have to get them with truffle oil and get a few of the amazing dipping sauces.
Parking is definitely a challenge. There are a couple of paid lots nearby and yes, it is worth it.

This restaurant is in fast food style. Cashier is in the entrance of restaurant. They serve German style hotdogs. I ordered chicken apple & spice ($8.5). It is in the pricy side. It tasted like a typical hot dog. Probably will not come back as I can get cheaper hot dog else where.

*P.S. they also serves different kinds of European craft beer.

For someone like me who is always willing to try new things, they have a good selection of exotic dogs. I got the rattlesnake and rabbit hotdog, it was so good.. you can taste the quality in the meat. Not to mention they have a great selection of beer

Welcome service not so much. Dude at the door is meh. Doesn't give me the warm and fuzzies!
1 either he's on a power Trip or just isn't nice.

It's simple to keep the doorway open by using a stanchion not that hard homie. Fix it.

I love this German restaurant whose sausages tastes very good like what I ate in Germany. Good environment inside the restaurant. And the cucumber soda is nice to try. They have several temporary parking spots in front of restaurant.
