Piattaforma difficile da utilizzare per chi non ha già esperienza con la creazione di siti web (ho dovuto più volte chiedere aiuto a un mio amico più pratico di me). Forse non è un caso se spesso e volentieri compaiono banner con scritto "ingaggia partner wix", così fanno guadagnare i loro partner, ma a quel punto é inutile utilizzare uno strumento per la creazione di siti perché tanto vale andare direttamente da una web agency, pagarla e non impazzirsi con qualcosa come wix! Inoltre, il mio sito è stato ottimizzato per la seo - almeno quella base, che è gratuita - e collegato alla Google search console, ma ciononostante non è indicizzato e non compare in nessun risultato di Google. Di conseguenza la gente lo può trovare solo cliccando sui link che ho messo nei miei social. Roba da pazzi!

As a company that offers tech product, your tech support is below par and short of absent. I don't understand how your business is still running when you only offer tech support Monday thru Thursday 9-5 EST, and that's after trying to locate the information on your website to schedule a "call back" at YOUR convenience. My website has been published and working for 4 months, then suddenly it's nonexistent to my clients and on the internet. It is unethical of your company to accept payment for a product, without offering reimbursement for the two weeks that my clients and I did not have access to it, because that's how long it took for me to acquire your tech support. After receiving emails from tech support that did not apply to my issues, nor did they resolve my issues, I was finally able to speak to a tech on the phone. He stated several times that he wouldn't stay on the phone while I tried to figure out and resolve the issue with the instructions he gave me. Before the issue was fixed and completed, he disconnected the conversation. I still had a question, and it took 2 weeks for this kind of support?! This experience has been the most frustrating and disappointing I've had with ANY company, and extremely unacceptable. Giving 1 star is a very generous review.
I am based in the United States, have used Wix for years but recently been experiencing issues with Wix Payments. I have tried getting help from United States customer support, as well as sent emails to both United States support and Israel Support but have had very little information given to me. It seems your verification team takes longer than the 3 days quoted (I am on day 6), very frustrating as my business relies on our website to function correctly. You may also want to notify new users who sign up that accounts will be put on hold if their processing income amount increases (here is a concept: just do all levels of verification in the beginning! You would avoid upsetting customer like myself) Your products are excellent but this Wix payment verification process is simply ridiculous, a more streamlined process needs to be designed. Very disappointed, will be switching back to Stripe as soon as possible.

SAD TO SEE - WIX SUPPORT ON THE DECLINE --- If you are going to go to AI, you have to test it out first. Email is now the only way that WIX provides support. So, I submitted two separate problems / emails the other day. Both failed. One came back on my email that requested a callback. Wix stayed that their automated system tried to connect to me, but it failed to connect the support person to me - and then the email requested that I resubmit my problem a second time. What? I won't even go into the second problem that I had. I guess we (customers) are just out on an island - with no support. ---

WIX ruin my business at the moment the support don't care at all since months. Lost so many clients because iPhone and Samsung browsers users cant order. I gave Wix 1 hour to support the nicest tips for development and wast my time for help to get ignored when I have a problem. extreme sad until I don't get a solution for the months who we lost our clients we keep this vote also we make a video to explain why not to choose Wix. but others have more features and so on we think to change before we lose all our clients! greatings alex from vaporspirit swiss

Far from perfect, there are no full integrations with very basic things required from any site. So in the end you pay no less for these things you would go elsewhere. Therefore, the company has no comparative advantage over other competing companies.

tried to reach support / customer service @ 800-6000-WIX they were too busy (even though they are normally open for 5 more hours) they are no longer taking calls today & a recording said i should try back tomorrow ... not good. zero stars.
