This is a cable company- the one I am required to use where I live. I would use a different one if the option existed but that is how these places work. The cable has been good - we had to replace 2 ever boxes in the same room one after the other - one failed and then the replacement they gave us would not activate the she feature at all. The process for this is to either wait 4 days for some one to come while your taking time off from work and swap it out. Or go to the local spectrum store down the road and wait for 2 hours as they ware through past bills - selling phones - and general complaints. The people are very nice but the wait is stupid. If this is a spectrum service spot have at least one or two people set aside to do the fast stuff like swapimg out equipment or taking payments - and have a few that only do new accounts and sell phones.
