I am writing this on the company and not specific location. They require me to reset my password ONCE A MONTH. Then I cannot use my old passwords. This company is horrible and ridiculous.

Worst customer service from our dedicated team that I have ever experienced. Incompetent does not begin to cover this horrendous service.
I wish we had Paychex PEO again.
Automatic Data Processing or ADP as it is better known is one of the top providers of human resources management software and services in the USA. The staff are pretty much a mixed bag of peopple, making it a great place to work. I find the people make the business if you know what I mean. There are definatley a few more girls than boys working her but it's not too unevenly balanced. I think it's fair to say ADP has a great employee retention lebel, it's a pretty good place to work.
customer service gives you round robin - Had an EDD problem that ADP was suppose to deal with - after a month they came up with all the wrong information and a total waste of time - Elisha Shillingford is nothing but full of excuses and totally did not follow through with the information that was given to her - The Manager John Durner would not even answer my calls to resolve the ADP problem of the not taking out sufficient taxes. I WOULD GO WITH A COMPANY THAT PROVIDES SERVICE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS - THIS COMPANY HAS GOTTEN TO BIG TO REMEMBER THAT>
Whoa. Shady. Held for 3 hours to get help filing a tax form. Asked the rep, Mary, for an email because I don't have another 3 hours to give up if the form doesn't go through for the 2nd time. She said it was "faster to contact us by phone because we don't really check our emails". Faster for who? I'd rather wait 3 days for an email reply than 3 hours of wasted time on the phone. I pushed for an email. She told me to contact my local government agency for a status update. I pushed again. She then said "we don't have emails". I guess that's why you don't check them, huh? For what we pay monthly, service here is undoubtedly lacking. May be time to move on.
Terrible HR recruiting practices. Kind of ironic that a payroll processor doesn t itself know how to treat candidates with the barest amount of respect. Take the time to thoughtfully apply and answer their questions, only to get a rejection within 48 hrs and sent over a holiday weekend!
Horrible experience with their customer service department. My phone call was routed overseas to someone who can't effectively speak English, thus he couldn't solve my problem. A good example of how outsourcing low cost labor to someone who doesn't have the right context or language to handle issues effects a company. I'm still waiting to hear back from some one who can help.
The worst company ever do not do business with this company they will hit you your hidden fees and after you cancel your account they still charge monthly
Worst company ever and some employees with attitude
My ADP Wisely pay payroll account had a transaction of 80 cents at Bloomingdale's in Mason, Ohio, I immediately called their pathetic customer service support to report this, I live in Florida, I sell auto parts for a living and knew this was a "phishing trip" I was told that no out of state transactions would be honored, not an hour later my account was wiped out at a Rite Aid in NYC! If customer service lived in the US they would know NYC is not in Florida!!! It's every dime I have!! I had just put money in my account from a pay day loan to cover my bills! Now I have to default on that loan because I had to request a paper check from my employer which will not come on Friday when my bills are due! My husband is disabled and we rely on my pay to survive, I have to fill out forms and borrow money for a stamp before they will even look into reversing all the money I have back to me. One customer service "professional" accused ME of scamming them. Very disheartened about my treatment and lack of protection from a company that has been in business for over 70 years.
Your "district manager" Garrett Perrigo left a negative review for my business when we refused to work with him and ADP. You guys sure hire sleazy people. Is this how you close on new sales, is to leave negative reviews?
ADP payroll has been my go to payroll group through Chase Bank. ADP has reports and place to submit for the paycheck Protection Program and sadly they have failed. Through chase the small business administration says they are not able to verify my monthly payroll for my employees and that directly falls upon a DP for not clarifying it within their covid-19 reports that were submitted for approval for the paycheck Protection Program not only is this an embarrassment it is also telling me that chase bank and ADP make it a rigged system for bigger employers there's no other way to look at it it's a sad day when you are bought and paid for
