Awesome Service... We are in the process of selling our house and needed HVAC service done immediately, and our technician Vaughn was very professional, detailed and knowledgeable, and just an all around kind person! He also explained what he was doing and how it would help our house and what we could do to maintain it as efficiently as possible. I think it is great that they send a message of who your tech is, what they look like, and a little bit about them too!

I called around to several heating companies - Williams offered the best prices, had the most professional servicemen, and did a great job accommodating my tight schedule (next day installation of my entire heating system!). My mother's furnace was in need of some service, and after speaking with the technician that came from Williams Comfort, we decided that it would be best to replace the 29 year old unit. The technician was very helpful and did what he could for the old furnace, 2 of the burners and heat exchanger was really too far gone.
Made an appointment with sales for the next day to give us the estimate for a new furnace. Expecting $5-7,000 for a furnace replacement. The sales person, Jeremy Doll, was very honest, and did not try sell us some top line model that costs an arm and a leg or anything more than was really needed. All said and done, we were able to make an informed decision on actually replacing both the air conditioner (our request, not his sales push) and furnace with the latest high tech thermostat for what we expected for a furnace alone. This is a 3800 sq. ft. home! It doubled our warranty to 10 years, got the Senior Citizens discount (Williams paid our sales tax), and was installed the next day. Mom is completely satisfied... warm and toasty too!

Riley was right on time. He was polite, went right to work and serviced our
furnace, and changed filter and discussed with us the pad on the humidifier
and we decided to change it. he was here at 10 am and left around 11:30 am. This was done with contract and will do again but not with
plumbing as it is too expensive.
Hope he can service us again, next time.

This company is the perfect example of why you should go with local family owned businesses instead. All I needed to know was if their warranty on my water heater they installed was still valid. I told them this on the phone but they wouldn t tell me without scheduling and charging me for a technician to come out. They charged me $94 to tell me that it wasn t. Then they quoted me for a replacement and their estimate for labor was $300 higher than the local plumbing company I will end up going with. Save your money and go somewhere else. So disgusted with my experience with them.
I like how they send a picture of the tech coming to your home so you know who to expect. And you can track their location when they are on their way. It s a simple measure that ensures your safety. Tech s are very helpful and friendly.

The technician was on time, detailed and efficient. I was pleased the company provided a thorough maintenance of the furnace (clean out and proper checks) versus just a looks good. It inspires confidence in the system and Williams service.
We use Williams Comfort Air for our geothermal unit, and since we've owned our house (about a year and a half now) they've done two inspections, per the warranty. They also just replaced the compressor last night after our AC went out. Brian was really helpful and nice, despite the fact that he'd been working all day and it was past 9:30 at night. We feel good about using them in the future since we've had only good experiences with them so far.
Questionable ethics with their service people and managers and they are revenue driven vs. customer focused. I had a cracked heat exchanger that needed to be replaced and they wanted me to upgrade. I did some research and found out it was under Carrier's warranty and all parts and half of labor would be included. The tech didn't share this with me and the original quote was $2,100 dollars for parts and labor. With my warranty they wanted $1,350, which was crazy as it cost an average $500-$1000. The manager was extremely rude to me when expressed concern with the price that I should only pay half of the labor and he told me this was free country and that they were the most expense operation in town.
UPDATE: Nathan their customer service director reached out to me and was a good guy and wanted to smooth things over and offered a discount. Would have went with 1-Star, but will upgrade on his efforts.

Everyone that I talked to was polite and wanted to serve to get my furnace running the way it should. David found the issues quickly and did a thorough inspection of the system. I always enjoy working with the technicians at Williams Comfort Air. They are the best.
We had a water leak from a whole house humidifier and called WCA for service, since they were the people who installed the unit. We arranged for a 30 minute call ahead, with the following morning as a back-up. Within an hour, we were contacted by a service technician to tell us he was on his way. The technician quickly isolate the cause of the problem and fixed it. Very satisfied with the work and responsiveness.
We moved in 2 months ago and of course , the upstairs heat pump didn't work when the weather turned cold. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and then spent time explaining heat pumps and what the problem was with that unit. He wrote notes down for us should it have an issue in the future. Our old house had boilers, so heat pumps are something new to us!

