Nate very informative, let us know what he was doing, how everything looked, reasons why he was doing certain things, things we could possibly do ourselves to help up keep the ac/furnace, and answered all our questions, also gave us info on humidifiers, and told us the benefits to them.
Honestly, been with Williams Comfort for a few years, transferred from Dial One Air, never had a bad tech, always clean, on time, and annual checkups slightly cheaper, but no comparison to the knowledge, and care from WC's techs. Dial One was always trying to sell, Williams honest, tells you if it's necessity, and doesn't try to scare fonsumco into purchase, would recommend them to anyone in Indy area who is looking for reliable, honest, affordable HVAC person.

As is always true, service was excellent. Everything was explained in detail. Qazi was very helpful and thorough. I value honesty and great service. I get both with Williams Comfort Air. Every technician I have had at my house has been professional, informative and polite. Qazi did a great job.

We had need of a new Furnace pronto. Our furnace was in need of replacing, but we thought it would make it through this winter. It started acting up 22 December late that evening called WCA that evening, sent out a representative on the 23 December, came to turns on a HE furnace that was installed on Christmas Eve. Very professional, very courteous staff, came out installed it. Great Christmas present! Thanks again...

Had a very bad experience with Williams Comfort Air. Purchased a service plan with them last year for a home we had just bought. They came out to do our spring tune up. They reported the system having a leak and that it would cost over $2000 to fix it but that the system was 19 years old and it may not make sense to invest more into it. We got the unit recharged and had a second person come out to give us a quote on a new system. The second person told us they had a sale and to try to decide within 2-3 days if we would take the deal. Given the size of the project we asked for quotes from two other companies. The other companies found not only that the system was only THREE (yes three down from reportedly nineteen) years old but also that the leak was so minor they did not recommend doing anything. When the Williams Comfort Air salesperson called us to see if were ready to purchase a new 15k unit we told him about us finding out the system was only three years and he says oh yeah i knew that. He completely changed his tune. I have requested to cancel my service plan and get a partial reimbursement since I don t want to work with a company so obviously trying to swindle me. They are refusing to give me any of the service plan money back. Oh and by the way I also found out they overcharged for the unit recharge. If you live in a nice neighborhood you should stay away from this company. It seems like they try to take advantage of people when they see a chance.

I will always use williams comfort air moving forward. The company has been so generous to my husband and I. With the upcoming arrival of our baby boy, they have helped our family tremendously. Our AC went out the hottest week of the year and we were kind if freaking out. Thanks to Tina, and Matthew for being seriously amazing. The technicians Asael and Alonso were so nice and walked us through everything. Also, very prompt and punctual! Thank you williams comfort air!

Showed up on time, had called prior. Clean the furnace, seemed thorough, and changed the batteries in the thermostat as I had requested. Needed a new igniter I think it was. He showed me a rest number for both the old and the new ignites. Very pleased as I have been over probably 10 or more years now with Williams comfort air.

The tech that came was a very nice young man.Tyler was very informative and took the time to explain everything! He did a very good job!

I got an estimate from Williams Comfort Air on a new furnace. Donny was prompt, professional and thorough. He made me a every reasonable estimate. The 10 year parts and labor warranty sealed the deal. The installation was painless and they didn t make a mess. Would highly recommend...

The service technician, Austin, was great! Called first and arrived early! He listened to my concerns. Showed me what he was doing and what could be an issue. He was very personable, informative, and knew what he was talking about. Even my dog liked him which is unusual. He took care of my issue promptly. And I will be calling again and specifically asking for him if I have more problems. And also when I'm ready to buy a new furnace and central air units this coming summer I will be calling your company because of his efforts today.

I'm always very pleased with the hard work and attention to detail that Williams provides. I have health issues, and it's imperative that the air in my house be as clean as possible to I don't get sick. My wife and I trust Williams to make sure that I can stay well. Thank you!

Called them when my A/C went down on a Saturday morning. The tech called me before heading out to do a phone diagnostic of my problem and he advised me about all possible charges for an emergency repair on the weekend. The tech was fast and professional. My A/C was working in a short few hours even with a run for parts.

Great team that installed a new heat pump. Very happy with our new heating system.

