Fabulous service all around. Two hour appointment windows, reminder emails/texts, bios on technicians so you know who is coming into your home. The technician, David, called before my scheduled appointment time to let me know he was on the way. He was very informative regarding options for regular maintenance to keep HVAC system running well and was able to answer all questions I had. Highly recommended.

We did not get a receipt for what we paid. Other paper work we email as copies of pictures taken. Really hard to get complete copies for our file...

Williams Comfort Air has always done a great job in my homes- today is no different in my new home- but the technician -Mitchell was very thorough and informative - he did such a great job. Was safely masked as well with feet coverings. .

Conner called and let me know he could come early which worked out well. He helped assess the best way to clean the kitchen drain and recommend that we set up another time for the bathroom sink as more work was going to need to be done. He was thorough and worked fast.

I had a great experience with Williams Comfort Air and Mr. Plumbing. Michael and his assistant installed a water softener system in my home. They were both very professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Great customer service! I would definitely recommend them. Just recently had Mirza perform a cooling tune up and he did a great job. I go to Williams Comfort Air and Mr. Plumbing when I have any issue.

The preventive maintenance provided by Tim Holtman was great! On time, clean & neat, answered my questions completely and in a non-technical manner. Highly recommended

Williams Comfort Air installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit in my home yesterday and i couldnt be more impressed with the quality of work and all the effort the entire WCA team put in. From the sales dept to the install department nothing but the utmost in professionalism! if it hadnt been for the nice cool air i came home to, you would have never known they were even there at all. The system is picture perfect like it came out of a magazine, nothing left undone and not the first speck of trash of extra material left on the premises. Hands down the BEST most TRUSTWORTHY hvac company in Indiana! A million thanks to everyone who worked so hard!!!

I have been a customer of WCA since I replaced my Furnace 5 years ago. I am on their carefree maintenance plan where they come out twice a year for heating and cooling service. I have worked with several service technicians and they have all been exceptional.

He did a great job explaining to me general maintenance for my filters, as well as thoroughly answered questions regarding ventilation and ducts. Very professional!

Williams Comfort Air is one of the most generous and local community supportive companies that I know. Last week I reached out to WCA to let them know about a family in Fishers who had fallen on hard times. I will call them the Smith family. Mr. Smith came down with a brain tumor and was out of work for almost a year. Mrs. Smith ran a daycare out of her home with her mother and 2 young children. When the heat of the day hit over 100, the Smith s AC unit went out. Mrs. Smith called the company who originally installed it and they quoted them several thousands of dollars to replace the system because it could not be repaired. When Williams Comfort found out about the problem and had a technician out there that same day. They evaluated the entire system and realized that it did not need to be replaced, but it did need extensive work. Williams not only fixed everything, but they even took the next step to clean the ducts and place a warranty on their work. Here is where it gets even more amazing they charged them $0 to do the job! The entire project took them several days and I am sure a lot of money out of their own pockets, but the president Joe Huck, picked up the entire bill. They asked for nothing for doing the job and it was done completely out of the kindness of their hearts. Companies are in business to make money, but every once in a great while you find one that is not only bent on making money, but also using their knowledge to help their fellow man. I am so impressed with the entire situation that the only company I will ever use for my heating, air or plumbing needs will be Williams Comfort Air and Mr. Plumber. Thank you Joe Huck and your entire team!!!

My unit was older than my technician, but he didn't shy away. Here did absolutely everything he could to make it run like new. And he didn't charge extra fees and add on charges! My first choice moving forward!!!

Great service, Service Tech was very cordial, informative, and answered my questions in great length. I was NOT persuaded to purchase anything. Riley was receptive to my concerns and was easy to understand. Definitely recommend Williams Comfort Air to anyone needing a trustworthy heating and air service.

David Hut came out and fixed our system in one day when we called in with a bad air conditioner. David is always so efficient and knows the house like a family member.

Our techinician (Bvron) was fantastic. He explained what was wrong, showed me, and even cleaned the unit when he was finished.

Austin was prompt and professional. He followed safe Covid protocols, which made me feel comfortable having him in my home. He was even kind enough to hand sweep rather than use a shop vac to tidy up, so he would be quieter for my family member who was on a Zoom meeting in the next room. This high level of service is refreshing and appreciated.

We had a plumber come from Williams. He fixed a leak in our shower, checked all of our sinks and fixed a problem on one he found. He was here to give us a water heater flush but recommended against it due to the age of the heater and gave us prices on a replacement.

I highly recommend Williams Heating & Air Conditioning / Mr. Plumber! Their service professionals are thorough, friendly, communicative, clean and always on time. We have used both their plumbing service and their HVAC service. It has been a pleasure to have them in my home!!!

Everything was very professional. From scheduling the appointment, reminder text a day before, a phone call saying they were on their way followed by another text with a tracker site to show when the technician was in my drive. The technician was very good and explained everything when he finished. I would highly recommend this company.

Called during subzero temps. Was told I d have to wait until the next day before a tech could come out. A few hours later I received a call saying they had a tech I m the area and within minutes he arrived. Unfortunately, the tech wasn t able to find a quick solution to my heating problems; however he was able to make a difference. Huge thank you to the staff answering the calls to the techs out in the elements.

