Bryan was very courteous and professional. He did a good job evaluating our furnace and testing components. He arrived on time and was not here for an excessive period. I'm very pleased with Bryan and Williams Comfort Air.

Admittedly, I was very angry after a less-than-satisfactory maintenance call experience that I attributed to an inexperienced technician. HOWEVER, after speaking with Nathan, one of the client care reps I will say that Williams Comfort and Air does know how to right wrongs. They have excellent customer service and I appreciate their responsiveness to my concerns. I am satisfied enough with the outcome that I will not cancel my other two standing appointments (vent cleaning and Mr. Plumber water heater service) and will give them another chance. Maybe it was just a fluke. Regardless, they did the right thing and I cannot complain.

Brian Williams was our technician. He was very nice, knowledgeable and explained everything to us. We will definitely use Wiliams Comforr Air again.

As always, excellent service and attention to detail from Williams. Chris Mann did a fine and thorough job of providing routine inspection and cleaning of our 2016 Carrier furnace.

Average price, not outrageous

I was ok with the cost of service but the charge for a part that would cost under $50 was $232. When I complained I was told that is what they do and that some company's charge as much as $600. What a ripoff. I have replaced 2 furnaces and air conditioners with you but will not spend another dime and will do all within my power to direct others elsewhere.

I highly recommend this company, reasonable rate and professional technician. Technician Jared is very nice and gives me lots of helpful suggestions. I am glad I choose Williams comfort air.

Just had my ducts cleaned by Damon, he is very good at what he does. Very impressed with his knowledge, was very thoughtful about my personal things and treated them as his own... This is the second time I have had my ducts cleaned... Very happy with both cleanings..

Technician Riley, was very professional and friendly. He spent a sufficient amount of time to perform checks.

Ryan did a very professional job. When he was finished, he told me exactly what he had done, and then asked if I had any questions.

My AC was not working the Transformer blew and took out my control board which was under warranty so my technician has to order the part and come back and fix my AC.

My advice to everyone is to keep with with your maintenance on your unit it will save you a lot of time and money

Awesome customer service. The technician was very courteous. Took the time to explain the issue with our system and was very knowledgeable.

I called to have my furnace serviced, due to me smelling gas. Jim Frank, a technician was sent out the next day. Not only did he explain and show me where the gas leaks were coming from, he walked me through the process of what it would take to repair it. Jim was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and also had a great sense of humor. I feel relieved and safe knowing that Williams Comfort Air employ s experienced technicians to service my home, therefore giving me a good night sleep. Also, the price was realistic and affordable.

Very thankful to be warming up again. It took about 9 hours for the technician to arrive on a Saturday. He was very polite and knew what needed to be done for a short and long term fix as my inducer motor stopped working. A new part is on order. It is well worth it to sign up for a service agreement for one year for the discounts for this repair alone.

I always recommend Williams Comfort Air to friends and neighbors, because my experience has been entirely positive. It is simple to schedule (and reschedule) appointments, and the service technicians provide a courtesy call prior to arrival. All the employees I have had contact with have been courteous, thorough and happy to answer any questions. This is a great company to do business with.

Technicians were polite and helpful, arrived on time. However, we were charged $240.00 just to plunge a toilet in our dental practice. It was $94.00 for them to make the service call. Because it was an easy fix and required no special tools, I believe we should have only been charged the $94.00. We will be more cautious with our next plumbing call.

Daniel was prompt, courteous and professional. From our conversation, it was obvious that he knew his stuff. He answered any questions and explained some options going forward. Everything was well handled and I will use Williams Comfort Air again.

I have been contracting Williams Comfort Air for several years now for semi-annual cleaning and safety inspection of both my heating and cooling systems. I recently learned that I can specify Steve Strange as my technician of choice. Steve is very courteous, professional, and also fun to talk with. I have full confidence that Steve is doing his best to help me maintain my HVAC to it's most efficient operation. I highly recommend Williams Comfort Air for your HVAC needs.

Technician was friendly & diagnosed problem quickly. Provided estimates on several items. Received email detailing estimates within a few minutes. Appreciated how quickly he was able to get out to the house. Hot day no AC! UGH!

Was on time . Communication was great. When it comes time for new furnace I'll probably choose them again.

I'm a property manager and a tenant took it on himself to have the ducts cleaned. The technicians indicated there was mold and recommended a UV light be installed in the furnace. I called Chapman's, with whom I have used for years (Steve Rosemeyer is the best, services half the properties I have under contract, my own, my sister's and daughter's.) Verbally they indicated that there is a mold problem. I called Williams Comfort Air to discuss this, and was told they couldn't speak with me because I wasn't the owner (the tenant isn't the owner, either.) Long story short, the two technicians aren't licensed in Indiana to evaluate or treat mold. Beware if they try to sell you something -- and get more than one opinion.

Chris was personable and knowledgeable and fixed our problem. We are very satisfied.