My air conditioning went out and the 1st company I called was closed on the weekends. I looked for a company that had emergency services and Williams comfort air came up with a 4.8 rating on the Internet so I called them. A service technician was O on the way to my home on a Sunday within 30 minutes of my initial report of trouble. The technician was knowledgeable, polite, and informative. He diagnosed my problem and fixed it within 30 minutes. Also offered me the home maintenance program which was reasonable and had my air conditioning working and another satisfied customer within an hour. I will use them again and will also tell all my friends and family about the great service that I received. I will also specifically ask for technician and Joseph Ross. I felt he was honest and qualified.

Joel did a great job! He was quick to find the issue with my air handler drain and he was very personal. Great guy! One of the better HVAC guys out there.

Mr. Plumber sent out Conner and another plumber and fixed our drain issue in about 30 minutes. Both were friendly and polite and very good about cleaning up afterward. Definitely would recommend.

Spencer did an exceptional job yesterday. As always, he kept me posted every step of the way about what he was about to do and what the result was going to be. He was extremely conscientious and professional every step of the way!

We had Mark Little out to our home. He is very knowledgeable and took the extra time to inspect our HVAC System for everything to ensure our 14-year-old System continues running sound for the next ten years. Mark Little was very personable and explained every detail to me. He was able to find things other technicians should have seen as the system is serviced by another company two times a year.

The installation was excellent. However, the sales process left me with one disappointment. I should have double-checked at the time the sale was closed, but when I later opened the folder containing my paperwork, I saw that the entire transaction was summarized on one sheet of paper, with only three (3) lines of dollar information:
1). Equipment and Installation Total
2). Instant Discounts, Rebates, and Service Credits
3). Total Budget
I would expect to see a lot more detail on what constitutes the first two amounts. This is a major purchase, costing many thousands of dollars -- think how much detail / breakdown of charges you get when you buy a car.
I contacted the salesperson a few days after closing, but before installation, and he said he'd send me more detail on charges and credits, but I have received nothing after two weeks.

Gary Ruddell is an excellent customer service representative for Comfort Air. I asked for him specifically to service my furnace because he previously solved a leaking problem that was created by the installers of my new furnace. Gary goes out of his way to show care and concern for problems/issues I might have with my furnace. He even brought to my attention an outside dripping hose hookup which he promptly fixed. KUDOS to Gary for his great customer service. Thanks Gary

The Williams Comfort Air called prior to the appointment and the tech Greyson arrived on time, Greyson did an inspection of the inside unit, flushed the drain line, and tested air flow and temperature. He thoroughly cleaned the outside unit and tested that part. Did an excellent job.

Our air conditioner froze up and Craig came out to assess the situation. There was a freon leak and the electronic board was out due to water leaking on it. Was able to evaluate and hard wire the fan for air flow. We have an appointment to have an estimate for a new system.

Chris did a good job and was clear about my options. He discussed options with me until I could make my decisions.

I had an amazing technician his name is Frank Mark's. He was professional and polite. He took the time to kill a nest of Hornets in my heat pump. He took pictures of all his work so I could see exactly what he had done. Havent had Customer service like this in years!

Chris was our technician today. He called prior to his arrival. Chris was very polite and thoroughly checked our HAVC system and our furnace, making a few changes to make our system more efficient. He explained exactly what he was doing and how it would impact our system. He then explained how their service plan works and what would be the most useful for us. I feel we got a great deal and a wonderful technician. I would highly recommend Williams Comfort Air to friends and family.

Our service technician showed us how to change the furnace filter. They do a great job keeping our system maintained. We were nice and toasty during the polar vortex, and now we can have cleaner air inside the house.

Bryan was punctual, polite, and professional. He was able to diagnose a problem that 2 other companies could not diagnose. This problem was costing us an extra $250+ a month in electric charges. After dealing with other companies, Williams is by far the best around here.

Good experience from sales to installation. Our sales rep (Jim Melangton) provided us with a detailed estimate, fair price, and always treated us with respect. Our installers (Trevor & Corinne) were punctual, professional and did a first class job of installing our A/C unit. Overall, a very good experience & would highly recommend.

Quick and to the point! Would recommend to anyone! Had a blocked pipe that I couldn t clear myself and they were able to clear it in less than 5 minutes and put a camera to make sure it was cleared!