The technician serviced our furnace for the upcoming winter months. He showed and explained everything he was doing and also performed tests to the electrical control components which revealed a couple of parts that were suspect of potentially failing. He was very thorough.m

Wow! Very responsive and customer friendly service. We had a problem with our air conditioning unit on a very hot day. All of of sudden hot air just started blasting from the system. We immediately called the ready access service number left on the furnace ducting from their last service call. They responded by sending a technician within the hour! The technician diagnosed the problem and had the unit back up and running within an hour after arriving. Thanks William Comfort Air!

Called them for repairs on a PTAC unit. Since it s a less common solution I specifically asked if they had experience with them. They assured me they did and would send out a knowledge technician. The guy came out and stared at the unit and the owners manual for about 20 minutes, noted he hasn t seen many of these and isn t sure what s going on - sometimes these things either work or they don t . He recommended major parts replacements or a full replacement of the unit. It was bought in 2017. It cost me $94 dollars for those recommendations and service. My recommendation: if you don t know anything about a system, don t tell customers you do!

This place is crazy expensive... I wanted to replace a 50 gallon water heater and the price I was given was $1457.00... So I ask the tech to provide me with a break-down of what I was paying for i.e. Water Heater, Installation Cost, etc etc.... He said we don't provide that - its all inclusive (Really)....

I advise that you call LOWE's who provided the same service for a 50 gallon heater and installation for 900.00 ..... How they are still in business - I will never know...

Our technician Roger Cothern installed our humidifier. We previously had two Williams technicians tell us we could not have a humidifier installed due to the lack of clearances on the side of the furnace. Roger took one look and said they just needed to think outside the box . He figured out how to install and did it. Great job! Now I can get rid of that table top unit. Yay!!!

Techs were very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone.

William's Comfort Air was was available when we needed them. They completed repair in less than 24hrs after our AC broke down. They identified our part was under warranty and gave us a very reasonable price for labor, tune-up and maintenance plan. We will now be returning customers due to their quick response and good service!

I am very pleased with the service today. I will be calling Williams with my next furnace or A/C issue.

Williams Comfort Air was recommended to me by my neighbor friends. From my initial phone call with Tabitha, to our technician, Mike, I knew they were the right company to call. Tabitha was personable and professional, letting me know the cost and what to expect. Mike was friendly, thorough, and allowed us to watch and ask a billion questions. We never felt like he was trying to take advantage of us or upsell us something we didn't need. He was very knowledgeable and told us of future things we might be interested in. We'll definitely call Williams Comfort Air again!

We received a small blurb on our tech before they arrived. I could see he was a trained Industrial Engineer and was also bilingual. We found him to be super personable, skilled and nice to speak with while he was in our home. Top quality people at a company that cares. We have had a great experience with installation and service.

My technician, Sean, was personable and professional. As his employer would expect of him, additional possible services and products were offered and discussed with no pressure. Some people may resent these services and products being brought up. But, he would not be doing his job if he didn't. I understand this. I had no problem with the offer of signing up for the four visit, two year service call plan. This service was my second and final of a two visit plan I signed up for last year. You get more benefits using the service plans and there is a reduction in overall cost as compared to just setting up individual Summer and Winter system inspection and service. I'm very satisfied using Williams Comfort Air for all my heating and cooling needs.

Great experience- they replaced our humidifier after the old one started to leak. They came the next day and fixed it perfectly!

The installation technicians did a fantastic job. We were very impressed with their professionalism, skill & work ethic as they worked quickly to get the new HVAC system installed & running. They were also very helpful in answering all our questions. Additionally, it was evident they took pride in working for their company. I called Williams because of the great reviews. I have a warm spot in my floor. I obviously needed a duct checked out. They came out as scheduled and I explained what was going on. Tech went under the house presumably to fix the issue. He came back out to inform me that the duct insulation fell off where the in the spot that was warm. Instead of putting the insulation back on, he told me it would be $375 to put the insulation back on (seemed quite unreasonable). I was dumbfounded that it could not be done for the $94 it cost to tell me that. Also told me I needed $6000+ vapor barrier (the crawl is already insulated). I literally paid for a salesman to come to my house. I feel like I was scammed and will never use them again. Thanks for nothing.

UPDATE: I called Nathan on Wednesday and left a message for him to call me. I thought it would be fair to give them an opportunity to take care of my issue. Friday afternoon and still no return call.
WOW! I am pretty irritated and confused. Was the review response only for show? I guess I can't downgrade to zero stars.

My wife & I were very pleased with how everything went from dealing with sales rep- Jeremy Doll to meeting the techs installing the new unit couldn t have asked for a better experience.

Kyle did a great job and took a lot of care to figure out what was causing a leak in our equipment. He spent several hours and called in one of his superiors to assure our equipment was in working condition before he left.

I was highly impressed by the services provided by Williams Comfort Air, and in particular, Mr. Plumber by Metzler & Hallam. They provided timely and very professional service which included different price options. The knowledge and experience was evident in the extremely complete inspection Mr. Metzler performed. They have made an effort to work with me on schedule, price and quality. I felt highly confident in their service and would recommend them to friends and family.
This is an update including the heating and cooling part of the business. Today Mitchell was professional, efficient and did a great job. He was courteous and interested in the job at hand. Highly recommend!

We just had Williams Comfort Air out because our HVAC system blew a circuit board. Worst time of the year right. Max Burton came out and saw an issue the previous company missed. Mowery said it was the blower no mention of the circuit board which was obviously fried. I could see this because I m a certified HVACR tech through Williams. I now am the senior tech at a Shutter company. I left Williams because I didn t care for Craig my boss. But I still appreciate the service. Thanks Williams! A lot of great people work here Indianapolis.
