If you are going to go to AI, you have to test it out first.

Email is now the only way that WIX provides support.

So, I submitted two separate problems / emails the other day.

Both failed.

One came back on my email that requested a callback.

Wix stayed that their automated system tried to connect to me, but it failed to connect the support person to me - and then the email requested that I resubmit my problem a second time.

What?

I won't even go into the second problem that I had.

I guess we (customers) are just out on an island - with no support.
