I would give Charter zero stars if I could. Where to start, I have to reset my Internet at least once a day and it's very slow when it is "working". Cable is out often. Customer service is terrible. One rep in my house was the rudest most offensive human I've ever met. One rep on the phone argued with me about how slow my service was, I told him nothing was loading and all he said was on his end I had great service and was actually getting more than I pay for so I should be happy. I've never been more unhappy with a Internet/cable service. If I could switch I would in a heartbeat but unfortunately they are my only option. I am seriously considering going without cable/Internet!
