I appreciated receiving a reminder call for my appointment the day before, as well as a call the day of my appointment giving me a half hour heads up before the technician would arrive.

Mark was professional and considerate. He wore shoe coverings in the house when looking at the thermostat. He also offered and moved a few boxes out of the way of the furnace which I had forgotten to do ahead of time. The process went smoothly and he answered all my questions satisfactorily. I also trusted the information he gave me about my furnace, even though I wasn't able to see the work he was doing, because he told me the furnace was in great shape and didn't need anything else. This was surprising because our furnace is 13 years old and wasn't serviced regularly by the home's previous owner.

Mark also let us know the humidity level in our house is very low (we were aware of this) and gave us information about the two home humidifying systems they offer. His explanation was brief, and he wasn't pushy when I did not want to proceed with buying one of them.

It was an overall helpful and efficient experience.

RJ was the technician that came to our home for yearly maintenance on our furnace. He was efficient, friendly, and provided tips without being pushy to sell other products. He also had nothing but amazing things to say about the company that he works for and spoke in detail about how the company provides ongoing education for all employees. That spoke volumes to me as an educator who is always looking to recommend places for my students to look into when they want to learn a trade.

The gentleman was top notch! Did a great job! I appreciated that he covered his shoes and wore his face mask the whole time.Knowledgeable, professional and friendly!! He explained everything very well and was well versed on his work! Great job!!

We were impressed with Donny s sales pitch and the products he presented to us. They were able to do the install within a couple of days after we called for a quote. We got both furnace and air conditioner. The 2 installers were awesome!! They were prompt, professional and hard workers. Deacon and Blake took the time to show me everything and to confirm we were happy with the installation and equipment. Chris Garner is always very courteous and professional. Always does a thourough job cleaning and maintaining our system.

Technician (Zac) was prompt, neat. organized, very thorough and explained the steps he was going to perform. He offered me a number of services that Williams could perform to improve our air quality. Williams provided a text message before the technician arrived with a picture. Willaims installed the furnace and AC a three years ago and have provided the maintenance since then.

Scheduling was easy even after hours. Received service next day. Tech named Michael was great and fixed three problems even one I sprang on him. Best thing is the leaks were fixed!

Evan Pitzer was a wonderful technician. Very thorough and knowledgable about the work he was doing. Very polite and kind as well. Our new system is working great!

Technician was fantastic. Prompt service, great attitude. I got a text before he arrived with a picture of the person I should be expecting.

The price was brutal. $210.00 for a piece of wire and a fuse. $279.00 total.

Chris, the technician, arrived when he said he would. We had no heat and he was very thorough in analyzing the problem.
He was professional, efficient and left the area clean.

Our plumber Chris Davis was simply fantastic! Chris was able to diagnose a hot water issue we had within about 30 minutes after arriving. I had previously spoken to 2 other plumbers and had a visit from 1 other company that wasn t able to fix our problem. Chris was extremely professional and thorough. If I ever need a plumber again I will be sure to call Mr. Plumber and ask for Chris Davis again.

Sean Weygard was are service tech today.
Weygard informed us what time he was going to be here. Weygard was prompt, presented himself very professionally. Very respectful to my wife and I. Weygard was informative, answered all of our questions. Weygard gave us suggestions on how we could improve the comfort level in our home.

Riley was efficient and informational. We needed a new humidfier and he got that process started. One thing that can be improved: I'm not sure who needs multiple phone calls and text messages, on top of emails to remember appointments. It's overkill. But once here, the service is consistently professional and knowledgeable. It would be great if they had a turnkey program for filter replacement. I use Amazon Prime, but simply because WCA doesn't have an easy way to do this for busy customers.

We had our AC/Heater go out. They came out and gave us the pros and cons on whether or not we should replace the unit or just repair it. Every detail was explained along the way. There were NEVER any surprises!! From the sales guy to the service techs were all very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to get to know you instead of treating you like a number! I would highly recommend!!

I called Williams comfort to fix a gas leak and I had the worst experience with this company after vectren had checked and identified the source of the leak. The Williams comfort guy tried to play a scare tactic on me by telling me that my gas lines may be defective and that the company that manufactured the gas lines had shut down due to poor quality products. I checked on line and surprisingly the company is still in business. He also wanted to charge me almost $400 to tighten the connections to manifold.
I did not expect this from this company and walked the tech out of my home but not before writing a check for $79 for showing up at my house. They are out to exploit people and I will stay away from this company.

We can t recommend Williams Comfort Air highly enough! We needed an appointment on short notice, and we were able to schedule the next day. Travis and his assistant (training) contacted us in advance of their arrival. They were extremely neat and polite. Best of all, they took care of our issue quickly and completely. They explained everything in a very easy-to-understand manner. Because we have a preventive maintenance agreement, the entire trip was covered. They are the most professional, competent, and honest people with which to deal!

