Our Service that was Needed was explained in detailed by your Service Specialist! He wore his Mask and covers for his shoes at all time ! He was very pleasant and took his time , and made sure our vents filters were cleaned and showed a filter we did not even know about!! We really was pleased with his service he provided ! We have Air!!! We even Renewed our service Contract. We had to get a single dual run or start Capacitor, we also got system tune up on AC .

We have an older system and Craig diagnosed the problem fixed the issue and checked out the entire system while it ran. Very pleased with the service and knowledge. Always pleased with their technicians. Email reminder one day before. Called 35 minutes before. Clean, wore booties. Quiet and efficient. They are now paperless with signatures on a tablet with copies via emailed PDF's.

me in the loop as to how things were going. I was glad that there were no "curve balls" along the way. I had a terrible experience with another company prior to calling Williams, so it was truly a relief to have such a smooth experience. The install was clean and meticulous and they were sticklers for the details. Danny made sure to go over the new thermastat with me, and when he left I felt confident in operating it properly. They were a great group of guys and worked well together and had a great attitude. I'm so glad we picked Williams, I know they'll take good care of us in the future.

8/11/20 Travis came out because we were noticing some air leaks coming from the new HVAC. He spent 2 hours here re-evaluating the furnace and AC and caulked some air leaks. He is thorough and detail oriented and super nice. He was wonderful to interact with, a genuine good guy.

Very friendly and helpful young man..he explained everything in a way for me to understand what he was doing .I an really impressed with your company..

I am very happy with Williams Comfort Air! Mr. Strange comes on time and remembers how things are at my house.

All team members were polite and professional. Some technical communication issues slowed down initial and follow up estimates process but eventually worked out. My particular installation had some tricky steps but the installation teams coordinated as a team, remained persistent and completed to my expectations.

Mr Plumber quoted me $1,369 to install a sink and faucet I provided. If I bought the service agreement for $79 the price went to $1,164. Jim Russell Plumbing in Zionsville did it for $300. Same work same warranty. Do not call Mr. Plumber. By the way they never even called me back to see if I wanted to do the work!

Contacted Williams comfort air about a leak that I thought originated from my ac unit. They were able to have a rep onsite same day, and quickly diagnosed the issue as a clogged floor drain. They were then able to schedule a plumber from their plumbing group and will have everything resolved in two days. In the meantime, set up a temporary solution so that there is no more water on the floor. Fast, professional, and friendly service - and greatly appreciated their wearing of masks as a Covid precaution

Chris Gardner always does a great job servicing our HVAC system. We always specifically request Chris for our service. Williams has many good service techs. Williams takes care of all out HVAC and plumbing services.

Scott did a great job on looking over our issues with the thermostat. The problem with it showing E6 was not in documents. We opted to replace it with a less complicated one and he had it installed quickly.

Needed my main drain unclogged. Called Friday. The technician said he had a few ahead of me, was in Anderson 1 1/2 hour drive from my location & probably would not arrive until around two or three in the morning. I said that he could come Saturday (today). He said he could schedule me first thing in the morning, but unfortunately I had work. We set a time for 3pm. At 3:46pm a different on call technician called and told me he had a flat, he was going to fix it and be right over. 5:01pm he texts me and says be there in thirty minutes . It s now 7:30 and he has not answered my phone calls, I ve called the office twice now & they re no help. I originally called because I received a coupon in the mail for an unclogging at $93, will be unclogged or you don t pay & we ll unclog for a year after . I d rather pay someone $300 as long as they showed up & performed the service they d promised.

I had an A/C emergency last night. Called William's and left my info. Ten minutes later I got a call saying the tech would call me when he was on their way. Tech called me minutes later and said he would be there in 10 minutes. Jason showed up in 10 minutes. He was very friendly and understanding. About 30 minutes later we had A/C again.

I will definitely call them again. Highly recommended.

We were very pleased with our technician's (Tyler) response to our questions and concerns, the quality of his work and the extended time he took to complete our a/c tune up visit. We always appreciate the promptness and excellent communication that William's Comfort Air service provides as well as their continued great maintenance of our furnace and a/c unit over the years.

Jim was great and gave us all the information we needed to make our choice. We talked with several different companies but most didn t compare in price, quality or service. Glad we choose Williams Comfort Air.

Communication regarding arrival of technician was excellent. He arrived a bit past the two hour window but he called me 1/2 hour before and asked if it was ok.

Tech was terrific, furnace working great then wake up about 3am. and no heat again and so we now have no heat once again. So we will call for someone to come out after we get off work this evening.

Jaron Freed was very professional and a great job tuning up our furnace for winter.

He was highly informative and helped me understand how some of the things I was doing (or not doing) with my current system was creating issues that could be solved fairly easily. It was priced very well to tune up the AC and I learned a lot that would probably save me a lot of money down the line! Highly recommend !

Seth was a pleasure to deal with. Not only was the air conditioning unit repaired, but I learned a lot about how it works. Appreciate the candid, honest conversation and explanation during the repair.

Needed some help with my heat, wasn't keeping the right temp in my house. There was a coupon for free service fee waived if repair was done. It all happened at the wost possible time when car brokedown, it was 20 degrees out, etc. Kenny or Ken was very professional and let me know exactly what he was doing and we discussed options based on what I can afford now. He also gave me his opinion and what I should look into doing into future. Service was very prompt. I called at 10am Friday and got a call about an hour later and it was a quick, easy process. Also the person I spoke with to schedule on the phone was helpful and upbeat and positive, unfortunately I didn't remember her name. Overall great experience. I will not address price because I haven't anything to compare it to I haven't had this happen before, but I do know the part for me to buy myself, and swap out myself wasn't expensive at all. I did ultimately pay for someone to come out, diagnose, give me their opinion and see if we can fix or remedy current situation on a triple tight budget and we did, and in a time crunch (I had family coming in from out of town in a few hours). So I left with his recommendations and diagnostics of my system for the future, and what he did seems to have worked because it is 20 degrees out and my heat is now working solid at 68 degrees and it's no longer 59 in my home. I'd definitely call them for help again.

I have used Williams Comfort Air for the last couple of years. Their employees are always friendly and helpful. They show up when they say they will and they are up front about the charges that you will incur before the work begins. I would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service/repair.

We had some issues with our fall tuneup not going well regarding our whole house humidifier. We called and asked for a different person and they sent Shane Anthony out. The issue was a bit complicated, but he was extremely knowledgeable and got us fixed up in no time!! Plus, he explained things very well! Hire more people like Shane!!

Had to contact Williams Comfort on a Sunday after turning on our A/C for the first time of the season and smelling a nail polish smell. Although the representative could not advise of a window the technician would arrive due to it being a weekend, Chris contacted us about an hour later to advise he was on the way. In addition, I love that Williams Comfort sends you the picture and a short bio of the technician that will be coming to your home. Once Chris arrived he immediately diagnosed the problem and offered solutions. Very pleased with his customer service, experience and his attention to detail. Thanks Williams Comfort!
