If you are thinking of buying a car from this dealer interstate, please read this. I wanted to buy a pre-owned c300 coupe. I live in Brisbane and didn't find one in Brisbane for weeks. This dealer had one with all the specs I liked. I contacted a sales person and told him that finance is not a problem, i will come to do test driving with my family and buy it. We even agreed on the price on the phone. That was a Thursday. My family and I flew to Sydney Friday afternoon for test driving on Saturday lunch time. On Sat morning, I got a call from this dealer saying the car was sold the day before. you can imagine how much I was disappointed. My daughter and wife felt so sorry for me. This dealer just sold the car whoever paid for it regardless there was a pre-arranged appointment and where the potential buyer was coming from. When i talked to the sales person, he said they sell cars interstate very often. I got there in 2 days after the first phone call. Wasn't it good enough for this dealer? This is my experience with this dealer. I won't recommend this dealer if you want to buy a car interstate from this dealer.

Worst dealership experience I have ever had!!! Purchased a certified vehicle with an advertised 100 point inspection for which they can t provide a list of what these points are.. It had a 30cm scratch on the paint the day of pick up . Found to have a buckled rim, lower arm strut needed replacing, shaky steering wheel and veers to the left both of which the lead service centre in Artarmon has stated can t be fixed. Their lawyer From a dealership in Queensland that doesn t even deal in Mercedes cars wrote to me today with a ludacris false statement saying that it s a characteristic of the vehicle produced by the manufacturer and is typical of right hand drive vehicle ... didn t know Mercedes makes vehicles that can t keep a straight line just for Australia!!! Has since been in repair for 8 weeks of the 12 weeks I ve owned it and at this point still refusing to refund my money

By far the best Mercedes experience in NSW. The staffs are friendly, genuine, I traded in my gle450 for a S class, they didn t just give me the best trade in price, but gave me the most memorable experience. The consultant to deal with is Scott Callaghan, he is the most professional and polite salesman I have seen, he along with his manager James, have given me the service that deserves a five star rating.
Even Knowing I had another S class to see from another showroom, they still spent the time to get to know their customer and not at any point pushy, in the end, their service was so great, that I had to come back to buy the car from them.
Great work James and Scott, my wife and I will not hesitate to buy another Mercedes from you when we need to upgrade.

I will never go back there. I purchased a pre-owned CLA45 AMG, I took the car in to Artarmon service centre as there was a slight issue and my brakes had been squeaking. The guys at Artarmon said i needed new brakes however i had only jut purchased the car. I called North Shore Mercedes and spoke to Bryon Beamond, he agreed to pay for the new brakes if i responded to the NPS survey so they could get their bonus commission. Unfortunately the link expired and then he wanted nothing to do with me and refused to pay for the brakes anymore. I sent him 3 emails with no reply. I'll never go back there or recommend anyone, there is better ways to treat customers and Bryon is not someone I would EVER go back to.

I purchased a car from MB Mosman in June 30. I can t explain the pain of buying from these people. Gerry Caldwell was a lovely gentleman who was simply to busy to do simple things like provide me a tax invoice once they had been paid, I also hadn t signed a contract until after they had been paid after asking repeatedly. He provided a trade price in message and then went backwards by a couple of thousand! He was meant to order a Cargo mat Didn t do it. Wanted to do a deal but would move off the advertised price. In general was just incompetent and didn t really care!
I have the displeasure of dealing with potential the most arrogant man I have ever come across in a car dealership, his name is Andrew Ebsary. He seemed to think that because he had worked for MB Australia it was ok that they hadn t provided me any formal
paperwork. This is the short version if I wrote the monologue it would drag on.
The car was hardly clean when I picked it up to top it off!
The one thing I will say is that Paul Hughes the dealer principal and Scott Duncan were very attentive to my complaint.
However, I cannot explain how a car that received a roadworthy only 10 weeks ago needs two brand new tyres because the middle of the rears is bald. It is impossible that this has happened in the 5000 Ks the car has done since leaving their dealership. So after the horrible experience, I have now had to spend $926 on two new tyres. It breaks my brain that they passed the car as roadworthy with two tyres in such a state.

Absolutely fabulous service! My beautiful C300 Coupe went in for a tyre change and they fixed an issue, at no cost to me, that I didn t even know I had! Who does that! Well, MB North Shore does I guess, talk about proactive! It was after 5.30pm and Daniel should have been going home but instead he was showing me how to reprogram my boot and answering my million questions. Simon was also sensational. Mercedes Benz North Shore really has such wonderful people at both Chatswood and Mosman! If you have a Mercedes, there really is no better choice for service and I highly recommend! The service here has been quite abysmal and overall a major disappointment. I took my a45 (less than 2 years old) here to have the headlights looked at because it suddenly stopped working and was told I had to wait a month or go elsewhere.
I understand businesses get busy but you would think you guys would have some procedures to cover for these emergency service situations (especially when no other Mercedes Service centre would carry our warranty repairs or services for cars not sold by them).
On top of that when I was finally agreed with to bring my car in you guys tried to turn me down on helping me on the day i bring my car in.
This store is quick to draw you in when they're trying to make the sale but when you actually ask to get something done don't count on it. Your service is on par with Sydney Trains. Absolute garbage.

Called Mosman Mercedes and they asked me to get there. A young technician (I think his name was Blake) took my car in immediately despite they looked busy. He cleared the message within 5min and didn't even charge me for it. I got to my meeting onetime. In normal circumstances a good service is expected, but in my case that was an epic help from a young, caring and professional employee of Mercedes Benz Mosman. Well done!
