Technician arrived early was very courteous and got my unit up and running in a timely manner

I had a new water softener installed in my home and from the initial call , to the pricing and the installation everything was above and beyond what I had expected from a service company - everything about this company and their employees are top notch they go above and beyond - I would highly recommend using them. There is no other company out there that can compete with the type of service that this company provides.

Technician was polite, patient and precise in his explanation of my situation.

I found my sump pump stopped working early in the morning and scheduled an appointment with WCA and they came to my house less than 2 hours, which was the highlight for this whole thing. The technician checked and told me that my backup sump pump broke and the more concerned thing was that my pipe underground was blocked, which could cause me anywhere 2k-5k in addition to the 2500 for backup. And he did tell me that the pipe price would need estimation further by other people. He gave me a temporary solution to cut the pipe and replaced the backup pump, which would cost 2500 dollars. I spent less than 1k originally for the whole installation including both pumps and battery so it was too expensive for me to spend 2500 on a backup pump. I paid 450 for the pipe cut/diagnosis and told him I would ask around before making the final decision. Then I asked another plumber. He changed the pump for me and told me that there was nothing wrong with the pipe (the cost was in line with my original installation). There was no need to cut the pipe but cost me a little bit extra to put it back. So the WCA technician probably made the wrong guess, charged me money for cutting the pipe which should not have been cut first place, and quoted a very high price for the pump. I later called the company and described the whole thing. I did not blame the technician but just told them what happened. Of course the "manager" has never called back. It was a scary afterthought if I did not ask for the 2nd opinion, I probably would have spent anywhere between 5k-10k, and would have thanked WCA for 10% discount and fixing the whole thing. I am not really upset since I did not spend 5k except $450 but I would stay away from them.

I am very upset. I hate to rate them a one star because most of our experiences with them have been fine, but our vent cleaning is another story! We had our vents cleaned 6 months ago by them. We paid a big price to have it done. Afterwards, it always felt like a waste of money. Whole house even dustier than before filters immediately dirty. One of Williams Comfort Airs own technicians came out to do our annual check up on our furnace a few weeks ago and he asked me if we had ever had our vents cleaned! It validated what I had thought all along!!! He said everythig was very dirty and looked like it had never been done. Would never pay for thier vent cleaning again!!

Kenny, the technician that serviced my air conditioner was very thorough throughout the service call. He explained what I need for my system and answered my many questions.

Gary did a superb job offering advice on a 3 season porch, servicing the HVAC system, and humidifier. We could not be more pleased! Well done Williams Comfort Air! (And did I mention his COVID-19 protocol was right on! Big time kudos for that!)

We received quotes from numerous contractors to install sewer and water connections. Mr. Plumber's price was very reasonable, without the exclusions that may other proposals stated. They were professional and also did a much better job than any of the other contractors working in the area. We definitely recommend Mr. Plumber for this type of work.

I appreciate you coming quickly. Te issue was minor and the tech also did the check up. It was quicker than usual but I understand under the current circumstances.

Price Gouging

I live in a nice house and the gas furnace exhaust fan went out. The fan disconnects with 4 screws and a hose fitting. The tech shows up and quotes me $200 to open the parts warehouse (after hours at Lee Supply in Carmel), $884 for the blower motor assembly and $94 for service call. I gave him $94 and sent him on his way. I then called Lee Supply and answering machine said for a nominal fee of $75 we can forward your call to an after hours technician . So he was going to charge an additional $125 for being the man between me and the technician!! Went to Lee Supply on Saturday morning and they ordered the blower motor assembly part to be delivered from Ft. Wayne on Tuesday for $148. I don t mind them marking things up a bit, but holy s#it from $148 to $884 is a 597% markup. Why are most of these HVAC places so dishonest?

Our plumber was super friendly and got here quick. Had the toilet flushing/draining in no time.

I was pleasantly surprised by the superior quality of the service I received. I am now proud to be part of the Williams Comfort Air family. I signed up for a service plan.

