I have to say that they have no integrity, no hono...

I have to say that they have no integrity, no honour and a company that cannot be trusted.. Back in May I went on a waiting list for a Swiss watch that had just been launched.. I knew there would be a wait and that was understood.. on occasion I have called to check what s happening... I have been lied to , the quality of the knowledge and information differs so much from whom you speak with... I have even on one occasion found out that I went down the list not up despite some watched being received.... which long proves they manipulate the list to suit there needs or prioritise customers because of social media or other aspects.... these waiting list are meant to be honest and transparent as we have to trust them...
Again this weekend I phoned and spoke with staff who either gave me conflicting information or no information... and because I complained at their service... yes you guessed it they offered to move me up the list... and do the very thing they have said and sworn they don t do ..to please me..
I refused as this was not fair on the other people waiting... but I have no choice but to wait on this list and still buy the watch from them... because other Authorised Dealers list are closed and much longer... as 6 months have passed since I went on the list.
They have proven to have no integrity what so ever....
