I agreed to purchase an expensive watch via this company's website. The watch was initially shown at full price and was reduced by 50% in their sale. I agreed to purchase at the sale price.
When the watch arrived it was second hand, in poor condition.
Only when a complaint was made on the morning of delivery, the company's website was amended to read "pre-owned". A weak apology and a refund followed within a couple of days, but I have to say, I have never dealt with such an unscrupulous jeweller ever. Needless to say that I shall be taking the matter further and telling as many people of my experience as possible. This company pride themselves on customer care and I have yet to see any.
