Willy's Mexicana Grill Review

Kp helped with my dairy allergy, she told me my options and that was the best veggie bowl I had in a while!!!! Go willys

Veggie bowls are pretty good, rice could be a little more cooked. Food tasted pretty good !

This prepackaged turd of a burrito was very bland. The chips were also undercooked. I wouldn't recommend.

Food was bland. Out of 2 critical items (cilantro and jalapenos) and said they didn't have anymore (it was noon). Most importantly, the staff looked extremely unhappy and put out with helping customers.

Something was off about my burrito. Nevermind that several ingredients were stale or improperly cooked -- the shell tasted like cleaning product. Was an employee cleaning and then went to handling food without changing latex gloves? Ended up throwing out my food.

Had an early flight and generally not in the mood for much but was thankful and encouraged by how nice the staff was (Brittany Washington in particular). The food was pretty good. I had the Adobo chicken with eggs and hash. It was a first and delish.

Ms brook and the staff had excellent customer.i will be back....

They are always great when I come and I am always there right at close my food be hot and even it being late at night still smiles and friendly service love you guys

Rudest staff I've dealt with in my life. Gave me no time to figure out my order and rudely snapped at me when I didn't know what meat I wanted. Definitely not returning.

Pretty good options for burritos, tacos, etc. However, their meats aren't as well seasoned as some of their national competitors. Also, this store want very clean and I want there during peak time.

I ate at the willy s Mexican grill in the Atlanta airport. I generally have low expectations for airport food but this was by far the worst meal I ever had from start to finish.

Brainless employees. I'm 6 people back in line and the enployee is getting other people in line to get my attention to order. There is no benefit to getting my order that far in advance. There was no back up elsewhere. Food is marginal - rice has those hard stale rice chunks mixed in.

I came in around 11 food was hot service fast Kp had a nice smile I will be back on my next flight

Was looking for something quick to eat in the ATL airport. Chicken burrito was the right fit.

I just stopped at this location today at 5:41 in between flights. Jasmine was the first person to greet me and she was extremely welcoming and hospitable with a beautiful smile. As everyone helped prepare my order they were all courteous and professional. I had a salad bowl and my food was excellent! I didn t get the cashiers name but she had an amazing smile and great customer service as well(CTR-609). The whole staff that was there today was exceptional in all aspects! I will definitely be returning for the fast and friendly service!

Would not recommend this place to anyone. The food was flavorless and expensive. All three of the female workers at this location had an attitude and were not customer friendly.

The Willy s location at 6000 N Terminal in the airport was not only disgusting, but one of the employees was more disgusting in regard to her attitude. Because she s ignorant and had a limited attention span, she became upset when I had to repeat my request. It wasn t even busy at that point. Then she started to mumble to her sloppy co-worker about the situation. This store is a total roach haven, the supervisor was sitting there while the environment was obviously one of filth and cross-contamination. Go there and look at the oven, the counters, food receptacles and floor; even the register is disgusting. The reason I bought this slop from this place was because I was in transit and needed something fast. Expect to get sick here at best, simply by looking at the place and the ghettofied hoodrats that work behind the counter.

The Willy's at the airport is not as good as the others. I understand its a space issue but that should affect the quality.

Many places in the area closed early for labor day. But willy's was opened a family of 5, traveling from Tennessee to Florida we were ready to eat. Willy's was good, with fresh food. Delicious. Good customer service from the team.

I ate at Willy s on the south terminal (B20), and these young ladies made my day! Along side with my breakfast!!! They were very polite and friendly. Can t wait to get back there just to converse with them! Shout out to Brittany!!!!

I went for breakfast it was busy but I got the wrong burrito. My second flight was at a different location. Between burrito and drink I just wanted thirteen dollars.

Awesome breakfast. My husband and I had it on our way out one morning and it was so good, we came back on our way in. And the crew is friendly!

The person taking the order was rude and impersonal. What you want? like is she was doing us a favor by being there.
If I am paying for my meal I want at least decent service,not to be treated like CATTLE!!!!

Atlanta Airport employees of this restaurant need to go view how other airports are and learn GOOD attitude towards their jobs They should be happy to help others and that they HAVE a job.
Take your BAD attitude and stick your head in the sand, don't dish it out on people that are traveling.

You need to train your employees the proper way to treat people. That is very important!

Quinoa bowl is pretty good but don't waist money on extra guacamole because there is no avocado in it.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Food is always the best. The guacamole they made was really good which can vary by location

It's hard to make bad Mexican food. Emoyees have a bad attitude and customer service is terrible. ATL airport has a ton of good food options. Skip this one.

Ms. Tracie and Saneka have some of the best customer service in the Atlanta airport. This Willy's crew is most helpful, even when eating from a different restaurant they make it there business to speak.

Isatai and Kristi were extremely helpful last night and I was able to get a quick meal before catching my last flight even though it was so late in the email. It was prompt and proper service.
