Our technician Brian Duff went above and beyond during his time at our house. He diagnosed our issues in a timely manner and gave us a very detailed explanation of our options .

Generally speaking the techs are all super professional and nice, but after EVERYTIME I deal with one, I feel like I've invited a vampire into my house. It's ALWAYS about the upsell with these guys.
The invoice that was emailed to us had over $1100 of products listed as recommendations. And suggested a comfort assessment - which we already had done by them.
The written invoice left stated we renewed our maintenance agreement - and we did not. And do not want to renew.

The crew arrived at 9 AM to install our new heating and air conditioning systems. We were advised it would take a couple of hours to swap out systems, during which time there would be no operating system. Of course, we understood and encouraged them to continue. Ten hours latter they they told us that they had only installed this system once before and really didn't know how to make it work, they left. Then there Comfort Consultant, Jeremy Doll called me and said he couldn't understand, there technicians had all been thoroughly trained. The guys told me, they had only watched a short instructional video and also had only helped install this system once before. So then he said one of there senior technicians would be calling in the next few minutes and would be arriving shortly. The next day, systems are still inoperable and no communication from Williams Comfort Air.
We bought our furnace from Williams Comfort Air and we have it serviced and maintained every year by them as well. Riley completed all the maintenance work, checked the air quality, services our dehumidifier and even changed our filter. Awesome, professional service!
Stay far away from this company plus they acted like they really don't wanna work when they come out and there prices are way to high. I will never recommend this company ever.

Had an awful experience with Williams Comfort Air had them perform a tune up on my furnace Dec 10th, selected them based on the no breakdown guarantee on their coupon. 8 days after the tune up my furnace stops working. Had a technician come out to diagnose the problem and it ended up with a quote for a cleaning and a new limit switch. Which was going to cost me over $500 which included a service call charge since the breakdown I guess had nothing to do with the tune up. Plus it came with a recommendation to speak to a consultant a about a new furnace since mine was so old. Anyway my home was still under warranty so I called the warranty company and they had another company come out and the below is the notes from that technician:
Another company told customer needed a new limit, blower wheel and coil cleaned.
On arrival I found coil door not on correctly, pressure switch tube disconnected, limit and molex connector on board undone. System had dirty filter plus by pass full opened causing to over heat. Once I reconnected items and closed bypass system is working. The blower wheel and coil could use a cleaning. Ran 20 min ok
I had heat again in my house after Good Guys Heating and Air was at my house for 20min and all he had to do was reassemble my furnace properly. Yes he did recommend a cleaning but that is not the reason I was without heat for so long. I would never do business nor recommend Williams comfort air to anyone. I called them to get a refund for the $69 trip charge where their technician spent 2hours at my house to put my furnace back together wrong so it had to chance at working. They are only out to make money. I was told receive a call back the next day but that time has come and gone so unhappy with all aspects of the service or lack of service provided.
Technician s were quick to fix my issue and both were respectful!!

Our service man thoroughly checked our entire system and determined that the Humidifier was the problem.It seems you can't use tap water in it-only distilled water or the filter gets clogged and it becomes very loud .
They arrived when they projected and went right to work discovering the cause of my problem. My repairman was very polite and explained everything when he finished. The basic price he charged was right in line with his estimate.

Brand new unit installed in July of 2018. Had a tech out for my semi-annual inspection. The service tech was great but my issue is with the equipment. My outside unit was completely frozen. The tech took the time to educate me on what was going on. Said changing the de-thaw mode from every 90 minutes to every 60 minutes should make a difference. He may very well have corrected the problem but at this time, I am not sure of that. I have been put in a situation where I must keep an eye on my condenser over the next month or so and alert them if the problem persists. I almost feel as if there was a solution to the issue that they did not want to pursue at this time. I am not entirely sure of this but I do believe that any situation with a brand new unit should be corrected immediately. I guess time will tell and any issues will be addressed as they are encountered. Hopefully, the tech is correct and this problem is resolved by the change he made. I guess I m just leery as a result of past experiences (with other companies) where things I was told did not turn out to be correct.
The issue was found quickly, and he had the parts on the truck to make the repair. Very happy with the service.

While the overall experience was satisfactory, the price for the service rendered was excessive. The technician was here for an hour to install a garbage disposal. The bill was $736.00. The same disposal can be purchased at Lowes or on line for about $250.00. That means the labor cost associated with the repair was in the hundreds of dollars. I have been informed that this is a relatively easy installation. I have communicated my dissatisfaction to the company by mail; predictably, I have not received a response.
Heat stopped working on a very cold day. WCA was here within a few hours and diagnosed and fixed the problem. Also took the time to do a heating tune-up while here. Tech was very pleasant and did a great job. Thank you!
An issue with condensation draining from the air exchanger required a service call. Austin, our service technician, called to advise he was enroute at the scheduled time. Austin quickly identified the reason for the problem and related the cause and suggested remedies to minimize it occurring in the future.
Austin was very professional in his explanations of the services he performed. We are happy to know Williams Comfort Air has such service personnel that don t leave customers scratching their head trying to figure out what was done or why.
The AC unit needed recharged. The technician, Tim, was very thorough and also provided a photo of the Acoil showing the corrosion. I was pleased with the service, professionalism, ability to get an appointment, and the resulting work.