Nick was very thorough, explaining each step during the heat pump inspection process. He identified a minor problem, and replaced the faulty capacitor. We signed up for the maintenance plan which gets us a ton of perks, two yearly maintenance visits, and 15% off products. Riley was our technician and he was very polite, professional, and answered all of our questions. We're all set to go now and relieved we don't have to worry about anything. This visit was just a routine, scheduled 'tune up' of my heating and humidification system. The technician, Jordan, was somewhat new but really thorough and knowledgeable. Plus he had a great attitude, and although he did point out a couple of other services that might be helpful, there was no feeling of "selling up." He left the mechanical room clean and was careful of his surroundings while in the house. Couldn't have been better. dg

Had a wonderful experience on a a first time AC tune up. Arrived in the early half of my assigned time frame and was very friendly and professional. He even called to let me know when he would be arriving. I inquired about future services or membership plans and he provided me valuable information and was not pushy about selling it right then. I will definitely be using them in the future !!

Chris was very thorough and very clear on what was going on with our air conditioning unit he found no issues outside of a minor vent adjustment for Winter and summer. Chris offered me their service contract but was not pushy about the whole thing I did ask about duct cleaning and he gave me an estimate on that and it was already cheaper than the last company I had over.Anyone consider heating and air service I strongly recommend this company and especially Chris his service with outstanding and very profesional!

Our 30yld system needed replaced. Sales associate listened to our needs and recommended 3 options. Due to scheduling the install happened quickly which was great. Installers were on time and very efficient. There was one issue using a humidifier I supplied. After checking a service bulletin the issue was resolved.

The crew is always courteous and very detailed with their service. We ve been using Williams Comfort since 2006, and they have never given us a reason to switch companies.

I can't say enough great things about Spencer, the technician that did my HVAC maintenance inspection, today. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. The only thing that would be better, is if he would do every single one of them at my home from now on. Thanks, Spencer!

We discovered a plumbing leak Sunday afternoon and within 1 hr, a technician (Jason) had arrived at our home. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to complete a fairly major repair on the same day. Jason was very knowledgeable and friendly. Pricing seemed fair considering the work that needed to be done. I would highly recommend Mr. Plumber to others.

I have called Williams Comfort Air on a number of occasions. The technicians are always very courteous, knowledgeable and thorough with their service. They come prepared because the attendant who answers the call has asked the proper questions in advance to get the information the tech needs.

No matter what Department I called, immediately got to talk to someone not a computer generation message!

Technician arrived on time calling 30 minutes prior to arriving. Very courteous & knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend WCA in the future.

We used this company for many years to clean and service our furnace and air conditioning units. Within the past 4 years the service has declined drastically! We had a technician that apparently sabotaged our air conditioner while servicing it several years ago. It was working perfectly when he got there (we believe he released several pounds of Freon) as the air conditioner failed after he left! We called another company who Fixed the problem by adding back the Freon that had mysteriously been lost. That was 4 years ago and the unit still works perfectly! The new company we were using ended up being purchased by Williams comfort air. Lucky us! We had our unit serviced about a month ago. The technician was more concerned in selling us parts that are still working and did very little cleaning . My husband always watches the service techs as we have lost a level of trust their advertising boasts about! This tech did sub par work. We will NEVER give Williams Comfort Air another chance.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I submitted a request via the website on Wednesday evening. By 8:30 am on Thursday, I had received a call and scheduled a service visit for Friday morning between 8-10 am. Our service technician, Chris, was phenomenal and arrived promptly at 7:59 am. He was thorough, explained each step clearly, completed his work meticulously - and he was a genuine, kind person who was a delight to have in our home for a few hours. We signed up for the annual maintenance plan because we truly value this service and level of care. Highly recommend!

A technician came out for routine furnace maintenance and found that our blower motor was leaking oil and needed to be replaced. Lucky for us, he thought to check the warranty on the furnace and discovered the part was still covered, so now for less than the cost of the blower motor without a warranty, we got the new blower motor installed, plus some extra clean-up work, and 2 years of routine maintenance. Our technician was prompt, friendly, and good at explaining any issues he found.

