Im so tired of hearing spectrum themseves claiming they are the best and prices get locked in. They are liars, prices keep going up and the service is always going down. Like now, no cable or internet for hours. Then if you call customer service, they are extremely rude!

An employee helped me out greatly here. I think people are more mad about spectrum than they are the employees here, or I was fortunate to get who I got. Went here to fix something on bill, it was helped but charter isn't returning my money for two weeks!...
Spectrum has to fix the problem with handling customers. I have gone several times to return equipment and turned around only to come back and find the same wait. Come on Spectrum, you charge enough for service so take care of your customers.This is ridiculous.
Bunch of soma artists this company is. Completely lied to by the sales person and all advertising is wrong too 29.99 my ass you charge just as much as anyone else. And to top it off I cancelled within 30 days and wasn't given my money back.
Electronic check in is great so no one can get in front of me when getting helped.
They swapped the modem for service that was in my roomates name without making it a hassle. I just had to give them the modem and they could tell what account it belonged to and gave me a new one no questions asked.
They even booked a service call for me in case the replacement modem didn't solve my internet issues. Something that they wouldn't do over the phone when I called!
Im beside myself. My friend has been doing business with this company for many years. When someone needs my assistance in a case like this, its got to be bad. My friend brought in his "own phone", like the " comercial implied". Be known that spectrum mobile just wants people to show up. Lets make something really clear right now, they do not mean to say ALL phones. So he signs a yearly contract, in addition to years of cable and wifi, and they tell him he has to repair his own phone, and continue paying on his contract. In thier words they say, unless he wants to "ruin his credit rating". Funny that spectrum checks new costumer credit ratings and his is not great. Anyway, and by princible, honoring your customers should absolutly include an insured policy in any yearly contract!!
Oh, hes going to pay on his cell phone contract alright, but i suggested he drop his landline, wifi, cable and call Xfinity.!!!!
Worst wait in the history!!!! They have one staff member waiting on 35+ people!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!! who has TIME to return the devices and wait this longggg!!?? Absolutely exhausting!
Waited over an hour just to get a router because they only had one person working and let people go on lunch even though there was already a long line. Update: it's now been an hour and a half, and they proceeded to lock themselves out of the system
So my sweet heart of a girlfriend got her phone stolen and went in to get a new one. Went through the whole process and payed for the phone only for their system to be down. Which was okay because the guy was really nice and professional. Phone was late and she has to stay home to sign for it but they were wrong about the day it was going to arrive multiple times so we went in simply to see if it was possible to cancel the order and just do it fresh since the system was back up. Simply asked... And you worker named Sue was the worst most unprofessional jerk possible. She ecen lied about the not having a certain phone to get her put of the store. Dont go in this place unless you want sue to be as rude as possible to you for no reason. I repeat... Sue, you suck.
Service is so bad I moved out of state. Worst internet provider. They bill you even if your service is interrupted, then they apply a credit after the anxiety sets in. However you still paying tax on the bill and admin fees. They are absolute penny pinchers! NO stars.

The store is insane. Everytime I've ever been there. The list of people is always at least 30 or more waiting and a total of 5 seats to wait over and hour. The elderly people were having trouble standing the whole time. Either there should be more then one store around or more seats for the at least hour and a half wait.
Not helpful at all. They told me I could not cancel cable because I had one DVR box,with some shows I wanted to finish watching and not actually hooked to the cable outlet for months, and which they charge for separately anyway. I then called the company (another long story there for another time) and they canceled my service and told me I could drop off the box whenever I wanted. Hilarious.