I am being more than fair. Stay far, far away from this company. Recently bought the house, air conditioner worked great but there was water dripping from the unit in the basement. The short story is the tech came out and replaced a clog pipe, inserted a cleaner tablet, put in a new filter and sold me a CSA to give me the 15% off. Total bill around 470.00. Next day, I hear water like a faucet coming from the basement- the leak is 10 times worse than the day before, water all over the floor, many hours later (had to call twice) tech comes back. Says it's the coils and the pan (?) says it could be $2,000.00 and a new unit is $8,000.00 then leaves. Another day, more water. No word from tech or Williams Comfort Air.

I call another dealer. Very professional, very knowledgeable, says he hears complaints from this company all the time. Water problem fixed for $217.00 and it had nothing at all to do with a coil or pan. The supplies I was charged for at Williams Comfort Air could have been bought at a supply store for $28.00.
It is my full intention to take further actions which is why I did not disclose names.

I have a membership with another well known heating and cooling company, so of course I called them first when my furnace started making strange noises. Williams was the third company to give me an estimate and the first was winning. However, the salesman Frederick was able to meet the price and give me a 10 year parts AND labor warranty, which had not yet been offered. The guys who did the install (one named Dave) were very professional and although they worked through a storm, maintained positive attitudes. Dave joked that it would stop raining when they finished and it did, within minutes of them pulling out of the driveway.

Brandon Johnson from Mr. Plumber is a true professional. His thorough inspection revealed corrosion and rusting valves under our sinks that had gone undetected for years. A couple were very close to breaking through. Except for his extra effort, as it was not easy to access under some of the sinks, Brandon saved us thousands of dollars as the leak could have gone unknown for many hours causing a great deal of property damage. I am very grateful for Brandon s professionalism and honest assessment of the problem. I highly recommend Mr. Plumber and Brandon Johnson.

Steve arrived on time, replaced the water heater quickly and was professional. Second time using WCA and I am happy with them.

Everyone at Williams Comfort Air, from the initial phone contact to the repair technician were all about helping me. Not knowing the exact problem with my A/C unit and whether it could be repaired or needed to be replaced, I was listened to, explained to and given options and choices. I did have the unit repaired but will replace my entire A/C-Furnace system with Williams.

We've used Williams Comfort Air for all of our heating and cooling needs since moving to Indy in 2015. After moving into our new home at the end of 2018, we decided a new HVAC system was a must, and we couldn't imagine calling anyone else to handle the job. Their technicians consistently provide friendly and professional service, and today's installation was no different.

From a technician perspective- Super friendly and personable. Listened and took care of the essentials. Also, set me up for the next maintenance without being too pushy for the sale.

Very polite, didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Appreciated the technology with pictures of issues. And also thought the text in advance of the service tech's arrival with his name, photo and background so I knew who was showing up at my home was a nice touch!

The technician, Brian, went above and beyond. I called later in the evening, noticing that our furnace had stopped working. He arrived within and 1 hr after I had called (much sooner than I though would be possible at such short notice). He explained each step of the repair, providing recommendations about servicing in the future, that was not pushy in any way. He even took a look at a humidifier that had been disconnected, and provided some recommendations on how I could fix it myself, at no additional cost. I'd definitely call again in the future.

Daniel Perez was a thorough and knowledgeable technician this summer for my HVAC. Gave me details on maintenance and pictures as well. Highly recommend this tech! However, a different tech with a furnace emergency this winter was terrible and the customer service specialist was even worse. They sent me reports in error saying I had emergent critically high carbon monoxide in my home when this was not the case. Then, Took 2 days to respond to my urgent request for more info. So if you stumble upon a great tech fine. The company itself seems to be horrible. I canceled my contract. They do not stand by their work. The company tag line I kept getting was they ll work to make it right. I find this to be the very least they can do and yet failed to do.

Update: 1.25.201. Customer service did reach out and attempt to make things right by offering a discount and apologizing for poor customer service recovery up to this point. I will be dealing with trusted and experienced members of their team from now on and am hopeful for future services to go better.

Williams has replaced both our Hvac and water heater. They provide annual maintenance. Good prompt service when required, fair costs

Top 5 scammers (dead or alive). I spent 5K on a new unit put in by a different company. A year later I thought it would be easier to have Williams Comfort come out and do a general cleaning and check up. So what do they tell me...I NEED A BRAND NEW UNIT!!!

According to Williams it was installed incorrectly, had mismatch units (heat pump), and couldn't be balanced. They hit me with the good cop bad cop thing. The young buy was blunt and rude. The old guy apologizes for his unprofessionalism while handing me the brochure for a new 7K unit.

So call the original company and they came out and flipped 2 dip switches since it was a variable speed unit. All was fine and I had it inspected by another party.

Williams Comfort Air installed our Heat Pump in 2009 and has been doing a great job maintaining the system. They are punctual with appointment times and always discuss needed maintenance. We have no complaints.

Roy was competent and professional as well as very personable. These qualities seem consistent every time we have Comfort Air staff service our equipment.

I needed extra vents put into my 3 season room. The tech noticed I had no insulation so I added it onto my estimate. It was a reasonable quote. I enjoyed working with the representative. Good company!

I've read a wide variety of experiences here on Google for WCA. I have to say, I've used them now 3 times (for tune-ups and cleanings) and I have had great experiences. Each technician has shown up on time, explained the services completed/needed in full detail, worn booties in my home, explanied any charges and ways I can save $.
