As a company that offers tech product, your tech support is below par and short of absent. I don't understand how your business is still running when you only offer tech support Monday thru Thursday 9-5 EST, and that's after trying to locate the information on your website to schedule a "call back" at YOUR convenience. My website has been published and working for 4 months, then suddenly it's nonexistent to my clients and on the internet. It is unethical of your company to accept payment for a product, without offering reimbursement for the two weeks that my clients and I did not have access to it, because that's how long it took for me to acquire your tech support. After receiving emails from tech support that did not apply to my issues, nor did they resolve my issues, I was finally able to speak to a tech on the phone. He stated several times that he wouldn't stay on the phone while I tried to figure out and resolve the issue with the instructions he gave me. Before the issue was fixed and completed, he disconnected the conversation. I still had a question, and it took 2 weeks for this kind of support?! This experience has been the most frustrating and disappointing I've had with ANY company, and extremely unacceptable. Giving 1 star is a very generous review.
