We have been so pleased with the service from Williams Comfort Air over the years. Our favorite technician Jaron F. is always very thorough with our semi-annual maintenance checks and we appreciate his expertise and recommendations. We trust Williams Comfort Air and we never worry about our heating/cooling knowing that they are a call away and their pricing is very fair.

We had Williams Comfort Air replace our 2 heating/air conditioning systems 7 years ago and have never been disappointed. Scheduling the routine maintenance is so easy, both in the spring and fall. The dispatchers are pleasant and personable. Every technician that has been to my home has been respectful and friendly. They greet you with a smile and never fail to put on the shoe covers when entering the home. They will work to find a time frame that is best for you and will always call to tell you the technician is on the way, even telling you where he is coming from so you know when to expect him. Williams Comfort Air makes you feel like a valued customer and I highly recommend them!

I had a heating/cooling and a plumbing inspection. The service men were personable, professional and knowledgeable. However, I didn't realize until later that neither left me a written report of what was checked and how it rated. I had always received this in the past and I would like to have it for this visit.. Would someone please send me these two reports?

The young man performed the task he was sent to do. He asked if I wanted to renew my membership and told me the amount due for the next year. He was polite and he wore his mask. He installed a filter and renewed the humidifier. No problems.

Our technician Mark Carey arrived in a timely manner. He was very patient when answering all our questions. He completed our winter service, ordered more filters to be shipped directly to our home, fixed an issue we had with our humidifier and installed a UV light system on our unit which we had been considering for a while.

Craig was fantastic! He was extremely professional and took his time to make sure everything was in the best working order possible for my very old unit.
The repair technician evaluated my air-conditioning system and quickly determined that I needed a new heat pump, which would cost me $5000 to $6000. I called two other HVAC companies and both agreed I didn t need a new heat pump. My discharge air temp sensor was bad. $240 to replace. A lot less than $6000. Williams comfort air is a rip off!
Again, Williams comfort Air comes to the rescue! Prompt service at a fair price. I have been a customer for over 5 years and every experience with their people has been excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
The technician was very knowledgeable and conversational. I like to learn about the various aspects of my home as they are being repaired and he was willing to educate me through the process. Even gave me a few tips and things to keep an eye on going forward after the work was complete. The price was more than I expected, but not my a HUGE margin - and the technician really went above and beyond with his service.

Did an excellent job. I m a long time customer and very satisfied.
We called this company for a 2nd opinion and explained what the previous company had found. We were informed that there is a $94 fee to come and make a diagnosis. The tech came and then called us to explain that he needed to run a cable down the line to do a proper diagnosis and the fee would be an addition $394. That's when I called and asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor never called me back but the tech called back after nearly an hour and said that his supervisor had authorized him to run the snake down the line at no additional charge (but just this one time....). The tech needed my permission. I declined. We've since contacted other contractors that will give us a free 2nd opinion. Our hope was to get a fair estimate of repairs and not have to pay nearly $500 to get it. We paid them $94 to do nothing. We can't recommend this company and will be avoiding them in the future.

William's Comfort Air installed a new heat pump/air conditioner today and did a great job. They arrived on time were professional and answered all my questions.
Everything went great. It didn't take as long as they expected and I found out what ten years of dust looks like. Lol definitely invest in getting your air ducts clean out every 5 years.

On 8/3/2015 I called to top off my 10 year old HVAC with 2 lbs of R-22. Total Bill out the door was $574 for this work week daytime 1 hour or less onsite recharge. Two years prior I called another provider and it was closer to $200 total for the 2 lbs.
I denied the PREVENTATIVE maintenance suggested on the Capacitor and Air Conditioning Contactor. Those two added items would have cost about $500 additional making the total over $1100 for the day. My HVAC friend in other state said the parts to anyone over the counter are under $25 total for both including shipping to my house and 15 minutes work to install. Up to $100 for the parts and labor would have been more like it.
Service was prompt and timely. Technician was very polite and helpful in explaining our furnace and humidifier condition and the maintenance required. Price was high, but included the membership cost.

I expected higher prices from a larger company like Williams Comfort Air but found that they are actually comparable or even less expensive than many of the other HVAC companies in the area. I appreciate that when the technician came out, I expected to have to replace my unit... since it is original from 1987. The tech told me he could fix it and get me by, but I should consider looking at replacing it because there probably isn't a ton of life left in the unit. If they would've told me that I HAD to replace it, I would've believed them... but they were honest with me and presented me with my options and helped me weigh fixing vs. replacing. They didn't pressure me or make me feel like they were trying to upsell me or take advantage of me. I really appreciate how respectful and low pressure they were about us buying a new HVAC unit. They have earned a new customer for life. I have been NOTHING but impressed the few times I have had them out and everyone that I have referred to use Williams Comfort Air has been thrilled with the service as well. Keep up the good work and thank you for keeping my family cool!

During annual AC maintenance call the repair person discovered a leak. He called in his supervisor to help with repair within the time of the service call. I was impressed with their efficiency!
Disaster! Burst pipe in my garage. DJ was exhausted but did a good job. Had to wait a bit, but he was responsive and did a quick job and got everything back to rights.

I have been unhappy with the quality of service from start to finish. There were many areas of breakdown in communication, from booking the appointment to new appointments with other associates. After seeing three different employees and recommended to see one more, I continue to have the same issue. All the while, the company wanted to charge service calls for each visit. I have contacted another company to solve my issues.

I got 3 quotes: Turk, LCS & Williams Comfort. Parts & Labor and warranty mattered to me- and asap install plus using Carrier. 15 years for both parts and labor sealed the deal- and was only .5% more than the closest competitor who only presented a 1 year labor, 10 year parts offer.

within 36 hours our unit was installed. The lead, Andy was amazing! Knowledgeable, kind, conversational, organized and efficient describe my experience. I ve been working with Mr Plummer amd have found the WC brand to be exactly what I need!

First off we didn t have the slightest clue on what we wanted or needed. Jeremy, the consultant, was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us understand exactly what we were getting and why. We also added the whole home humidifier, since we live in a cabin with a wood burning stove. Second, Brett, the gentleman who came out to preamble everything, was quick and answered any random questions we had. Finally and most importantly, the four gentlemen who installed our system took a day to install everything but the ducting (was not needed). Gary was helpful throughout the day as to the progress of our system. Once it was installed and running, Gary walked us through everything from using the smart thermostat to basic maintenance on the indoor unit.

A new Heating/cooling system was installed in December; issues were experienced. David was the technician assigned to troubleshoot. He found and fixed the issue to my full satisfaction. He returned in May to test the cooling system. David is a top-notch technician. He is professional, respectful and ensures customer satisfaction. I am very satisfied with Williams.
Called the emergency number and iv been on hold for over 10 minutes. Keeps telling me my estimated wait time is 3 minutes then transfers my call and I m back on hold. Thought I would give them a shot since they had good reviews but clearly that s not the case. Not impressed as a first time customer, will use a company that actually wants to answer my call.
Had a service check on our thermostat and furnace. Max was very knowledgeable and kind. He had an answer for the many questions I asked and was completely understanding with my decisions. Highly recommend Max.

I love the fact that they text you a picture and profile of the tech, that will be coming to your home, before they arrive. Mr. Daniel Perez was my technician today. I have appreciated Williams Comfort Air professionalism and courtesy VERY MUCH! They have been on time with every detail of the install of my HVAC unit. They sent text message updates of who would be coming and times they would be there and I truly appreciated that. The installers went above and beyond for me and were incredibly nice!
