Willy's Mexicana Grill Review

I had an amazing chat with Banks at the airport. I really enjoyed her.

The burrito was very tasty but i mostly enjoyed talking to this beautiful young lady banks.

The employees do a great job of getting people through the long lines. The food is very tasty and filling.

Willy's is my preference when I'm in Atlanta and there isn't a moes southwest grill around. Great food that has great flavor

I was thrilled to find a unique breakfast offering at 6 a.m. following a red-eye flight from the west coast.

The breakfast bowl I ordered was delicious, hot, fresh, and spicy enough to satisfy my taste buds. The portion was generous, and the service was friendly, quick, and efficient.

I also noticed that many Delta employees in flight attendant and pilot uniforms patronize this place. That says good things about the quality of the food, the friendliness of the service, and the efficiency of order preparation.

I hope that I will have a similar-length layover in the future, because I will be back!

Best breakfast in the B Terminal. We were looking for a fresh breakfast option without tons of sugar. Our breakfast burritos were fresh with just the right amount of spice. The staff were friendly and professional, too. Thanks for getting our day off to a great start!

The staff at Willy's was awesome on Jan 1, 2019. They cater our Delta sky club luncheon. The food was delicious and very tasty. The staff was on time and very professional. Kudos to them all.

Location was out of everything but chicken, staff was rude and disgruntled. Spent most of their time arguing with each other about pay and hours.

I give the chain a solid 4 stars, and this airport location a 3 stars. Poorer selection, poorer service, and higher prices at the airport (Yes, I know it's not just this chain that applies to). Best quick burrito ar ATL.

The steak bowl was full of so much flavor I would have taken a picture but it was to good to show off Great job Willy s! Friendly staff Kp served me with a smile the entire time 10 stars from me!! Can t wait to visit again

Good food, friendly staff and quick so I ate during my 30 minute layover and still got to the gate before boarding

The customer service was great!!! After a long flight and pushing for time for a meeting they got me in and out in a hurry. I made it to my meeting on a full tummy. The manger who name was Ashya I believe was so great and her positive energy was everything I will visit again!!

Brianna checked me out. She had a great attitude. Cheerful. Helped my night with delayed flights.

About the most bland Mexican style food I've had in a while. Doesn't need to be fiery hot, it just needs more flavor.

Decent breakfast burritos for 5.99 which might be the cheapest airport breakfast you can get

I had a steak burrito this morning and it had to be fresh off the grill, it s was full of flavor and fresh, the staff was extremely friendly and fast Tempestt was very helpful !!!! I m coming here every time I fly into Atlanta, great job Willys!

Absolutely horrible experience here tonight. I never received a receipt, I m traveling for business. The line was long so I patiently waited in line to ask for a copy of my receipt after already ordering. The woman at the counter puts her hand to my face and says I can t help you now step to the side you ll have to wait. She then calls me back up and asks what I had. I tell the woman my order and she then begins to attend to other customers. She then asks me what the last four numbers of my credit are and I tell her. I wait about another 4 minute. She then says ya it s not in the last 30 orders here and I can t search by your card number so you ll just have to call tomorrow. I said well, could you tell me the number? She responds no you ll just have to go ahead and google that and turns to another customer and dismisses me completely. No apology for the inconvenience or the rude hand in my face. This will be a never again on my list of choices in the ATL airport.

Great service, the line was long but moved very quickly. Food was hot and delicious! We had a steak quesadilla, cheese dip and homemade guacamole! Very good!!

OMG. The food is phenomenal but the customer service is even better. The ladies working the food line were so friendly and hilarious!

Policies are different here versus an in-town store. Guac costs extra on a veggie burrito. No free side of chips. Prices are a bit higher.

Extremely similar to Moe's Or Chipolte.
Fast to get the food and leave.
Price was not bad, Expecially at a airport.
Steak Burrito all the way with a bottle water was 14 bucks.

Wow! Was there with my friend from New Jersey! I didn't eat here because I was not hungry at The time. But my friend Chris raves about this place he gives it four out of five stars! He definitely wants to return her to dine in! & He also left a terrific review of this place the day of when we went to to Monday Night Football Game! Between the Atlanta Falcons Vs. After traveling for several hours, I was hungry and had enough time in my layover to sit down and enjoy a meal. In a long line of chain restaurant stands, I smelled the aroma of Mexican food and decided to go to Willy's. The variety was diverse and there was even melted cheese, woo! I had never eaten here before, and was eager to try. I ordered a spicy chicken burrito with pinto beans, lettuce, melted cheese, and the corn salsa. The staff was friendly and helpful, and soon I was sitting down and enjoying my meal. Finally, a chance to relax. I unwrapped my burrito and took a large bite. First thoughts, "Oh...ew..." the burrito was runny and tasted like mush. The only flavor was from the spicy chicken, and it seemed to be carrying the entire team. I decided to continue eating to see if it would get better...it didn't. I became more and more disappointed with each bite, until about 3/4 of the way through when I pitched it. I sit here now hungry, upset, and out of $10...I regret investing in Willy's, and probably won't return. I am envious of the family sitting next to me eating delicious Asian cuisine, and hope the lingering spicy flavor in my mouth will go away soon so I can forget this experience. Woof.

Came in earlier this morning and had the best breakfast bowl!!!! Fast outstanding service and the food was good I enjoyed my experience, they were workin and having a good time, Keyona was very helpful i was unsure what to get, and i was very pleased that she help me decide on my breakfast. it was my first time and I will be back!!

Food was moderately filling however it is not cheese shred close to being 'Mexicana Grill'

I stopped by the Willy's on B concourse and had the pleasure of being served by Ms Shanika Traylor. She was very help and kind. You need more employees like her. A+++ service.

Dianne, Alexus and Kayla were the nicest. Good pit stop between flights.

It's late but when paying my money I would like to have the order the way I liked and before I came there was a order similar to mine on the grill and they tired to give me that order ummm no. I need to see you put it on the grill. They were nice about it and annoyed but it should be made to order.

Had the steak bowl.. the meat was dry and cold and The black beans were cold and both lacked flavor..

Small portion. Lacks flavor. I asked for a burrito twice, they just kept passing a bowl down the line and handed it to me. Find something else.

Kendall and team were great. Food here is awesome, eat here when I travel to ATL. They stayed open past close to make a bunch of us food that had delayed flights. Recommend the chicken Quesadilla!

$25 for a breakfast that we couldn t eat because the rice was so crunchy. Employees acted like I annoyed them by ordering. Follow up, corporate reached out the same day I posted this and sent two coupons. I finally got around to using one at the Lawrenceville location, food was fantastic and the employees were very outgoing and friendly!

Flavorless and cold. Sinaloa chicken bowl. The Sinaloan s would be ashamed.

This food does not taste good, the employees are not polite. I regretted the purchase even before they were done creating it. The red petters look like they've been sitting there for a week (and taste like it too).

This place is AMAZING! Great staff and great food. I try to go here everytime I m in Hartsfield-Jackson airport!

These ladies were working their butts off yet still were polite, good humored and fast. You will not be hungry after that burrito, and the flavor is on point. You might just have to ask for a bit more guac.
