Checked in on the screen upon entry and waited 45 ...

Checked in on the screen upon entry and waited 45 minutes until I noticed several people that came in after me were now being seen. I asked one of the two sales reps who said they saw my name before, but it s not in the system anymore and confirmed neither of them called my name.

Then they throw all of the wires and equipment into a bag and hand it over. My whole interaction took no more than 1 minute. I got home only to realize the Ethernet cable was not included so now I have to go back.

My boyfriend moved into his apartment about 1 month ago and also experienced an hour wait time and they forgot to include his Ethernet cord too.

I had Comcast before and wasn t not a fan of their wait times either, but at least all the equipment came nicely organized in a box with each cord labeled, easy instructions, and you could easily set up an appointment on their website.