He took time to clean up everything, including cabinet under sink, doors on inside and out and the floor.

Williams Comfort's plumbing division came out to clear out a stopped up toilet. The technician came during the time they promised and clearly explained the process for their service visits. The technician wore protective boots and explained that he would clean up after the job was finished. He finished the job satisfactorily but for some reason when we went back out to the truck and came back in without shoe covers tracking mud through the bathroom and hallway. This was left for me to clean. The service was done well but I wouldn't call these guys if you have carpet the technician will have to walk across.
The technician, Mirza, was super nice and professional and seemed like he knew what he was doing. Evidently he did because he sold me a service tune-up plan that I wasn t anticipating, so I d recommend keeping this guy around :-). I will definitely recommend you guys to my friends and family. Awesome company. They did an amazing job on my installation of my new furnace, heat pump and AC. They worked closely with the gas company to be sure every aspect was done properly and to code. The crew was very respectful and absolutelty professional, their work and craftmanship - impecable. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing their services.
Our AC was not operating so we relied on these reviews after a Google search. It was recommended to replace the thermostat, clean the outside unit and clean the filters. We were quoted $300 or pay the $94 service call and do it ourselves. We elected to pay the $94 (despite the $94 service call coupon) and clean these things ourselves. We also paid $50 for a new thermostat, but the house remained 81 degrees afterwards. The outside unit was not operating at all. We were faced with calling them back out or calling a different outfit. It took a visit from my father-in-law to discover an unplugged wire within the furnace. Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience.
Our technician, Tim, very responsive to my concerns as I had doubts from another service company. He was punctual, and knowledgeable on my concerns. Would truly use Williams Comfort Air in future!

We are going on our third Nexia thermostadt and we were told that we have to wait a week for our replacement. Our EXPENSIVE purchase has our house at 76 degrees...waste of money! Why are these not in stock. RUN from this company

Refused to work with my home warranty company at all. All they had to do was literally talk to the home warranty company once they got to my house before they started work but they are unwilling to do so. Guess I'll find a different conpany.
Called them and within an hour a tech named Connor showed up. He was very informative and fixed our issue quickly even though he was stumped why only one drain was fine but all others were bad. Took about 30 minutes of guess work but whatever he tried it worked!

I just had the top of the line Infinity furnace, heat pump, and an incredible wifi thermostat installed and it was less expensive than I had budgeted. Duct cleaning is scheduled too. I am so happy that you would think I just got a new Rolls Royce! No one will see my HVAC system like they would a new car, but I am happier to have this. I didn't just buy a system blindly; I educated myself and then when Jim came out to consult, I knew that he really knew HVAC inside and out. He further educated me and never pressured or "up-sold". Then when Kevin and Josh came to install, I was stunned by the job they did. It is sooooooo nice. I go in my laundry room and admire my "Rolls Royce". And the thermostat...have you seen the killer new ones??? Yikes! Fabulous. You would have to see one to know why I am so happy. Hee-hee... Thanks to everyone at Williams Comfort Air. You rock! Incredible customer service, superior service, superior product. Thank you sooooo much for the peace of mind that I have now. I was afraid of my old system and it was costing me a fortune in fuel.

Chris did a great job! Got the furnace working again. Explained the issue--a pleated filter will help air flow--will need a new furnace at some point--this one is over-sized. Maintenance plan looked good so I got that. Recommend Chris and Williams Comfort Air highly!

Seth came out to my mother's condo to trouble shoot water dripping into the downstairs neighbor's unit. Previous attempts by 2 other technicians had not solved the problem. Seth began by checking the drain pipe from the A/C condensate line and discovered that the T connection was loose from the coupling. He reglued the pvc and tested it for leaks and so far it appears to have fixed the problem.

They bait and switch on maintenance appointments. You take off work then they never show or show hours late. Their call center only has excuses. Their extended warranty locks you into them only so you re stuck BEWARE.
I've been using Williams Comfort Air for several years. My initial introduction did not start off well. During a really hot spell, I requested that a technician service my 20 year old A/C units(which had not been serviced in many years) to be sure that they were working as well as they could be. Next day -- no air. As upset as I was about the situation, I realized that the units were quite old. Williams gave me what I thought was a good deal on new units along with a 10 year P&L warranty. I have since been having yearly maintenance checks. Appointments are kept. One receives a notification 1/2 hr prior to the tech's arrival. Techs are always very neat and professional and competent. This past time, some parts needed to be replaced, and there was no hassle about the warranty.

We've used Williams Comfort Air in Carmel for the past few years for HVAC maintenance, and they go above and beyond. They're communicative and do a good job of outlining recommendations, answering questions, and then implementing the agreed upon approach. We are especially careful about our HVAC system because of the fact that my husband has had two bone marrow transplants, and Williams Comfort Air has done a good job of being especially attentive to questions and concerns.