The technicians arrived on time and did a great job installing our new HVAC system. They went over all the features and showed us how to use it. They were polite, clean and didn't smell bad. They cleaned up all their mess and were gone in less than 5 hours.

16 year old furnace finally stopped working. Called Williams, sales representative made it out same day. Explained everything clearly and showed me the options I had. Kenny was very friendly when coming to our home for our winter tune up. He gave me suggestions on extending the life of my whole house filter and with my $25 gift card from Williams Comfort Air, I was able to purchase a new filter to have on hand. He flushed out our humidifier line and made sure everything is working properly. I asked Kenny about our loss of heat issues we are experiencing on our 2nd floor and he confirmed my suspicion. Our furnace quit in the early afternoon today; called Williams Comfort Air and they sent a technician in less than an hour. He diagnosed the system a d fou.d that he had to replace one blower. He found one in stock, fetched it and returned to install it. It would be difficult to ha e a more competent service.
Our technician came early, and he explained everything. We can repair an old unit or get a new one. I didn t feel pressured, and he scheduled a sales rep to come to our home the same day. It feels good going into the evening with answers and costs. Max was extremely professional. I can still decide to do the repairs or get a new unit; I wasn t pressured on the spot. If I would have decided to do the repairs, I know Max would have done a phenomenal job. He truly knows his trade, which I appreciate.

Over all Great company, they came and gave us an honest second opinion on our furnace, the guy was very nice and knowledgeable, and honest. We did however choose to go with a different company though, one that is just as good, and honest, just smaller. My husband and I really like to try to support smaller home town companies when we can, the company we choose came very highly recommended by another who knows the business well. I am very thankful that we had the privilege of meeting and getting to know both gentlemen.

I had a lot of work done by WCA over the past two weeks--a new sump pump system with a back-up, and a whole-house dehumidifier with UV light installed in the AC. The plumbers and hvac technicians were Excellent and Highly Professional! I will never look to anyone except WCA for any further plumbing and/or hvac needs. I contracted HVAC purchase and installation work. The installation was good but the techs messed up the flooring in my basement, despite laying down tarp to protect it. Having spent a lot of time doing the flooring myself, I escalated the issue - which took a while to get resolved. Though they did come up with a solution to compensate for the damage, it's moving at sluggish pace which holds up house projects for summer. I do appreciate the honest effort put in by the sales person who coordinated the compensation work.
I'd give 5 stars had there been no damage or if the issue resolution was quicker.
The technicians we're polite and well informed as well as educated and took the time to explain everything in detail about the furnace that was being installed all the aspects of it along with taking the time to explain the brand new thermostat I'm more than pleased with the entire install in every aspect of it

Thorough technician on a/c tune up. He found a capacitor that was just starting to fail and replaced it, hopefully adding some longevity to the compressor. Tech was good. No problems.

Sorry for the incorrect name above, this is Rae Ann Lyons, we were very satisfied with the service we received today installing a complete new furnance/air conditioning units. The 2 men that came were very professional ans worked accirdingly. I received 2 calls this morning about them running late. however unfortunately I did not answer them because they were coming from a Florida number which I did not recognize. The equipment was delayed getting to the office, but we are very pleased with the work.
The 3 gentlemen that came were great! They were very detailed, efficient & knowledgeable. They were very considerate about our house & took the time to make sure we had no questions before they left. One even checked our fence gate to make sure it was locked so our dogs would not get out.
Good service, consultant was knowledgeable and provided multiple options to address our need. We received quick service after calling. Would recommend them to others.
Matt was very nice but I did not appreciate the $94 charge when I had a coupon for a $47 check. He did not tell me it was going to cost more till he was finished. There is a hole now in my duct work that was not plugged. Also he reeked of tobacco. If in the future I do buy s furnace I'm pretty sure I will not be using this company
