My kids are part of a group that ordered t-shirts from this company. They did a great job! The kids really liked the design they created and they wear them all the time. Great customer service too.
Unfortunately I have worked with this company twice. The first time I did not have a great artist, and he seemed to struggle with simple instructions and request. The shirts to not turn out well at all. After many revisions and suggestions to the artist I felt as though he did what he wanted. The second time I worked with this company my artist was absolutely amazing! He totally understood what I wanted, he worked with me, and he had great ideas. My sales representative on the other hand was very difficult to reach. Eventually they just stopped contacting me. I was at the point in my process with them where I needed to order the shirts and have them delivered by a specific date. The company stopped responding to me, would not call me back, and it has left me out to dry. Both times I worked with this company I was very disappointed in their quality of customer service. If you want to get shirts and deal with the hassle of working with people who are unwilling to work with you this is the company that you should go with. However if you want great shirts and great customer service I suggest you find another T-shirt company.
Our event is tomorrow...no shirts, not answering phone calls, emails or live chats. Very disappointing.

I have used Uth Stuph for many years for t-shirts for my summer camp. My rep, Nate, is always friendly and ready to help me with whatever I need. He even suggests design changes when he knows certain colors and processes I've chosen might not look so well in a finished product.

I've used Uth Stuph several times and they are a great all-in-one solution for apparel. They are "specialists" in the church and youth ministry arena but can provide custom Screenprint or embroidered apparel for any organization or business. The graphic artist on staff can create amazing designs from the idea you sketched on a napkin.
Our church uses Uth Stuph every year because they have the best customer service and prices. Every year they make improvements to the company. I like the new way you can approve artwork or make changes. We are always happy with the quality and durability of the shirts.
