Routine furnace check done today. They found an issue that was corrected and they did an evaluation of my home to verify that all aspects of my heating system was working properly before leaving. I greatly appreciated their help and advice.

Awesome experience start to finish! From having my call answered by an actual employee on a weekend afternoon.. who knew what to ask & could set up my appt on the spot. Made sure I benefited from all current promos being offered .. which resulted in Comfort Air being the best & most affordable option. My technician was great about communication prior to my appt & then explaining the steps he was taking while here. He was very nice & more than enjoyable to talk to about HVAC & beyond!! Josh Carey, service tech, recently did my air conditioning spring cleaning and check up. Josh is always super polite, hard working and very knowledgeable about my heating and cooling equipment. Josh has done my fall and spring check ups since my equipment was new. I always ask Williams to send out Josh as he understands my equipment so well. Josh is a credit to your company.

If you have any respect for your hard earned money, do not go with them. They won't tell you the fee for recharging your AC over the phone. I made a very big mistake asking them to come out without calling around.
The service fee is around the same, but then they tell you they have a "standard set charge to fill Puron." Mind you, Puron (HFC 410a) is readily available and super cheap. They will charge you more than $450 to refill Puron. If you're trying to get Freon (R22), I'm guessing it would be in the thousands.
I would stay away from them and go with someone local. A horrible company and absolutely disgusting prices, they are preying on the uneducation of the consumer.
I found someone local that did it for $40/pound, $120 total. About $400 cheaper than what it would have cost me from this unethical company.
The technicians were polite, professional and arrived as scheduled. They reviewed the obligatory additional services but did not over sell when I declined.
Our furnace went out on Easter Sunday and they were able to send somebody that night to service and diagnose the problem. The next morning we were able to meet with a consultant and placed an order to replace our furnace the following day. I'm glad it was done in such a timely manner as it has been a cold week! Everyone at Williams Comfort Air have been very friendly and easy to work with. No issues with them at all. I highly recommend them.

Our air conditioner quit working. Called Williams in the morning and they were out in the afternoon, just as promised. We received an advance call they were on their way. Problem was fixed and our a/c was back up and running very quickly. Josh was a great tech!

We have used many different heating and cooling companies on two homes and a rental property in the 31 years we have lived in the Indianapolis area. We have fired most for incompetence or shady business practices until we found Williams Comfort Air. They replaced our builder installed furnace a few years ago as it had repeated problems mostly due to shoddy installation. WCA did a good job with the installation with one minor glitch and the service has been stellar since then. All the techs so far have been experienced, professional and friendly. They let us know when our prepaid maintenance is due and keep reminding us until we schedule rather than just pocketing the money like other companies we ve dealt with. They are prompt and same day service if there is an issue. Today, again professional, knowledgeable service from tech Tom Schibley.
While service tech was very nice and polite I have a problem with the price charged. A neighbor had the same problem with their furnace as I did but theirs was not covered under warranty. My part was still under warranty. The tech was here a total of 1-1/2 hr and that included travel time to get the part. The bill was 519. to put the warrantied part in. Thankfully I had a coupon for 94.00 which was deducted (the cost of the service call). My neighbors bill with the price for the part was less than 300. I had used them previously for my ac and ended up going elsewhere when they quoted me 2 x what i actually paid. I really don't think I will be calling them again.
The technician was very thorough in the inspection and cleaning of the Furnace system. He took pictures and went over all the checks that he did during the service call. He was polite and wore a mask and shoe covers in the house. I was pleased with the job well done.
I have been a customer for over 5 years. Paying for the semi-annual service has really paid off for us. Williams Comfort Air has reminded us when we haven t scheduled a time for a tech to arrive. When little items need extra attention, Williams Comfort has always been fair about taking responsibility for mistakes and making good in them and helping me understand, in plain English, why we need to invest a little more in the system. It has been a good partnership.
Had Jordan out to do our annual check on our furnace. He was timely and very friendly. Everything looked good and he took a few minutes to meet my dogs so they would quit barking and going nuts. He was very kind and professional and I would recommend Williams comfort air again
Mike and Bill were extremely helpful when we were dealing with frozen pipes. They were solution focused and presented multiple options for solving the immediate need and finding a long term solution. 2020 Spring Chance was professional and knowledgeable about our units. He recommended we replace the capacitors on both units, which he did that day, as well as diagnose that our internal unit needed a water treatment and cleaning. Outstanding Service. This week was my second service call with Williams Comfort Air. They have great service department and all the people I worked with were outstanding professional. I never had issues and I would recommend them.
Rachid Oulhouf was our Tech this time, he was very polite and personal, and did a great job. We have been using Williams for PMI for the past 5 years. We have a 15 year old HVAC system, and the twice annual maintenance gives us confidence. When we decide to replace it, we will go with Williams.

