They charge way too much for sub-optimal service! Internet goes away during rainy weather, which is when the internet is most NEEDED! They need to keep up with the program! We can get wifi from neighbor better than our own! About to go over to ask her who does she get internet service from.... Probably Verizon! Eh?
What an f-ing disaster. You closed every other location around and added cellular services to this location, thanks for taking as much of our time as possible. Now you now why I came in to cancel my services. Thank you for reaffirming how bad you absolutely and unequivocally suck.
Little hard to find. Gps takes you to inler to shopping center. Store is next to Stop N Shop
Affordable, but customer service is terrible and their sales/billing tactics are highly unethical. Mandating service fees for self install and refusal to prorate upon disconnect are just pure disrespect for consumers.

Employees are great, but three times I went to this location to upgrade my device and the system was down so I couldn't do it. Ended up doing it online and waiting for the s10 in the mail.

I ordered online services, i had decided to go Worcester store to pick it up, it was bad idea. First i had to wait over an hour to get in line. Elizabeth tried to help me , she was sarcastic, rude , disrespectful, unprofessional , unfit, and untrained to do this job , seemed she had several issues including angry management. When i realized there s no way i can really communicate with her normally I request a manager, she went back 5 min later she came back with another person but not manager . She said very loud manager is on conference call , you can wait for her all day. I had decided to leave the store without equipment because of her rudeness, and not willing to help professionaly . Sad i had not choice but to leave spectrum after 18 years with . Shame on you spectrum for hiring employees with angry management. I glad i won t be you costumer anymore....
Vernon the customer service associate at the door was not only not wearing proper ppe that s required by cdc but was also not disinfecting the areas that are required. Someone should have trained her properly during a mass pandemic
Service installation appointments are made, then changed at their whim with no reason. Not enough staff for the volume of foot traffic. Phone wait times are excessive.
I picked up my modem a week ago and was told that I wouldn't receive another one in the mail because it was marked as picked up in their system. I still received one in the mail and they made me wait 30 minutes at their store just to return the extra modem. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time.

I have been forced to use them for 3 years and now they increased their prices for a service that isn't even equivalent to dsl...I am literally moving because I can't live with them and work remotely... Fios is cheaper and far superior...pay anyone else!!!!!!@!!!@
The waiting on the phone is awful, but the people are very patient, helpful and polite when they finally take my call. But the waiting is ridiculous.

This Charter Spectrum Cable Communications location is an organizational mess, and an extremely disappointing service to use. They mailed me WiFi equipment after I pickup the same WiFi equipment from the store, resulting in an additional trip to this long-lined, long wait time store. The staff don't move with much efficiency, particularly as they ask customers about upgrading their services, when that isn't the purpose of their visit, for example. The store would benefit greatly from tactics to speed up service, such as entering the purpose for a visit at the check-in computer at the front entrance. But to further my negative experience here, the WiFi has gone out several times, and spectrum continues to have no idea why, even after too much time waiting on hold and uselessly speaking to representatives on the phone.

Charter internet has been much faster and more reliable then other ISPs I have had in the US. They offer reasonable speeds (65 Mbps) in their lower tier pricing. Unlike other ISPs which try and pretend that 5 Mbps is actually a viable option at the same price. (I am looking at you Xfinity).
We also had an excellent experience with their setup team. We recently moved into a newly renovated house that had entirely new wiring. After the initial setup, we kept having the internet drop out for large gaps of time. The charter support team always sent a technician the next day. Over the course of a week, we were elevated to the higher tier support team who were at the house for huge stretches. We were given a direct phone and email number and they got back to use, even on nights and weekends. The ended up replacing all cabling and connections inside and outside our house, and some parts of the neighborhood, at no cost to us. They continued to monitor us for the next week and would stop in to make sure that it was still working.
Not only did they solve a very difficult bug, caused by the houses wiring and not their, they did it with some of the most friendly and knowledgeable techs I have met.
Service was shut off due to Spectrum s account error . Woman lied to me on the phone and hung up on me when I requested her to stay on the phone until service was restored. Will be looking to bring my business elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. Unreasonable and extremely long wait. What could have been a simple errand took up my entire day. Products and services are already terrible. You would expect that they try to counter that with a better in person experience.
3 reps were tasked with customer service for products and services but they also spent 30 minutes at a time selling cell phones while existing customers waited to exchange hardware. Horrible. If you re going to sell cell phones and plans, there should be dedicated customer service reps. Reps constantly taking breaks so only 2 active reps and a 19 person wait

