Willy's Mexicana Grill Review

Who needs breakfast when you can eat lunch for breakfast!! Loved the food this morning, it was nice and hot and fresh. The only thing in my opinion the beans need a little bit more seasoning, but other than that food was delicious. The crew was pleasant and nice and just having a good time. The young man at the cashier was very nice. Thank you for my lunch/breakfast. Got my order around 8:15am and no lines which was a plus side. Thanks again for a great meal and hope you all have a great day!

Banks is wonderful at getting me in and out everytime i come through the airport.

Good service and fair price. However I hope the food was really healthy or something because there was no flavor to be found. The pico had no flavor, the chicken had no flavor, the salsa had no flavor. Only the guac added flavor to the dish. This is a poor substitute for chipotle.

Interesting place, I visited willy's while passing through on a trip. Very hectic and busy for the most part. The food was good and similar in style to chipotle in offerings with build your own bowls and burritos. Pricing was ok, food was tasty though the hustle and bustle made ordering difficult and orders weren't exact. Seating was very rough and resulted in roaming around waiting for someone to abandon their seat to sit down and eat. Definitely enjoyed the visit, wish it wasn't during the lunch rush so I could experience a more relaxed setting but good nonetheless.

Definitely liked the service here. I had a south west chicken salad with all the add-ons!!! Absolutely huge! Couldn't even finish it all. I would have given them 5 but the lettuce wasn't fresh

Isatou Gomez , she is the best employee .. she helped me pick out a good selection on the menu and I gave a $10 dollars in tips !!

Bland dry burrito. Overcooked sausage, hard crusty burrito wrap. Filthy and staff that probably beat down on from the owner.

I had a great time at Willy's. Ms. Banks had exceptional service and made my visit extra special.

I got the southwest salad and it wasn t that good. Not much flavor.

Huge burrito but very poorly built. Just a shame. It was decent flavor. Price wasn t too bad considering it s an airport.

Super fast...found this place in Atlanta's airport. I got the chicken nachos and they were pretty good. Just wish I had more time to and enjoy lunch before running and jumping on my next flight.

Kudos to Emmanuel - a great employee! He was friendly, fast with my order when I was in a rush and had a big smile.

This place is always a must when passing through. The only times I've been disappointed was when looking forward to breakfast and missing it. Menu is always good and the service always has a quick turnaround, even with the long lines. The food portions are a good size and well worth it, in my opinion.

Dry rice. All the ingredient of the burrito bunched up in the end. I feel like the $10 I paid was a fee to know I never have to eat here again.

A layover at lunchtime was the perfect match for me to stop here for a bite. Had a build to order salad. Veggies were fresh and the chicken was flavorful. Would definitely stop again if opportunity presents itself. Staff was very friendly!! Price reasonable for airport dining.

Love this Willy s! As an ATL based flight attendant I m quite familiar with the food options, and this place has great food and even better service! Employees are always super nice, fast service and reliably a great place to grab food! Kendall was especially nice today! Glad they have such great employees:)

Excellent chicken burrito. Service was fast & friendly. I saw a lot of pilots and ground crew in line so I knew it would be good.

This used to be one of the better places to eat in the airport. Not long ago they changed their menu and raised their prices. Pinto beans were eliminated with black beans being the only bean choice. They also stopped serving fresh brewed iced tea. I will go there far less often now. The only high point is that their customer service remains better than most other places in the airport.

Excellent moist chicken burrito. The lady making my fresh burrito knew exactly how to make it delicious. I took her suggestions and I am delighted!

Yikes. Place was absolutely filthy. We were in a rush so ordered from here as we d waited in a very long line to order and were about to miss our flight. Burritos were ice cold. Fully expecting food poisoning.

Steak was over seasoned and salty. However this could be just this location as I have never had a problem with Willy before

I get that they're busy, but could be cleaner, and the steak was dry and flavorless. Needs improvement.

Staff were unprofessional, telling us everything they were out of. Chips way too salty. But we were hungry and it was late at the airport.

Food is poorer quality than Taco Bell and that is a very low standard to compare with.
You can even taste the massive amount of preservatives on top of that.

This place had the best burrito bowl I have ever eaten! Biggest difference between Willy's and the chain mexican restaurants (like Pancheros) is the food is very fresh and not overloaded with salt. I could actually taste all the different ingredients. Very tasty!

Even tho they were extremely busy the crew was beyond cuteous and patient thanks a lot I really appreciate it food was great

This place has a different menu than a full sized Willy's. It's also quite a bit more expensive, but it's still the best burrito place in the airport that I know of.

Brittany Washington and her co workers are attentive and actually really funny. I had a great experience there and when I come back to atl airport I ll make sure I ll stop by here again. Oh duh the food good as hell too.

I ve frequented Willy s brick and mortars a ton... this was low-grade and tossed after a couple bites. Gross.

The kitchen was filthy, the food was cold after just being served, the worker did multiple tasks using the same gloves. Will never eat there again. This location must be poorly managed for things to be this bad. You're going to make someone sick.

Made to order salad was out of this world!! Staff was SUPER friendly. So good that I got their names to include in the review- Pam, Shawn and David. Makes flying through Atlanta something to look forward to. OK, that last line might be a stretch.

Great and fast service. Manager David was very COURTEOUS AND HARD WORKING. I travel here often would recommend to all my family and friends

Food was great and fair price but I have to give because of their excellent service. They all are happy to take your order and are the most pleasant employees in the ATL airport. I look forward to stopping by every time I visit ATL just so I can see their smiling faces. Most recent stop was 1:00 pm 2/24. Amazing crew! Kept a smile but stayed efficient and moved quick

Whole staff was great, food tastes great. I m sad for my husband since he got Wendy s and missed out. Nakiya rung me up and was great!

Not impressed...the area where they made the food was A MESS!! The gentleman who prepared my bowl was literally throwing the food in it (I ended up with a few random blk olives in my food...didn t order them) He was also VERY rude...a pilot was ordering in front of me & the employee just kept saying wat else, wat else after everything the pilot asked for. I love guac & this guacamole was spicy had a weird bite to it; a mix between spoiled & tangy. No one acted like or appeared like they wanted to be at work - it was just a mess, period. Next time I ll just go & find Chipotle.

This one is mixed. The food is always great but the service really needs some work. I always feel like I'm being inconvenient for wanting to buy food there.

Expect higher prices and less extensive menu choices than other locations outside the airport. Fast service with a smile.

This was amazing food and staff. The staff was extremely friendly and helped me pick out an amazing burrito. I definitely recommend coming to the spot even if you don t have a flight! And KP was amazing!!

Winston took my order and was super friendly, provided amazing customer service and recommenced which chicken to order. I got a quesadilla and it tasted great!!

Great service and food. Emanuel is a great ambassador for the team, keeps everyone smiling and the line moving quickly. I think Louis was the other gentleman 's name, they made a great combo. Will return here again.

Burrito was a decent size for the prize. Steak was a little over-seasoned for my taste, but the rest of the ingredients were fresh and tasty.

Visited the airport location and have never been to a Willy's before. We just ordered chips and guacamole. The term "guacamole" is used loosely here. It is made mostly of onion and tomato, so I would describe it as an onion-heavy pico de gallo with some avocado. I could have saved some money and just ordered salsa to get basically the same thing. The guac also lacked salt and lime juice. The chips were not evenly cooked and not salted. It was wholeheartedly disappointing.

My time at Willy s was great like always, they have a nice and friendly staff and the lady Andreya that was on the grill was amazing today.
