David Hut provided exceptional service. David was professional and patient in explaining and showing what had caused our furnace to stop working. Went over options for repairs and service. David also found that our water heater had a leak and checked the ac as well. Definetily recommend William's Comfort Air.

I wasn't home my roommate said he showed on time and had the drains running ib about 1/2 hr.

Zach call me a half hour before he arrived. He was courteous and friendly. He even remembered me from the last time he was servicing my heat. Listened carefully to everything I had to say and responded accordingly. This is a company that truly cares about their customers.

I contacted Williams to conduct maintenance on my hearings and cooling unit after recently purchasing my home. They contacted me in advance with the name and image of the professional who would be stopping by my house. Austin was polite and professional throughout, giving recommendations without any kind if pressure. Overall it was an easy and pleasant experience. I would gladly recommend their services.

Isn t it always during the coldest of times when furnaces go out?! Never on a mid-temp day but single digit THIS IS COLD times.
Fortunately with having Carrier equipment I called Carrier to see if a possible factory warranty existed as I m familiar with the installation and removal of HVAC equipment. A warranty did exist but had to be replaced by a certified technician AND a warranty certified technician. Carrier then helped with locating a Carrier business.
Williams Comfort Air was recommended and said to have been the recipient of multiple awards.
From the moment I contacted Cheri in the office until Chris the technician left I knew I had made the correct call.
Each were informative in their respective roles but with Chris, it was in person and with the furnace itself.
Even though I am employed in the Maintenance field, he took time to explain the furnace, it s operation and why the Inducer motor had gone bad. Bearings!
After an issue with our warranty (not the factory warranty), to be honest, I assumed the worse. However, a quick call with Kevin, his supervisor, this was also corrected - but in a way that benefitted me, the home owner. This correction actually saved me hundreds of dollars and I mean, literally, hundreds. They actually absorbed a loss while making sure I ll be warm in these single digit days.
Thank you WCA for everything and the extreme professionalism of each representative I was in communication with. Thanks again Chris. Awesome job!!

Technician (Jon) took time exploring and testing everything. He told me step by step what he was doing and why. He was thorough and courteous and tidy!!! He gave me options for the solution, the reasoning behind each and then helped me decide. He was NOT pressuring me to make a sale/upsale. I felt he was truly interested in what would work best for me. I am now a customer for sure!

Max was our technician he was super kind sweet knew what he was talking about definitely helped me out spoke to my husband on the phone and this was a nice guy to come to my home in showing my furnace

Williams Comfort Air repaired our AC today, it was emergency service on a SUNDAY! We were desperate on a hot August day and Eric our technician was great. Very courteous and helpful, he had it fixed in no time. Also thanks to Stacy and Laura for making it happen. Price was less than I expected to pay for a regular visit during the week. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs repair or service.

Our AC went out sometime during the day. Williams Comfort Air has it back up and running in less than 24 hours. Responsive and friendly!

Frank was great however I have to say there is absolutely no excuse to not have information on my furnace and a/c units after you have serviced them for over 20 years...no excuse. Yet again, the serviceman did not have proper filters with him upon arrival. Unlike other service repairs the past 4 years, Frank was kind and professional enough to leave and get was necessary in order to complete the service. One filter had not been changed for 4 years, 4 years. That is beyond terrible service. Let's get my account updated once and for all...and you should commend Frank.

Roger was great! We really liked that Roger shoots it straight with you. He gives you the options, never pressured us, was honest. We purchased the protection option where Williams Comfort Air will come out in the spring and again the following winter to service our system again. We will definitely request Roger be the one to come back out when it s time! Would definitely recommend Roger and Williams Comfort Air in the future!!

They are polite professionals and very knowledgeable.

The guy showed up and spent the afternoon into evening on our outdoor unit, and got it working well. Seems a bit expensive for a thermostat cheapest option on the truck was $400. Fees are a bit expensive.

Tim Bullock did a repair in my house. Tim was Very Professional, Very Honest, Focused and Efficient at his work. He was Very presentable and cordial with my family members and an outstanding representative of Wlliams Comfort Air. We are grateful and will spread the word of great service on social media and friend and family.

Scheduled appointment for same day. Tim, my serviceman was very pleasant, explained all the problems, what needed to be done and the cost of job. Tim answered all my questions related to hvac.

Hate to complain about showing up early for an appointment (Not really a complaint, it worked out) had an appointment for 6pm because of appointment. Showed up at 4:00. Fortunately my roommate was home.

In and out in about an hour. Called on a friday done on Monday. Clog free drain

Absolutely fantastic! Probably the best experience I ve ever had with any service company and/or technician. It was unbelievably fast to request service as a first time customer, and even at Christmas time, they were able to have someone out within 3 days. The technician was thorough, professional, and very nice to be around and talk to. There was no up charge, no trying to sell us anything, and zero pressure. I will never use another company going forward. Also, they had the best available pricing that I could find in my research. Love it!

Jeff did a thorough investigation into our HVAC system and have us some great advice while not pushing us into anything too uncomfortable.

This is my 1st experience with Williams comfort I'm going to tell you straight out I'm a skeptic miss I've researched research called Better Business Bureau talk to 45 other companies Williams comfort offered me the best warranty the best service they came out the next day and I have air and a new furnish as of today at a very reasonable price I will always call Williams comfort 1st they are an outstanding company and the technicians oh my God friendly courteous took time to explain everything to me made me feel very secure and very comfortable about this expensive new product that was still reasonable Call Williams comfort 1st if they can't give you a good deal nobody can

Roger Cothern completed our air conditioning system in a timely manner and helped us understand what we can do to enhance the A/C ability to cool our home ! We are waiting for his return to repair a small issue, that last visit was not done as good as it could have been.

Our big issue with our drainage system is already over 1 year ago, September 2017. We called Mr. Plumber and they came out and checked our problem. That included the repair of our drain pipe in our very low crawl space and installing a new pipe between house and city drain connection without digging a ditch. The repair and installation was very professional quickly done within 3 days. Everything was cleaned up after they were done. Every day a project manager was at the construction site to check the progress. Everybody was very nice and answered all question we had. We are very satisfied.

There are certain repair industries that kind of intimidate me... mainly because I don't know enough about them to know if I'm getting fleeced when the final repair bill comes in. Heating and AC is one of those industries, for sure. I don't know the last thing about how all that equipment works!

Which is why it is always so nice to have the folks from Williams Comfort Air come fix or maintenance my system. They know what they're talking about, but they also know how to talk to a customer. The techs always break things down so I can understand the problem, the different ways to fix it, the time it will take and the cost associated with the procedure. This customer-friendly attitude goes well beyond just getting the job done, and it always appreciated.
