I was amazed at the quality for the price and the incredible work and work ethic of the people who put up my shed. One of my very best customer experiences. From a different, better business era!

We drove 45 minutes to get there, looked around and went inside to find out quotes. The secretary not sure what her job really is, talked to me and said a sales rep will be with you after he s done with the couple in his chair. Great, i then went outside and waited with my family in the very hot and humid weather (we had brought our dogs)which I told her. Next we see the couple who was being waited on leave, expecting the secretary to come and get us when the sales rep was ready, incomes walking another couple. We waited a minute then I went in to see the couple who just walked in just sat down with that couple. Are you kidding me?? We ve been waiting for at least 10 minutes outside to talk with him! I guess my business isn t wanted there, so we will be going elsewhere for out garage. What a waste of an hour and half of my families time!

Woodtex is okay to deal with. The workers try helping the best they can. But do NOT get involved with the financing! The finance company is a rip off!!! We were sold a wrongful shed, was sold to us as a barn. The sheds cannot hold livestock animal weight. Woodtex was willing to fix the issue, the financing company was not! We told them (financing company) we could not use it, come get it, they were suppose to set up a date & time, seeming it was hooked up to a horse pasture. They did NOT! They just showed up without any notice and the man MASON sent started cutting all of my horse fencing leaving 32 foot of open fencing for the horses to run through onto the main highway!! He then said MASON told him to not release any of my tack that was in the SHED! after threatening them with a lawsuit they released some tack. Would not let my mother get it herself, he threw it all over the ground and then let the damn shed drop on it!!! Then threw some in my front yard! My mom asked him to not cut any fencing and to wait approximately 30 minutes until someone could get home to adequately safetly secure the horses and he said he didnt care what happened. He wasnt waiting! Mason claims he had dates set up exc exc. He never contacted us! I am awaiting his call to tell me where the rest of my stuff can be picked up. IF they let me pick it up!

If the shed is built half as good as the purchase process, these guys can't be beat. Dealt with Megan who walked me through everything over the phone in a friendly and professional manor. She talked very highly about the company she worked for and made me feel at ease spending thousands of dollars and not ever even seeing a shed built by Woodtex. My confidence has never been so high and to top it all off FREE DELIVERY to Pennsylvania. I can't wait to get my shed and look forward to doing business here again in the near future. Keep up the great work!

Just had my Shed delivered,I'm very happy with my experience with Woodtex..Customer service was outstanding and top notch ,driver was very friendly and not one to under estimate,he did great .would like to thank everyone that was involved with ordering and building and setting up delivery. Last but not least Nelson..he was terrific,his willingness to answer any questions I had ..thanks

Just paid roofers $800 to replace the shingles on my WoodTex shed. What did they find? No underlayment under the shingles. That s what the shingles are supposed to adhere to. Two years before this the exterior paint was badly weathering. There was no primer under the paint. Doors are poorly made and flooring not completely nailed to frame so it lifted up. The exterior 1 by 2 stripping rotted quickly because the backside was unpainted leaving a shell of paint with rot underneath. Had to rip thse off, make replacements, prime and paint. Just shoddy work.

What a great job. The crew and the workmanship was very professional . Love our new two story garage, stick built on our site.

Please be careful before giving money to Woodtex. Have what you order first. Riverwood Cabins, a Woodtex company, has apparently gone under, taking deposits for more than 60 cabin customers with them. Our deposit was for over $100,000, as were several others. We will not get our deposits back. This company is on shaky ground at present. Woodtex assets might need to be tapped to satisfy Riverwood debts.

I have been a customer of Woodtex since January of 2019 and placed an order for a 24x24 two stall garage on April of 2019 for $19,650. It is February 2020 and still no garage, with no explanation. If you are looking for a company that cares for its customers, my advise is to look somewhere else. We are in the process of trying to get our money back but all of our calls and emails have gone unanswered. Save yourself the stress and deal with a different company!

Just received my 2nd shed from these guys in 1 month today. My salesman Rick was on spot, everything was done correctly to my specs.. Big kudos to the delivery man Jonathan Cook, He want out of his way to make sure everything was perfect before he left. .. This guy can run a truck !!! 5 stars from the Kies family..

These buildings are cheap for a reason! The build quality and materials used do not measure up to the standards of a company of this size. Save yourself the time and buy an old hickory building you will not be disappointed with any aspect of this company!

I really like the design of my shed but very disappointed with the workmanship. Whoever worked on my shed does not know how to use a nail gun. There are at least 20 different places where nails are out of place and exposed. Locks are installed incorrectly. They're sending someone to fix these but it's taking a while. I'm surprise how this made to quality control
