Lovely pub worth the trip to find, great menu and execution, the crab cake with fish soup, and roasted hake were devine. Good wine list. Dog friendly and lots of outside seating for when the weather allows... I would always book to ensure you have a table.

One of the best eateries in north norfolk. Beautiful pub / restaurant. Servics is always spot on. Dog friendly in the bar area. Lovely beer garden. I believe the accommodation is very modern and smart.

Very popular and attractive pub off the beaten track in the Norfolk countryside. Great food, nice wine and friendly service. Dog-friendly. Very busy at the weekend. Attractive terrace for the summer months or for catching the odd winter rays as it is nicely sheltered.

This is my go to place on the North Norfolk Coast. Whilst spoilt for great pubs, this takes it to the next level. An innovative menu which changes, is well thought out and frankly presented and in a quality better than a London top class restaurant. All food sourced from suppliers within 10 miles. This is THE place to go.

My husband and I love coming here when we re on holiday in Norfolk - it s a favourite. The food is always exceptional but in a laid back, relaxed atmosphere with friendly staff. For what you get, reasonably priced too!

Great pub for food or just a catch up with a drink. It's the best roast on the coast. The staff are professional but also down to earth which gives you such a great atmosphere. Cannot reccomend it enough.

Just had 3 days in the February sunshine at the Bell, what a lovely place, the most friendliest of staff we have come across, food was lovely, rooms are very comfy, can't wait to return in the summer, thank you

Food was absolutely delicious and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately the service was incredibly slow, even for a busy Sunday night and our drinks order that was taken before our main meals arrived was never delivered.

We love the Wiveton Bell and have stayed there a few times however, we cannot understand why they will not allow dogs in their rooms. Pretty much all of Suffolk is dog friendly apart from here. This has stopped us booking short breaks at this lovely venue. We go everywhere with our dog (Mollie) and now, this venue is out for us. What an absolute shame. This is why I give the 2-star rating.

Very good food indeed, served with a smile by Izzi, our charming and witty waitress. Lots of people on here complain about the prices but personally I prefer to spend a bit more to get decent quality, and the Wiveton Bell delivers it.

First visit to the Bell, blown away by fines friendly service, prompt service,a very nice selection of beverages, menus were informative not a long wait for first course and so on,food was excellent.!! Tasting flavours that you don't normally get with processed food etc my pallet was popping with explosive feedback lol..To conclude visited many establishments in the area on visits to this fine part of the country but this was a top spot for a visit left the pub after a fine desert of ice cream etc thinking I can't wait to return in the summer..!!

We had Sunday lunch here. Service staff not observing face masks either inside or out. Torched mackerel starter was bland and lacking in taste; smokiness, beetroot or horseradish, and was also of insufficient size; more akin to what would have been expected on a Taster menu. Goat's cheese tart was refrigerated and therefore too cold to enjoy. Veggie menu good. Sirloin of Beef delicious. Crab salad enjoyable, Angus birger was good. We have enjoyed meals here on previous occasions; however, this time left us sadly wanting.

This was a lovely location and a nice atmosphere selling really lovely food. We parked in the village car park, had a walk around the church on the green, the pub is on the other side of the green . The staff were very good and attentive More

Visited for my wife's birthday recently. Having spent 3 days doing a lot of eating and drinking at various places, the meal we had at The Wiveton Bell was her favourite. "The trout was amazing!"

A little after 6:00 pm, we went looking for a bite to eat. We walked about 20 minutes from Blakeney, to this nice country pub I had seen advertised. It was quiet, almost empty - a couple of people outside having a drink. We were told that More

Absolutely amazing food in this lovely, atmospheric pub.
Went for two courses from the set menu. Had the beef fillet which was brilliant and the rhubarb and cheesecake for dessert - I do think it s the best dessert I ve ever had! It was so tasty!

Great village pub with a fantastic beer garden. The staff were lovely and the food great. A nice beer selection with four casks of unusual local beers. Would recommend and not too busy even on a sunny weekend. Good gastro pub

The starter and wine choice was great and the service impeccable! Also the marquee was a lovely place to be seated. Slightly disappointed with the lack of options for dessert however, but we move, otherwise pretty much faultless.

Had a sandwich lunch here. Staff were very good as it was just a minute before lunch service ended and they were fine about us placing an order (not like some other places I've been to). Sandwiches were generous sizes. We sat out the back patio area with our dog which was a very pleasant space on a sunny hot day.

Just a perfect stay.

Just a perfect stay.
Located across the church at a 3 way cross road, the Wiverton Bell is absolutely one of the best places I have stayed in.
Working in the travel industry, I have stayed in some of the most amazing hotels around the world, and this 6 bedroom pub made my top 10.
The team at the Wiverton Bell showcased an exemplary level of hospitality at it's best.
They understood who their guests were, may they have been a single traveller in the area for a wedding or a family with young children needing assistance or a more mature couple on a walking escapade. The team anticipated our needs and treated all of us as cherished regulars from the 1st step we took onto the property.
This generosity of sharing and welcoming was also present in the meals they serve at lunch and dinner in the pub. With local (as often as possible) and great quality produce, I was lucky enough to enjoy a couple of dishes at the property.
My room was lovely, the amenities were nice and the breakfast was the perfect surprise. Indeed it was a continental one with the fresh elements served in cool bags left outside your room for you to take when you are ready. And, in your room you have a great selection of quality teas, coffees, cereal and all the crockery you'd need.
Oh yes, as if all of this was not enough, to enjoy the setting when you arrive, you are advised that you have a complimentary mini bottle of prosecco waiting for each one of you in the fridge.
Thank you the Wiverton Bell for a great stay. I look forward to coming back.

We celebrated my mum's 70th birthday with a late lunch for thirteen people and had a lovely experience. We started with some zingy specialty gin and tonics, followed by a wide range of delicious food and wine. We didn't stay for pudding as we had already bought a huge birthday cake. Staff were friendly and helpful and the setting is cosy and very traditional. MLS

This is a surprisingly trendy restaurant with a seasonally based menu so a trip to their website is in order to determine the details of what precisely is available. I chose a pork dish on my visit with a ham hock pate starter, the latter being almost a meal in itself. The main meal dishes looked quite crafted but were actually very filling and the pork was delicious once I'd found it under the dim lighting. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes though this quality was reflected in a fairly high bill.

Booking ahead is essential especially on a Saturday!