My cable/internet/phone hasn't been working right in months.. technicians have been here 10 times...no credit with billing...I'm being robbed. The worst company I've ever dealt with. You don't deserve 1 star. You deserve 0

Charter spectrum is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. Constantly raising prices, terrible service and its 2020 why do I need to pay 10$ a month for a cable box. A cable box mind you that when you reboot has software from 20 years ago. I can not wait for the day everyone cuts the cord and charter goes out of business. Preapproved for an exclusive offer cable and internet for 90$ a month turns into 150$ bill somehow. Youtube TV baby!!!

I decided to stop in store instead of sitting on hold with customer service. It was very clean inside, but the staff was far from attentive. I waited 20 minutes to be helped and at that point had to leave because I would have been late for work. When I asked for info regarding plans the associate would not provide it without first creating a customer profile. They also did not have any information on paper.
Last 4 visits here were each less than 5 minutes, including the wait (barely sat down twice). Friendly, quick handling of returns, replacements and service changes.
Wanted to return equipment...three hours later it happened. There was a line, which one can appreciate in these times of covid. An employee came out, said he was the only one there and there were system login problems. Then two more employees came out! It was suggested to go to Millbury location. I did that, and discovered the Millbury was no longer. Went back and waited in line to return the equipment. Typical of Spectrum, always a wait.

Any and all dealings with this company is excruciatingly painful. Waiting in person for help is torture. Since they insist on charging you to come to your house for an issue it becomes necessary to go there to return defective equipment.
Terrific Service! Although there were many people ahead of me in line, I was in and out in under 30 minutes, picking up new equipment. Juan was terrific!
I would not recommend this wifi. Spectrum is so terrible. Whenever i start to go online and play a video game i lag so terribly it s not even fun. If anybody is reading this and looking for a wifi company. THIS IS NOT RECOMMENDED

If there were no star for service, I would give Charter it at anytime. The Internet service is atrociously slow, especially during night, and the signal is so weak that I had to reset the modem many many time. Charter raised basic cable without any notice, now the basic cable price doubled than couple years ago. FiOS basic 50-50 Internet is 3 times faster than Charter 50mbps service, thank you FiOS to provide service in my area
Had to wait over 45 mins just to turn in a cable box, there's got to be a better way, no excuse for wasting people's time like that. There was another 20 people behind me. Other than that, the employees are always pleasant. Most likely underpaid and definitely understaffed.
I don't hate or dislike, the problem is they should have a box to drop off equipment. They have 20 people in line just to turn in equipment, they should have box to turn it in so they could drop it off. If they have a box then they could scan the equipment and take it off the person's account that it's attached too
Pay $70 a month for slow internet that goes out 2-5 times/hour. Honestly not worth it
Worst cable ever. I had to get two brand new cable boxes within the same month and neither of them were working at all. I have called countless times and even had a technician. I am very dissatisfied and will be changing providers promptly.
I went inside the store tonight to switch over to Spectrum. The rest of the staff seemed great as well, but we were working with Gloria and she does an amazing job! Our appointment took longer than expected due to various issues (not involving her or Spectrum), and even though it was 20 minutes to close and there was still a line, Gloria remained calm, pleasant, and worked through each issue with us so that we left the store happy and with no problems or questions. Thanks Gloria!
Worst Service EVER. Scam of a cable company, service sucks,
no phone # to call and speak to a real person - get the stupid computer have had nothing but trouble with my dvr since I first got service in February - dvr either does not record or records but will not play back have had techs out in the past who say there is nothing wrong with it - sure theres nothing wrong by the time they come out - internet is always buffering when it does work
