Bad customer service. They cannot solve cases in a targeted manner. Do not respond to a "call me back" request. If you ask for a specific person, the reception does not think it necessary. If you have someone on the line, you will be cut off in the middle of the conversation. Communication mainly goes through the contractor.
Helped us well with obtaining a rental home. Have even thought along with us what was best for our situation (which is very rare). Also no complaints quickly and well resolved during repair requests.
Wonen Limburg literally let us stand in the sewerage water. Report made of a severe blockage at the drain in the kitchen. Was not urgent enough, according to the subcontractor. Nevertheless indicated by telephone that it is urgent. Had to wait 2 days anyway and maybe if the mechanic had time and sense he might come next. So we could not use the kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and dryer for 2 days because they are on the same central drain. And this with 3 growing kids of 2, 4 and 6 years. I have often stood by Wonen-Limburg as a bridge builder and consultant, but never again. Contributed to ideas and magazines. In retrospect, all hot air.
Super bad, they do excellent collection but take responsibility for their own maintenance, you can write on your stomach, emails are not answered, months and months wait, and then nothing is resolved
Very poor house construction. Poorly maintained homes and way too expensive rent. Go back quickly to zowonen there you will still be treated as a human ivp a milk cow.
Cluttered and difficult to navigate website. References from Wonen Limburg to arrange things online cannot be found. Front office employee talked about requesting a repair request for a leak at a tap of one of the toilets, "you are responsible for that, or take a service package". I then had to quote her their own terms before listening. Request submitted for a new kitchen block which could be renewed after 17 years according to their own conditions, I have done this more than a year ago and have still not heard anything about it. The front office employee I spoke to at the time made me feel that I should not ask for this and that I was taking advantage of the company. All in all, the idea that as a tenant you have to make an extraordinary effort to get justice or to feel heard.
A beautiful location on the Willem II Singel in Roermond. I was very well received. The signing of the contracts for the new home was in a fun and friendly atmosphere.
Years ago I was a week late with renewing the registration, because I had not received any notification about this. Wonen Limburg gave unfortunately only bad luck, all registration years away.
Now built up for 7 years and 3 months and responded to several homes of Wonen Limburg. I was just skipped while it was my turn for 2 houses.
After several emails from me, I received apologies about system errors, corona time, etc. Housing Limburg made a commitment. I would be offered homes in an area of my choice before they were advertised, because of their mistake and because my pregnancy is in a hurry. However, homes had to become vacant and there was no maximum number of offers. So I was allowed to refuse housing.
A few days later I was offered 2 homes.1 very poorly maintained and 1 in a neighborhood where we had agreed in advance that I would not receive an offer. A day later, a house was advertised in the district, of which Limburg living knew that I would sign for it even without looking.
Wonen Limburg indicated that I no longer made an offer and that I changed the requested family composition of the house I wanted, so that I no longer qualify for that reason either.
All in all, living Limburg does not keep promises and commitments and they deal with agreements and rules according to their own needs.
I have evidence of promises made but they were simply dismissed in my complaint.
Crappy housing association, have been calling for a repair for weeks, then it is said sir you will be called one of these days, yes forget it but I am just not called back, and it has been like this for weeks, but every month thick collect rent, I'm tired now go a step further with these lamb bags !!!
I really wonder what I pay service costs for. My condo is a big draft den. I lift the baseboard in the bedroom and look straight out. Above the window frame in the living room was a gigantic crack through which the wind howled inward. If you report this, you will receive the following: '' We do not send our technicians for that ''. I got exactly the same answer when I asked for a larger radiator, or new welding caps in a central box.
Very often complained that the windows of the flat (on the outside) are greasy. We were finally promised that these would be washed twice a year. It is now 2 years later and the windows are still dirty. But we do not get service costs back at the end of the year.
Update: People! It depends on how expensive your home is. I recently moved to another house in Wonen Limburg, for which I have to pay more. If I now have a repair or complaint, they will be at my door the same day!
In other words: Pay, otherwise you will suffocate.