The technician, Chris, was polite, personable, and extremely thorough in both his work and his description and explanation of what he found. He showed me pictures of the areas he had worked on, and I noted that he did a particularly good job cleaning up my outside AC unit. There was no hard sell for any additional products, though he mentioned a couple of things I might think about. I was very pleased with the service.

I've used Williams Comfort Air before -- boiler repair at the old house and maintenance here. So glad to know they will do a good job.

Williams has been great the last two times we ve had them out. The first time to repair the condensate drain line a few weeks ago, super nice, fast, and the only charge was for the trip because it was a simple repair for the tech! And then again this morning when our a/c was out. I called in the emergency service yesterday (Wednesday morning) and the dispatcher asked I check a few things and call back, saying it would likely be Friday before they could come out because they are swamped. I called back and the lady I spoke to said they would be able to get someone out the next day (Thursday) instead of Friday. The tech called on his way, at 7:45am and was here at 8am on the dot! He checked somethings, and got it running super quickly. Great service, really knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. Totally recommend these guys.

Called this company because I found an ad for furnace tune up and the cost was only $48 which was nice. They were scheduled about a month out but got me in. Customer service was great and professional. The gentleman that came out to service our furnace was nice, professional and personable. The task didn t take long and process was smooth. Would recommend this place. They provide more services than just a furnace tune up. I may call them in the future if I should need services again. Thanks!

On time and professional. The only issue was that the tech thought he was replacing the blower motor along with cleaning the blower motor on the furnace and he was supposed to clean the blower motor on the furnace and replace the condenser fan motor on the AC unit. Fortunately, I caught it before he installed a new blower motor.

Heating unit problem....Technician identified and fixed problems in a professional manner. Would recommend this technician.

They are great, came home saturday afternoon to no heat. The girls who answered the phone gave me troubleshooting ideas and when those didn't work, scheduled my appointment. I had heat a few hours later.

He came to do a tune-up. Said my TXV was bad. Had another guy come out 4 days later......NOTHING WAS BAD. Smh. Waste of my money

WILLIAMS came out and diagnosed my HVAC system and discovered my heat exchanger was in fault. They called me to give me options which included replacing the exchanger with the Bryant recall allowance or a new system since the system was 11 yrs old.
I was out of town and my wife was at work, because they are both my plumber and hvac service company o felt comfortable giving them my garage code
I elected to replace the system due to its age. They came out the next morning while we were both gone as well and finished by 2pm They called on their way both days and called when they completed the work

Chad and Brian were awesome! They were very clean in the work they were doing. They were there to answer any questions we had! We cannot say enough good things. We would recommend them to any of our friends, family, or anyone that would be thinking of using this company!

William's Comfort Air helped us with the daunting task of needing a new furnace and air conditioner. They were quick, offered VERY fair financing, and were very professional to work with. This is the second call Mirza has made to my home. Both times he has gone above and beyond taking care of my issues. He is extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I mentioned to him that I was wanting a programmable thermostat and before he left, he looked at my thermostat and told me it was already programmable. The problem was, the original company who installed the entire system when the house was built, never set it up to be programmable.

The installers were very professional. They had no problems answering questions throughout the installation process. It didn't appear that they rushed through the installation which made me fee like they took a lot of care to make sure it was done correctly. Before they left they made sure to explain the system operations and cleaned up before finishing.

The team was on time, efficient, and agreeable. They cleaned 26 years of "gunk" from our ducting leaving like new lines.

Heat pump went out a couple of weeks ago and then the gas backup furnace did too. Unfortunately, we were trying to get service when everyone else was due to the ice storm which held things up a bit then parts had to be ordered. Fortunately, Ryan, the serviceman who diagnosed the furnace problem, got it running although said it could go out due to the failing part. Luckily it did not and he returned and repaired everything today as scheduled. Our only complaint was that we did not seem to be high priority enough as he temperature was 18 degrees when all failed. IN fairness, though, it is possible that others ahead of us were in the same condition. Ryan (not the first service person), was terrific.

My furnace wasn t working when I got home from work and it was 20 degrees outside. I called another company and they said they could come to look at it in 4 days. Williams Comfort Air came in about an hour and fixed it for a reasonable price and the man who did it was very professional.

We had our furnace and A/C replaced, and it was all done in a day. The guys were prompt, friendly and helpful. They put a runner down to protect our floor as they moved equipment in and out, and wore shoe coverings too. They even asked about whether having the front door open for a bit would bother the pets. We have used Metzler's Mr. Plumber for years and have been happy with them, but this was our first experience with the HVAC side of the company. Very happy with the work done, the price, and the new units.

We have had Williams Install two units for us and some plumbing done
we have never been disappointed. Yes we received cheaper quotes but Williams backs their charges with exceptional service in the office and with the Techs in the field.I have referred several people to them and will continue to do so.
