I would give Charter zero stars if I could. Where to start, I have to reset my Internet at least once a day and it's very slow when it is "working". Cable is out often. Customer service is terrible. One rep in my house was the rudest most offensive human I've ever met. One rep on the phone argued with me about how slow my service was, I told him nothing was loading and all he said was on his end I had great service and was actually getting more than I pay for so I should be happy. I've never been more unhappy with a Internet/cable service. If I could switch I would in a heartbeat but unfortunately they are my only option. I am seriously considering going without cable/Internet!

Charter thinks they can keep billing you even though you been disconnected... The day before i go paid from my work. They are not getting me to pay for something I don't receive.Come get your internet and cable box too. I am not returning to be a customer, as many others are doing. Not taking advantage of me.

Not impressed with the speed of service at this location. 26 people on the wait list, one associate even mentioning that one person, no longer on the waiting list, had been there over an hour and she needed to get back to him.

We'll see how service is on a weekday.

Worst TV/Internet provider I've ever had. Been to the house 20+ times, still issues with quality on the TV. For Internet we pay for the upper tier since we both work from home and have continual issues. Would not recommend to anyone!

This place is a joke. I understand limiting customers in the store. But waiting 1 hour on the sidewalk. To find a single person working and 5 empty stations.

And the one sales person is trying to upsell new phones to an elderly couple for 15 minutes While there are 20 people waiting to get inside.

I just want the service to work! Not have to wait 2 hours to swap a Modem that s only 6 months old.

Super slow service. Over 30 min just to drop off equipment. Hey also sell cell phones / cell phone plans, so if someone in front of you is getting one.. good luck, because only 2 people are working today.

I wanted to share my experience today. I was at Charter on Grafton St. when the store opened, 2nd in line. The first customer immediately started yelling at the woman at the front counter, Gloria Torres. She was pulling the old, I m going to sue Charter routine. Gloria took the time to look into her issue. Turns out she was being scammed by an outside party. The logo on the bill wasn t even Charter s. She did all this while remaining cool and calm. She was extremely pleasant to me, the next in line, as well. Gloria Torres is definitely an asset to the company. Fantastic display of customer service.

I was quite impressed by the new location. At first I was a little overwhelmed by the new procedure of waiting in line. It's a far cry from the old way of taking a number and waiting for your number to be called. You now walk in and use a touchscreen to enter your name on. This definitely give you a sense of personalized service. A few things that would make it even better are sanitized wipes to clean the screen that everyone has touched, and more seating. They generally are busy so a few more cushioned benches would be wonderful. A water cooler might also be a nice addition due to the fact that it's always hot in there. Other than that, it's miles ahead of the old way.

The customer service is horrible at the Grafton Street location. Its worse than the registry! The wait is so bad anytime you go it's at least an hour and that's if your lucky. I never had to wait at the other location.

Monopoly of a company decides to raise internet prices during a pandemic because they can get away with it. Go with another ISP, oh wait this is Worcester and you can t without getting slow dial up speeds.

Liked them before they slowed down their internet service... It definitely seems like the bigger the company gets, the slower their service is, as if they placed us all under the same hub! ... Still, I don't want to discount the times they did offer the best services in Town.

Showed up there to return a box and was in line for 1 1/2 without moving, 6 other customer in line inside the store, one employee at the door and another helping at the desk, ended up leaving because I figured I was going to spend my entire day there and not getting anything done, it was plain awful to say the least!!!!

The cable connection constantly pauses throughout programs on both live and DVR'd shows. It is very frustrating to watch a program only to have a plot point disrupted and completely missed due to charter's incompetence! However, this is the only cable service available in the Worcester, MA area...talk about a monopoly! (Someone in the Worcester political scene is getting their pockets lined! ) I know people in different areas with other cable options that do not have the same issue. We need more cable options in the Worcester area. They charge way too much for sub-optimal service!

Went in Monday April 1st to return 1 cable box and swap out another. Literally took only 2 minutes. Fast, polite and professional. Excellent service. At least 4 people at their stations with 3 of us being waited on. As much as I don t like Charter, this was a pleasant experience

Please leave the city of Worcester so a good company can finally come here and provide us with some decent internet. We managed to get rid of your terrible tv services thanks to DIRECTV but we are still stuck with your attrocious internet and customer service. Can you just give up your services in Worcester and allow the city to have a provider it deserves?

This is a cable company- the one I am required to ...

This is a cable company- the one I am required to use where I live. I would use a different one if the option existed but that is how these places work. The cable has been good - we had to replace 2 ever boxes in the same room one after the other - one failed and then the replacement they gave us would not activate the she feature at all. The process for this is to either wait 4 days for some one to come while your taking time off from work and swap it out. Or go to the local spectrum store down the road and wait for 2 hours as they ware through past bills - selling phones - and general complaints. The people are very nice but the wait is stupid. If this is a spectrum service spot have at least one or two people set aside to do the fast stuff like swapimg out equipment or taking payments - and have a few that only do new accounts and sell phones.

My internet loses connection every single day. I've replaced everything, but nothing works. I pay for 50MBPS, however; on most days, it'll dip to .88MBPS... I'd strongly discourage doing business with them. But when I call them my speeds always fly back up to 60 and like 10 minutes after the call, the speeds dip back down. This will only get worse now.

Customer service was SUPERB! They were so friendly and helpful to each and every customer, moving along as quickly as possible. Very impressed with their genuine friendliness, despite how busy they were. I needed new equipment and they were SO quick to make that change!! (Went 10/4/2019)

This store always has a wait of 1hr or more just to get inside. Staff is incredibly slow and rude. Staff spends most of their time talking to each other instead of working. Spectrum is not worth your time or money, their equipment is trash and so is their customer service.

Checked in on the screen upon entry and waited 45 minutes until I noticed several people that came in after me were now being seen. I asked one of the two sales reps who said they saw my name before, but it s not in the system anymore and confirmed neither of them called my name.

Then they throw all of the wires and equipment into a bag and hand it over. My whole interaction took no more than 1 minute. I got home only to realize the Ethernet cable was not included so now I have to go back.

My boyfriend moved into his apartment about 1 month ago and also experienced an hour wait time and they forgot to include his Ethernet cord too.

I had Comcast before and wasn t not a fan of their wait times either, but at least all the equipment came nicely organized in a box with each cord labeled, easy instructions, and you could easily set up an appointment on their website.

Wow. I got here to return equiptment and when I got inside there was about 30 people waiting. I got my number. But the desk person was only calling the people to pay their bill. It should call by first in first out.