Seth s arrival was much anticipated, it was rapidly getting colder in the house. Not only did he quickly fix the problem, he noted he could take care of our tuneup while he was already there. He also took time to explain how things work and answer our questions. Hopefully, this will lead to fewer calls, but if we have problems, we d be thrilled to see Seth again.
This is the only company I have ever heard advertise on radio that they are bad at what they do. Literally. They blatantly say they're terrible at heat/air but then slap an asterisk on it by letting you know they've hired a consumer advocate who will see what can be done when you're not happy with their work. Simply amazing. Why waste your time? Hey WCA - can you get those damn annoying ads off radio?
Austin C was very helpful, professional all and did an excellent job. He wore a mask the entire time and social distances with COVID. He was knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend Austin.
Even though the worker came after his allotted time frame it worked out for us. He found out that the air filter done in previous work was too small and he didnt have the correct replacement in his truck so put in an order to have one ordered and then didnt charge us since the previous guy installed the wrong one.
I would recommend Williams Comfort Air to everyone in the surrounding Indianapolis area!
Timeliness: Within 30 minutes of scheduling a same-day appointment. Professional: Eric took the time to explain in detail the cause of the heating malfunction and how he fixed the issue. He was courteous and respectful wearing shoe covers. Cost: Maintenance fee under $200. Communication: Streamlined communication with the scheduler personally calling to confirm appointment times. Your time is as important as theirs!

I had a great experience with my Mr. Plumber visit! They scheduled at my convenience and the technician who visited was super-helpful. I feel like he was really looking out for my best interests and knew what he was talking about. He made great and practical recommendations for future maintenance and repairs.

We had the Fall HVAC check up completed today. The loop water level was low, so he added the needed fluid. Brian Duff is knowledgeable about geothermal systems and our zone system. He does a thorough job. We will request him again.

Williams Comfort Air has always done a great job. They are always on time and when I request a specific Technician they accommodate my request. WCA takes care of our two heating and cooling systems and each system has its own idiosyncrasies. WCA is proactive to suggest repairs so we don't have a system fail, even when it is warranty work and there isn't a dime for them to further profit from. Also, their maintenance program is a great value too.
Cameron was awesome! My house can be a little tricky to find on some map apps, he communicated with us and was able to get here without much delay. Once here, he explained the service even comes with a one year warranty against future clogs! What?!? Amazing! It's apparently been very busy time with the cold weather and such, it was worth the wait, I'm giving 4 stars since we tried to schedule Sunday night- but it wasn't an emergency. We were put on call list for Monday, then pushed back Monday afternoon. We then got a first thing Tuesday morning guaranteed tome slot- which did the trick. I would say everything the company COULD control was super, too busy can't always be helped or predicted. I'm glad we used them. Will call again if needed!

Andrew did a great job in responding to a February "no heat" situation at our home. He worked his hardest to get us a new inducer to get us up and running, and was able to even add-on services we had been considering. I highly recommend Williams Comfort Air.
Repeatedly tried to overcharge me that s not good businessThe receptionist tells me one thing and the technician tried to tell me something else the person that answered the phone told me if I get the work done they waive the $94 inspection fee once he got done with the repair which was only one wire that was loose he tried to charge me $280 I asked him why so much he told me because it s a $47 emergency call for the weekend in a $94 inspection charge I told him I know about the $47 but the lady said if you guys do the work I don t have to pay the $94 he said It doesn t work like that this how much it costs I said well I m going to call the lady back once I called her back the same lady answered the phone I asked her the question repeatedly and she gave me the same answer the $94 is waived I explain that to him and he said well just pay me for the work I did in the $47 and I will leave you an invoice for $94 I said that s not good for me because your company is telling me one price and you re trying to tell me another you need to talk with your company or get the money from them very bad business in too much for a good Sunday
My only complaint it is that we bought a $10,000 unit and they never told me what kind of filter to put into it. I have been using filters with a Merv rating of 13 which is actually caused the furnace not to heat at times. I need a filter with a Merv rating between 8 and 11 . I got charged for a service call and a $50 filter which I can buy for 20 elsewhere so my furnace would run correctly. No one ever told me that in the previous ten times they've been to my house.
This was the best experience I have had with a heating technician. Mark was awesome and went out of his way to help save me money on my replacement part. You have a customer for life! Two thumbs up!

I got a text and a call before the tech arrived. Excellent service technician (Mike) showed up with all the proper PPE. He was efficient and knowledgeable about geo-thermal systems.
Tyler came out and was courteous and respectful. He showed me what the repairman before hadn't seen, which was the heat exchanger had gone bad as well as the inducer and pressure switch.
I was impressed with his knowledge and explanation. The estimate was $1599.00 and I asked about replacement - he said around $5000.00. Someone was supposed to call me about a less expensive but efficient unit and never did.
IMPORTANT NOTE: if you mention that you have already received a quote from another company - they won't charge you to come out and give an estimate.
The P.S. is I have a new, 95% efficiency rating furnace for $3200.00 with a 10 year warranty and free inspections of the air conditioning and furnace from someone else.