The technician Shelby was very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful with the tune up of our furnace. Shelby explained and gave us options on relacement of our air filtration system and gave us pointers on how to move forward depending on our choice replacement. In the process of clearing my drain he broke the pipe and now I have a leak in my wall. Now they want me to pay another $93 to have someone else come give a quote to fix what they broke.

I made an appointment to have my furnace tuned up after I found a coupon for $47. I scheduled my appointment to be between 12 and 2, and at approximately 1:45 someone from Comfort Air called me to advise me the technician was running a little late. That was no issue and I appreciated them contacting me to let me know. The technician showed up at approximately 2:40 and serviced my furnace. He advised that it was running okay for being as old as it was and that there was one part that was running fine but could possibly die soon, and advised of the cost to repair it. He also advised the furnace is on its last leg, which I already knew lol but I appreciate the honesty. The technician was very kind and professional and was able to easily explain to me any questions I asked. I also LOVED that they sent me a picture of my technician before he arrived, along with a short bio on him. I will definitely use them again!

I m so grateful to have gotten service at 9:30 in the evening. We were roasting!! I felt the cost was reasonable for the service.

We have been using Williams Comfort Air for multiple years, and they have been working very hard to deal with our HVAC issues. We have had rodent damage to our unit, and have worked to replace the damages and find ways to prevent further problems. I know our issues are not the most common, but they have been going out of their way to make sure we are satisfied with their work.

Kyle was super friendly, incredibly knowledgeable, and the price was reasonable. I plan on using WCA going forward and would recommend them to other homeowners without hesitation.

Mike was out today to do our winter service. He did a thorough job and kept us looped in as he went along. He signed us up for our 2021 service contract while he was here and scheduled our spring service. He did a great job and we hope to see him again.

Williams Comfort Air continues to honor my request on allowing Logan to service my equipment. I appreciate that. Logan performed a semi-annual service call and as in the past he did an awesome job. I have never had any other service rep take the time to answer my questions and explain everything in layman terms so I could fully understand all the work that was done. He is very professional and took special care on cleaning up afterwords. He's the best and I will continue to request that he is sent to my house on all future service calls. Thanks Logan!!!!

Brian was cheerful, courteous and efficient. He said what he was going to do before he started then explained it fully when he was done. We couldn't have asked for a nicer, more able technician. He's a credit to your company and one of the reasons we call on you first for work.

Metzlers Mr. Plumber was fantastic. They were able to schedule me for the next day, were on time and even called 30 minutes before they came. Shannon arrived, diagnoised the problem and gave me several options to resolve my issue. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He cleaned the area before he left. We had a great experience.

Called WCA for an installation of a Google Nest thermostat. Roger came out and told me that my system wouldn t accept it. Williams does sell an equivalent for $699 though?! Found it strange but ok. He did help with some settings and seemed friendly and knowledgeable.

Then, I learned my unit had a warranty on it (purchased by the previous home owner). For $250, I could get it transferred to my name. Very disappointed because the HVAC system didn t move when the house sold. I paid a lot of $ for a warranty to be transferred into my name? Compete rip off. I ll use them to service the equipment but when the unit is needing replaced will shop the heck out of these guys.

Watch out! Williams Comfort Air/Mr Plumber because they are willing to take advantage of the elderly. They tried to scam my very elderly mother out of $12000.00. We ended up getting the job done for $800.00. Taking advantage of older people is just wrong and it makes me quite sad that there are people out there willing to try.

Technician was nice and thorough . When time to pay asked how I was paying. Informed him credit card. He asked could it b check , I informed him have no checks. Said had cash but needed change.. long story short had coupon for $44 only had 45 so gave him what I had. Was inconvenient that credit/ debit cards not accepted

Williams replaced my furnance and air last week. Mark & Brandon were so good. They were patient and they listened. They explained everything to me. Installers cleaned up all the mess and made sure they closed the gates to my backyard so my dogs wouldn't run off. Mark even came back to my house when I thought I had a problem. I was very pleased and my house is once again nice and warm. Can't wait to try my central air come warm weather. Thank you Williams Comfort Air.

We had our furnace and ac replaced in December by Williams Comfort Air. They did a wonderful job and we very thorough with any questions that we had. I would recommend them for any heating and air job.
