Kidzplay Review

Really good place for children. Really big play area for the kids and food was really nice. Definitely come back again. Staff were also really nice.

Good experience visiting today. Maybe the best soft play I've been to, I normally hate them as much as my kids love them. But nice set up (only two layers of play frames so easy to track your kids), separate sensory room for little kids and those who want a chill (parents included?). Food was really good, especially compared to usual soft play standards - chicken wrap was tasty, wife's BLT was nice quality, and the margarita pizza was much better than what I was expecting (better than I've had at a few restaurants). Staff were friendly and explained things under the covid restrictions well. I think the food was fairly priced for what we got.

Good luck to the place making it through lockdown 2.0, hope it rides the storm and we will be back in December I am sure.

Daughters 7th birthday party. Booked in advance these guys are busy, hopefully my review will explain why. From initial conversations the team at Kidzplay Harrogate were keen to accomodate us as conveniently as possible.
The arrangements weren t straight forward, number changes plus a few other discussion points. At no time did they make us feel like our requests were any hassle.
This place is ronseal for this old enough to remember, it does what it says on the tin!
Large well equipped soft play area with a friendly team and well organised.
Our group ranged from 5 ish to nearly 8 and they were all smiling.
We went for the build a bear option, all the guests got to work on their own bear and come away with a new best friend!
If you re looking for a simple well organised active party managed by nice people that care about what they do then Kidzplay Harrogate might by the place for you!

We recently hosted our little boys birthday at Kidzplay Harrogate with 15 of his friends. From making the enquiry to the day of the party nothing was too much trouble. Excellent communication, reasonable prices and a great host on the day.

Kidzplay is a great place to get your kids running around! It has obviously improved since the last reviews as i have never encountered cleanliness problems! The food is good and the staff are very friendly! There is space for babies to play too which is very helpful when you have a toddler.

I take my 2 youngest children here and they love it. the staff are superb and always make the children feel special!

Great for a rainy day. Seen better, but also seen much worse.

Great baby sensory area but a few niggles with the online booking system when it comes to booking in multiple babies.

Just had my son s 7th birthday party here. We went with the laser tag party. The kids had a great time and we had the place to ourselves. Everything was taken care of to include the cutting of the our cake and adding it to the goody bags. Leann did an awesome job taking care of the kids, feeding them and setting up their laser tag games, as well as taking care of the parents with tea, coffee, and snacks :-) It was such a success we ll more than likely do the same thing for his next party.

A superb soft area. Well organised and Covid secure. Good facilities and a very well thought out and reasonably priced menu. Two hour booking slots just now during the epidemic. Parking can be a bit hectic but everything else is spot on.

Excellent for young kids, lots of activities available to book too

Food prices are too high and the wait too long. Having a timed menu works if the kitchen can get the food out on time.

Lots of fun for the little one and good range of food to eat.

This place was just horrid, so dirty, food and filth everywhere, rude clueless staff, toilets were overflowing and stepping through that to try and change my children's nappy. Pretty sure we all got a stomach bug from here, a really nice More

Horrible place not taking my daughter here again, she was playing in the 1 and under and had over 1's in little play area and kids over 3 attacking my daughter when shes only 1scratches and cuts all over her face, and kids playing in sick, very dirty and clueless staff no control whats so ever lucky to get a star cant put any lower!!! Not happy

Really disappointed ... I left a child's coat at a Kidz play centre and asked for it to be kept to one side for collection. When I returned a few weeks later the owners had got rid of it and accepted no responsibility and offered no apology :(

Great place for kids to let off steam. Well run. Good food.
