We used this tip yesterday to offload some household items and I feel like we were ripped off by them asking for us to pay for electrics when we know these are a commodity in the waste industry. They also weighted us at 1.360 kg when we were only 980kg. Plus we also didn't receive a VAT receipt. They basically charged double that what we normally pay.

The worst company you dealing with them customer service and management are the same my restaurant has food bin has no collected for weak the has problems with my direct debt I sent the from back but they said they haven t received tray to pay pay card over the phone but they no every day waste my time with they over the phone with out any solution
There invoice the has extra charge it happened before be carful every one check you invoice no recommended this service to any one
Avoid, they slip in a charge on the contracts but don't tell you.
